"Why couldn't you tell me that you were dying,' she questioned and got up from the floor and went to her husband, slightly moving him away from his pillow and shifting the edge of the hospital gown away from his neck to look at what was in his back and Adolph shut his eyes and didn't want to see her reaction. She couldn't look at it anymore and moved away from him. Not because she was afraid of him, but because she was scared of his life, their life, was falling apart and getting ruined. Why couldn't she just be happy with someone she loves, why does this fated mate thing have to appear in her own time.

"I wanted to find the solution, I didn't want to worry you, I wanted to find a way, we will both be happy without this fated mate thing. I wanted to be with you.'

"Is that why you were always sweating every night and getting hard all the time.' She began sobbing.

She noticed it. Adolph thought, he believed she didn't notice anything about him.

"Lupita.' He muttered.

"Is that why you didn't get naked in front of me? Is that why whenever I wanted to touch you, you would take a step back and give me all sorts of excuses, just to avoid me, was I so unattractive to you."

"Come on, my love. I didn't behave that way, because you were not attractive anymore, I did it because I was in deep pain and I didn't want you to know about my pain, I didn't want you to find out about it, that's why I acted that way to you, so, you wouldn't suspect anything." He explained. This was what he wanted to avoid, how could he be hurting her this much and expect her to be happy. "I love you so much and I will do anything to be with you?"

"I know you do, but you are dying, Adolph, what are we going to do about that and for the fact, that the Omega is a man, is what pisses me off, the most. I wish he was a girl, I wish your brother was the one with a fated mate, not you, Adolph,' she yelled and was crying over and over again." Adolph raised up his hand and pattted her hair. "Hey, babe.' Lupita had to look up and be sure that, it was her husband's voice that she just heard a moment ago.

"Your voice,' she muttered.

"What happened to my voice."

"No, it changed and it's a little bit crack and…"

"It doesn't matter, it could be the drugs, probably that's why it's changed."

"It's not the drugs,' the doctor said. "Your voice is actually changing for real, it's part of the transgression and it would get to a point, you won't be able to speak anymore, sleeping would be difficult for you, which will also be an issue for you." The doctor explained.

"You mean, its going to get worse and worse.' Lupita said.

"Yes, it's going to get worse and worse, until he fades away." The doctor said boldly without blinking and turned his face away from her.

"You are saying that he is going to fade away…"

"Lupita, calm down. I already told you, I'm going to found a way." He wasn't even sure of what he was saying, all he could feel right now was that he was tired and weary of everything, he felt like going to sleep.

"I don't want you to die or sleep with someone else, Adolph. But, what do you want me to do when you are the only one that I have right now, what will I tell our children, concerning us and your fated mate."

Adolph wiped away her tears with his hand and smiled at her. "You know, I love you so much, right? I love you with all my heart, Lupita and I will never leave you. You are mine and will always be mine, Lupita.' He didn't know why he was saying these words to her, yet, he meant every word and it was painful for Adolph, seeing his wife this way.

"I love you too, Adolph. You are the father of my children, I love you so much and I always want to be with you and I will never leave you, you are also mine as well, Adolph." They locked eyes and stared at each other, before Adolph spoke up.

"I will sort that out, Lupita. Trust me, we are going to sort that out and…"

"Until you die,' his father broke in. "Until this thing behind your back sucks you dry, how will you love her then?'

"Father, don't start…" He almost snapped at him, damn he was tired.

"I wouldn't stand here and let you die on my watch, Adolph. If your wife wants you to die for her because of love, I wouldn't let that happen…"

"Father, you've got to stop this. She's my wife, she will never let anything happen to me and you have no right to talk to her that way." Adolph remarked and turned towards him. "Stop acting like she is the reason, I'm not accepting my mate, I'm doing this on my own free will."

"Who else, will be the reason you are doing this, of course, she is the reason and don't give me that nonsense statement of yours! I have no right to talk to her that way, when my son is dying and you expect me to shut up."

Adolph ruffled his hair, in frustration.

"Father, he is an Omega and a young boy. How can a male Omega sleep with my husband, I've heard about them and their disgusting ways. I don't care if he is the chosen one but he can't sleep with my husband.'

"Will you shut up your mouth? Was I talking to you in the first place, if you don't love your husband say so.' He reacted.

"What! Lupita gasped.

"Yes, I don't care if he is a man, woman, straight, gay, bisexual, I don't care about any of those things as far as they are human beings, werewolves to me, I don't give a damn. Yet, it still doesn't matter to me, as far as that Omega saves his life."

She wasn't going to let this bullshir happen.

"Father, Adolph said he was going to found a way to get through this, we might not need him…"

"You want your husband to die, because of your silly excuse." He roared.

"But, you don't expect me to divorce my husband, hand him over to someone else that easily, do you even know how that makes me feel, the pain it causes me, father, we've been together for ages…"

"Cut with the crap! You are not going to divorce your husband, you fool, you can still be married to him but, the only difference there is that, you are going to share him with the Omega, to save his life. Your husband's life is in danger, as well as that Omega's life is in danger too. Do you want both of their lives to be perished because of your selfish desires. Who cares about how you feel, when a thousands of lives are at stake here, are they more important than you. Do you value your life more than theirs, what a two face and you call yourself the Luna of the pack. Don't you have any human sympathy, can't you see how much weight he had lost and how weak he is, at this moment and you have the guts to say, he is going to find a way. What if he collaspses before then, there is no cure."

"Huh! Lupita went dumbfounded.

"Why are you like that, do you think there is a cure. If there was a cure, I would have given it to my son right away without a second thought."

"I also want to save my life too." They all heard a soft voice behind them and turned their heads except for Lupita who was stunned, when she saw Liam.

She kept staring at him, so, this was the Omega, her husband's fated mate.

What a slut. She had always known that Omegas were up to no good. She clenched her fist and almost drew out blood from her hand.

Liam was standing in the doorway, his hair and eyebrows were all white as he walked in, he was wearing a white turtle neck long sleeve blue sweatpants and white palm slippers. He folded his arms across his chest, cleaned and he smelled so good and the priestess walking behind him with smiles on her face. Richard saw him and was startled and walked towards him with a smile on his face as well as a sort of a shocked expression.

"Are you okay,' he concernedly asked and gently put his hands on his shoulders and noticed how lean he was in his baggy long sleeve. "Why is your hair all white, did something happen to you."

Liam nodded. "I'm fine,' he answered back and Adolph was stunned and his gaze still on him and Liam looked at Adolph for seconds and shifted his gaze away.

"It's part of the transformation,' the doctor said. "Remember, when I told you that the last time he changes to his werewolf form again, he won't be able to change back to his human form.'

"Y…yes,' Richard and looked at Liam once more.

"Can you excuse us for a moment,' Lupita firmly said. "We are in the middle of a family discussion, can you kindly excuse us." She ordered even though, she was saying her words politely to him, her tone didn't sound so polite, but rather harsh.

What does that mean? He wouldn't be able to change back to his human form again, Lupita thought.

"He is not going anyway, Lupita." Richard said and faced her. "You heard him, he wants to save his life."

"How will he do that, then? By sleeping with my husband and taking him away from me.' She questioned and faced Liam. "Mind you, I don't care if you die on this spot, I'm not giving you my husband not now or even in a hundred years, so look for someone else to be your fated mate and don't come snatching other people's property. Damn you, do you even have any slight of conscience at all, you bastard?" She cried out.

"That is enough.' Richard shouted.

"No, it is not enough,' she challenged and that surprised Richard. "He wants to take something important away from me and I can't just stand by and let that happen. He is mine, he is my husband and I wouldn't let anyone take him away from him. You are a heartless human being, he's got kids, that are waiting for him at home to call him Father and you want to snatch that away from them. Will my children grow up and found out that an Omega took their father away from them, took something precious away from them, because of your selfish greed.' She yelled. "I hate you.'

"Lupita…Lu…Lupita,' he called but she ignored Adolph, walk over to Liam and almost spat on his face. "Are you happy now, are you happy that, you are about to sleep with my husband and I wouldn't let that go so easily, trust me."
