Chapter 22 continuation 2
The girl pushed James away from her, of course not without his help, because he himself let her go, allowing her to leave. Hailey ran out of the office, rushing down the stairs. She was not pleased to understand that Foster had other girls, she felt like a doll to be played with, and then left untouched for a while, if not forgotten at all.
'Fuck, be careful,' the young man snapped after a shoulder-to-shoulder slap.
"Me?" Mackenzie looked up, examining the man she'd accidentally brushed against on the way to the hull exit. 'I accidentally, I'm sorry.'
The brown-haired woman apologized to Nick in puzzlement, her eyebrows narrowing at the bridge of her nose. It was like a fog in my head and the young girl didn’t really understand what had happened.
'Are you okay?' The guy asked, noticing that the young lady was not down to earth at the moment, and this slightly alerted Miller.
'I'd better go,' Hailey said quickly as she hurried out into the street.
Fresh air hit my face, and dark clouds in the sky took the sunlight into their shackles. The trees made a noisy noise, echoing in my head. Two drops fell on the girl's body, warning that it would soon begin to rain.
'Wait, Hailey!' Miller ran out into the street, instantly grabbing the young lady by the shoulder and turning her around to face him.
'Nick, I'm not in the mood to swear,' Mackenzie said wearily, wiping her wet eyes from tears.
'Shall we have a drink then?' Nick tilted his head slightly to the right side, raising his eyebrows up, and curled his lips into a smirk.
'I think it's a good idea for now, I don't mind.'
The guy took the girl by the hand, showing her the way to his car, which was parked in the parking lot. Putting Hailey in the car in the front seat, the young man started the road transport, going to his favorite bar. Nick knew that Mackenzie was in a bad mood because of James Foster and he also knew that something had happened. Pulling up to the building, Miller parked the car in the parking lot, opening the door for a brown-haired woman. Putting the car on the alarm, Nick went to the entrance to the bar, calling for a companion.
'Hi, Jake,' the brown-haired man greeted the guard, bumping his fists in greeting. 'is everything calm at the post?'
'Mark made a total mess today,' the young man explained, rolling his eyes. 'again.'
'That bastard is clear. Good luck, Jake.'
The guard opened the door to the bar, letting them in. Loud music hit my ears sharply, and smoke from cigarettes, drugs and other rubbish swirled all over the air.
'Don't get lost from me, otherwise the bad uncles will catch you and take advantage of you.'
'Thank you for bringing me to this perfectly safe place,' the girl replied sarcastically, hurriedly following the guy, not wanting to get lost among the drunken bodies.
'Two tequilas, bartender!' Nick yelled, raising his hand up to get their attention.
The young guy at the counter nodded in agreement, immediately proceeding to order.
'Will you dance?' The brown-haired man asked Mackenzie, nodding his head towards the dance floor.
'I don’t think I’ll be dancing there when I’m sober.'
The brown-haired woman looked at the large crowd of people in the middle of the bar who were dancing to loud music.
'For you, dude, and for your companion!' The bartender shouted, trying to shout over the music.
He placed two shots of tequila on the table, pushing them closer to the young people.
Miller held out the money, paying for the alcohol: 'Repeat my regular order for that table.'
The bartender nodded his head, finding with the help of the guy's hand an empty table with sofas in the very corner of the bar.
'Follow me,' Miller whispered, turning away from Mackenzie and heading across the dance floor to his seat.
The girl hurried after him, pushing people along the road. Some guy, while dancing, accidentally stepped on Hailey's foot without even noticing it. The brown-haired woman took her eyes off her pursuit of Nick by glancing down at her shoes. Cursing under her breath for the guy messing her up, Mackenzie stopped, unsure of where to go as Nick fell out of her line of sight, lost in the huge crowd.
'Girl, dance with me!' Shouted a young man beside him, placing his large palms on a fragile waist, after which he tightly pressed the female body to himself.
'I do not dance!' Hailey said in confusion, trying to shout over the music.
Putting her palms on the man's chest, Mackenzie tried to push the persistent guy away from her, but the young man did not let go of the girl, not allowing her to escape from his grip.
'Don't leave me alone! What's your name, beauty?' The brunette whispered in his ear, being extremely close to the face of a brown-haired woman with a red tint of hair.
'Get off me!' The girl freaked out, hitting the young man on the chest, trying to hurt him so that he would finally let her out of his hands.
Hailey began to look for Louis with her eyes to ask for help, because Mackenzie herself could not do anything to this huge guy, who begins to violently climb into her openly. Many people in front of my eyes make it difficult to focus on one single person, whom the young lady was diligently trying to find.
'I have a boyfriend and if he sees you with me, he will beat the crap out of you!'
'Don't worry, baby! I'm strong enough for your little boy!' The brunette boasted of his muscle mass, clutching the fragile female body even tighter.
'Oh, but I shouldn't have told you something you haven't seen yet!' Nick growled loudly, appearing out of nowhere.
Turning his shoulder to face the impudent brunette, the guy immediately hit him in the jaw with his fist, shoving him into a huge crowd of people.
'Watch out, son of a bitch, for your dirty hands and your tongue!' Shouted Miller, bending over the body of the brunette, who was lying on the floor, trying to get up.
'I see you have already been decorated for me?' The boy retorted, hinting at Nick' well-beaten face.
'Do you want the same? I think you do, damn it!' Miller was angry.
Some people around began to disperse, trying not to be involved in this. A small circle of space became around the girl and two guys, because the visitors of this bar surrounded young people from each side, standing and watching what happened, as if they were watching their favorite series on TV. From different directions, male voices began to shout 'hit him!', wanting to start a fight.
'Nick, I think we should go!' The girl said, trying to lose the brown-haired man's attention to the brunette, who by this time had managed to rise from the floor.
'Better listen to your girl, otherwise your brains will be on the ground,' the young man snorted, creating more and more conflict.
Miller is standing in front of an unfamiliar guy, trying to control himself, because he understands that he is clearly drunk and the alcohol in his body has run wild, turning off sound thinking, but these shouting from different sides only encourage him to hit him as hard as possible.
'What is your name?' Nick asked through clenched teeth, retaining the last drop of calm.
The brunet laughed hysterically, grabbing his stomach. His brown eyes flashed in the direction of the enemy, after which the guy brazenly began to taunt in his direction.
'Did you decide to meet me, weakling? Blake, my name is Blake. That's right, know the one who will hit you in the face,' the young man replied, continuing to smile maliciously.
Hailey stood silently to the side, anxiously watching the two boys. The girl was afraid that a member of the 'Darkness' gang would kill this stupid kid who decided to show himself cool and brave in front of other people.
'Do you know who they are shouting to?' Asked the brown-haired man with a smirk on his lips at a time when there were devils in his eyes. 'Me, Nick Miller. They scream 'hit him' and you know what I will do now? Exactly what they are asking for.'
With the words spoken, the boy punched Blake in the jaw with all his might, letting his anger out.
Grabbing the brunette by the hair, Nick delivered a powerful blow to the eyebrow.
'Well, fuck, you want the same face as I have at the moment? Yes, I will do it for you in a couple of seconds.'
Miller growled like a beast, speaking every word with anger and hatred. His fists were blowing furiously at different parts of Blake's face with the speed of the wind, while at the same time the guy was screaming in pain, trying to stop it and fight back for himself.
People were shouting from different directions, supporting Miller with their cries that he should continue to beat this guy and hit him even harder.
'Nick, stop it!' The girl screamed, running up to the brown-haired man and trying to grab his hand to stop him.
The girl got hit by accident a couple of times because she was too close, but she didn't care about it. The people around him whistled, outraged that Hailey was going to disperse the two young guys in an attempt to stop it.
'Stop it! Please help me separate them!' Mackenzie shouted in confusion, her eyes searching the crowd for someone who could help.
The music immediately turned off, leaving only the screams of drunken people.
'Miller, motherfucker!' Shouted someone from the crowd in a loud male bass.
Making his way through the complete chaos, a strong man stuffed everyone on his way, purposefully heading for a fight. Hailey recognized this man, she saw him even then, near the entrance to the bar, he was the security guard of this institution.
'Nick, let him go!' Jake barked, grabbing the boy's arms and wringing them back to his back, and at the same time Blake freed himself from the blows, quickly punching the brown-haired man's jaw with his fist.
Miller went berserk, starting with the force to break free to take revenge. The people screamed even louder as they cheered for the member of the 'Darkness' gang. Trying to reach the brunette with his feet, the guy still managed to inflict several blows with his boots in the stomach.
Another guard ran out from the crowd, analyzing the whole situation on the run and immediately grabbing Blake's arms in the same way as Nick, wrenching them back.
'Get him out of the bar!' Jake shouted, continuing to hold Miller, at the same time ignoring his growl and angry words towards the brunette, hinting to another guard about Blake.
This guy was taken away, and Nick was taken to his table in the same position, releasing him and throwing him on the sofa.
'You ruined my day with Mark,' Jake said firmly, looking down at the brown-haired man with a serious look.
'If you let that bastard in here again, you know who I mean, I’ll fucking smear his body on your bar. Next time, his brains will be on your walls.'
'It will be done, Miller,' the man agreed, turning and walking away to his post.
Hailey continued to stand beside the table, her eyes shifting in confusion.
'Sit down, you wanted a drink, so we will drink,' the brown-haired man said as if nothing had happened, throwing his head back against the back of the sofa.
