Chapter XXXIII: ELIZABETH ON BURGEON

"Where is she!" The Alpha was fuming. All the guards and even him started to look for Elizabeth whose not in her room anymore. No one knows when, and how. Just this morning, they found out she's already missing. Trinity on the other hands was crying and very guilty to what she'd said to her.

"Alpha!" A guard entered.

"Did you found her?"

"No. But we saw one of the cars in the outside missing."

"She told me, she wants to go to Burgeon. She's will look for Brige." Trinity said. Ericson, Hera and Apollo are just silently listening and observing.

"What is this a joined forces?" The Alpha laugh hilariously and return to his fuming mood. "Two days from now, we will go there. I'm going to start what I'm planning for a very long time. Hunt, come with me in Resie's house." The Alpha commanded and leave them with his loyal guard, Hunt.

"Planning? Ericson what is he saying?" Trinity asked.

"You don't understand mom." Hera exclaimed.

"And you also knew?!"

"Y-yeah. Sorry mom we keep this from you. We're just sticking to the plan." Apollo said.

"Tell me everything. I promise I won't tell anyone especially him, I just wanted to know what is he planning. Why are we going there?"

"This is not the safe place for us. Let's go outside." Ericson said and lead the way to the upper floor of the Manor where the veranda is located. This place is safe because no guards surrounding the upper floor.

"So tell me, what is father planning?"

"First of all Trinity. Promise us you won't do anything stupidity. Don't scream." Ericson said and she agreed.

"The first things you need to know is that, the Alpha and Resie are secret lovers."

"What!" She asked hysterically but in a whispered tone. "Are you all insane!?"

"Mom we're not! That's why we are telling you this and trust you to never tell anyone!" Apollo answered.

"Mom, what did you know about Aunt Elizabeth and her lover before? The father of Brige." Trinity was shocked.

"A-all I-I know is that, t-they can't be together that's why father want them to separate. But that time, Elizabeth is already pregnant~"

"Cut the crap mom. Just tell us the truth."

"What truth?!"

"That aunt Elizabeth and the Burgeon's Alpha are cursed! They are aren't separated by thier identity but a cursed and you know that!" Trinity caught off guard.

"Yes! I know it! But I was just afraid for her that's why I agree! I was afraid that she'll leave the pack and, a-and I-I was so jealous that time." Trinity started crying. "I only realized I shouldn't when she left. She's very kind and responsible in this pack, as a daughter and as sister. I regret that okayy?!"

"If you truly regret that you'll help us."

"Help you to what?"

"Listen mom, The Alpha and Resie is planning to drag down all the pack and recognized him as their leader. Resie has a special cursed to do it and we doesn't know what. All we know is that They are planning to ruled the entire SouthWest that's why the Alpha doesn't want Brige maybe because her powers can be a hindrance. He ordered his men including Maxine to kill Brige that night mom." Hera explained.

"You know what happen to Brige that night. And you know where she is right now, am I right?"

"Yes. She's at the Burgeon. With her friends and, and her mate."

"What?"

"Her mate mom, the Beta. When we arrive at the cave we saw them fighting with grandpa's men and saw how Chase hold her. They are mate mom and I wish the cursed didn't affect them." Apollo said.

"I don't know what to do." Trinity walk back and forth.

"Just help us with our plan."

"I can help with your plan but I can't promise that Brige and her mate won't be affected."

"Why?"

"Because the cursed of Elizabeth is the cursed of her first born child. Elizabeth cannot look in Ghani's eyes or else, she would die and just wish that the two hasn't kiss yet or else Brige will die."

"What cursed did you put to them mom?!" Hera asked exaggerated.

"It's not me, it's Resie okay?!"

"Ivan. The Alpha of Miraculese is a half witch. Maybe he could help." Ericson suggested.

"Only a witch that is related to her can vanished the spell. She has a son but she said he died already."

"I will go there." Ericson said.

"What?! It's dangerous!" Hera said.

"Don't worry. I will bring Kit with me. If the Alpha asked about me just tell him I'm in the university."

"Mom why did you go here?"

"I cannot just sit there and think you're fine Brige. I cannot. I miss you so much. I'm sorry." Elizabeth said as they are in a room designated for her together with the Madrigals, Laide and Tomas.

"I'm so sorry I leave mom. I can't go back because they are going to kill us both." She said crying.

"What? What are you saying?"

"She's right aunty." Laide started "That night, your niece Hera rushing onto us crying and is look for Brige. She told us she heard your father's plan of executing Brige." Her mom's eyes widened and look at her.

"Why didn't you tell me!"

"I can't mom. They're going to kill you."

"I'm already fine. They cannot kill me~"

"Mom you're not." She outspoken her mom. "You're not okay? That witch didn't cured you, she cursed you. Half of your life is with you and the half is in her." Her mom fell in silent.

"I thought Resie is a witch that can only cure. She did not practice dark magic. All I know is that she's into curing because she wanted to search for her son and bring him back to life."

"That's all a lie." She replied.

"I-if she practice dark magic she won't be able to resurrect her child."

"I am her child." Lennox said and Elizabeth stared at her. Same eyes, same nose and same hair color, Brunette.

"You are Alex?" He nodded.

"Do you remember your mom?"

"Y-yeah..Like you, I know her as sweet and caring. And like you I am also devastated to know what she've done."

"Are you planning to reveal yourself?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because right now, I'm loathing her."

The room fell in silence but after a while, the door open and Popsy appeared.

"Pospy?"

"Elizbeth!" Both run toward each other and hug.

"You haven't change. You're still pretty." She laugh.

"Such Silly."

"The food is ready. Let's eat lunch." He said.

"I-I think I should stay here." Elizabeth suggested.

"He's not joining. Don't worry. He's uhm, he's going to the tomb of Rhia."

"Oh, right."

Lunch came and they are all in the table sharing topics and some laughter.

"Are you okay?" Chase asked.

"Yeah." She replied when she realized something.

Shookt.

"Mom?"

"Yes?"

"Please don't be exaggerated okay?"

"And why?"

"This is Chase." The while table fell in silent. "My mate."

"I know."

"What? How?"

"I met him one night. He's surrounding the house with these men." She point out to the Madrigals.

"They are guarding the house away from Galory and so he confess that you are his mate. Of course I doubt at first but in the end I decided to believed. She could protect you and of course I set restrictions."

"And that restriction is?"

"No kissing."

"Why?"

"I will tell you later."
