The day is tiring. Not just because of her training, but because of the laughter and activities. Earlier, they stayed in the falls for an hour and decided to went on a cave she never knew about. They said the cave is hot and that's what could trigger her power within. They are soaking wet all over, and it chills her body. Good thing is that Chase remover his clothes before swimming and that's what she was wearing. It smells like him, and wearing it felt like he was hugging her. It's now safe to think about random things that might embarrass her because Laide taught her how to close her mind when there are things she didn't want Chase to know, just like her thoughts about the shirt.

When they already in the cave, she felt the warm sensation they are talking about, and it's kind of destructive because the warm she felt in convulsing not wanting herself to go farther, but she kept on going. Chase show her how the fire elements is working, and she was in awe on how good he was in it like when he's your enemy, and you do a simple wrong move means you'll burn. She watch him and follow their advices. The first, it was hard, really hard but as failures hits her, she was become more tactical and was able to let it out to the stone and even in the water flowing to the cave. That's what she does the rest of the day of the training, that's why right now, she felt so hot and wanted to take a bath.

"Laide, I want to take a bath, I don't have any clothes so can I borrow yours?" She asked when someone cleared his throat behind. She looks at it and it was Maxton.

"Why don't you ask Chase where are your clothes are?" She then looks at Chase.

"It's in our room. Come on," He said and walk down to 'their' room.

"You packed this?"

"Yeah." She noticed that most of it are shirts and sweaters. She even saw her under wears that made her blush.

"Y-you saw my under wears." She just said that made her shocked in embarrassment.

"Uh, y-yeah." Chase answered that made her blush even more.

"Thanks."

"No problem. Just fix in the cabinet near mine."

"Okay. I'm just going to take a bath." Chase nodded and went out.

After taking a bath, she saw the bed, and it was inviting. The comfy Lavender and rose scent bed calls her, and so she lay down herself and was planning to take a nap. However, her nap was to fall into a deep sleep, probably because she's weary of practicing all day. An hour later, she felt someone lay beside her and put a blanket on her. She doesn't need to look at it anymore because there's only one person who could do that here, and it is no other than her mate, Chase Madrigal. She kept her eyes close but her senses open. She felt a gentle hands on her face putting hair strands beside her ear and kiss her temple. She was like consume by the moment, like every word she said before has been gulp by her. She didn't know how powerful mate bond is, and now she can't deny that she love the feeling. It was completing her, and it was like something she's longing.

"I knew you're awake."

"How do you know?" She asked, still eyes closed.

"You're thought are leaking." He said chuckling.

Another embarrassment.

"So, what can you say about your gathered information on my head?" And then she open her eyes meeting his.

"It's amazing." He said and gently kiss her forehead.

"I don't know how am I gonna used to this." She said.

"Used to what?"

"You and me, doing this stuff, we're just complete strangers and suddenly, we are now acting like a couple."

"We are couple." She look at his eyes and smile.

"Is that why you're so gentle towards me now?"

"Yeah. This is so embarrassing." She chuckled.

"What so embarrassing."

"This. The whole thing. But, I like it." He admitted and smile.

"Let's sleep."

"Alright." She was about to face the other side when Chase pulled her towards his chest and hug her, preventing her to breathe.

"Breathe Iris." And so she let go the feeling and started to act comfortable towards him.

'I have nothing to be ashamed. He's my mate' she thought and close her eyes, fell into another deep sleep.

"The Alpha knows what happen, and he's very angry. He wanted to declare a war to Manchada, but we stop him." Lennox started.

"This is not good." Laide said.

"We told our plan to the Alpha, and he agreed. He wanted Brige to master her powers, and he wanted to have a duel to her three days from now."

"Is he insane? How could Brige be trained in three days!? She only knew how to bring it out but not to control them." Tomas disagreed.

"We can do nothing because that's an order. Tomorrow, we will bring her to a hand-to-hand duel. We will fight her." Maxton stated. "Where is she?"

"Sleeping. Chase is with her." Laide said.

"I think she really needs Chase. He can motivate her."

"But I was just thinking. How was Ericson and the two? This plan was no success when they failed."

"Ericson is a very tactical man. He can do it." Laide said and Tomas agreed.

"Alright. Tomorrow, prepare yourself, for you're going to fight the powerful of us all. She might lose control, so better open your mouth if you can't do it anymore." Lennox said and pulled Laide.

"Good night everyone." Tomas said, and they all went to their respective rooms.

"Laide?" Lennox approached her when they already in their room.

"Yes?"

"How much do you know Brige?"

"I know her very well. We're best friends."

"Right. But do you think she can do that? Bring Manchada down, that means bringing down her mom's hard work."

"She doesn't know anything about her mom's hard work. She doesn't know her parent's story at all. All she knows is that they got separate because they have different identities, but she never knew what happen in the past."

"Do to you think he would tell?"

"I don't know. He surely loves her, but I'm pretty sure he won't go easy on her. He always wanted her strong and that he was very satisfied when he knows that she is a martial artist."

"Do you think she would accept me?"

"Why not? You're very caring. I'm sure she will understand. Don't worry about now. I'm assuring you Brige is one of a kind."
