"Can you tell me your name please?" Natiya asked again as she glared at Rune. Rune was still trying to make sense of everything that was happening and it was hard for him to respond to the cute child staring at him.

"Can't you talk?" When Ermine saw that Rune wasn't answering them, he asked a question.

When Leslie entered the room, she didn't approve of what was happening. "Natiya and Ermine, please go to your rooms!" She said in a stern voice.

Natiya stood there looking at Rune while Ermine nodded and ran off to his room. "What is your name?" she asked again. "Natiya, did you hear me?"

Natiya tilted her head to the side and glared at her aunt before she said, "Yeah, but I'm asking the stranger's name. Then I'll go upstairs to my room, okay," she said before turning back to Rune and asking, "Can you tell me your name please?"

Rune took a deep breath, "er, Runezelo Black, but Rune, you can call me Rune."

"Rune. Oh, that's a cute name. Do you like my name? It's Natiya. It means immortals just like Aunt Leslie."

"Not only is your name beautiful, but so are you." Rune couldn't help but smile.

"I know. So tell me why are you in this place? I've never seen you before. Could it be that you're one of my uncles?"

"No-"

"Natiya, I mean it; go to your room at once! If you disobey, he will be punished."

"No, the lying won't stop. Only our elders gives punishments. I'm talking to Mr. Rune."

Rune's eyes widened in surprise as he saw Leslie getting more and more upset. "Natiya, today I promise you that you will be punished if you disobey me."

Natiya sighed and then reached out and held Rune, "can you come with me to my room? My aunt is bad today. We can talk in my room, okay?"

"Rune is staying here! Go to your room!"

"No, I haven't finished talking to Mr. Rune yet. Is he my uncle?" Natiya looked around for Leslie.

Leslie took a deep breath and said, "Natiya, honey, why can't you listen?"

"I can listen, but I don't think you can." Rune couldn't suppress the laugh that left, earning him a look from Leslie. This also made Natiya smile.

He looked down at Natiya and smiled kindly, "I need to talk to your aunt for a minute. Would you mind giving us a moment to talk and you and I can talk later?"

"Okay, I'll be in my room. Will you go there?"

"Yes I will."

Natiya smiled, "Okay! See you later, Mr. Rune. Aunt Les, I'm going to my room; bye."

Rune calmed down for a moment as Natiya went to her room before turning to Leslie and saying, "Wow, you have kids here too. Are they vampires too."

"She listened to you."

"Huh?"

“Natiya listened to you,” Leslie said again in disbelief.

"What do you think?"

"Natiya doesn't listen to anyone. How did you get her to go to her room?"

Rune was confused, "I don't know. So they are your children or someone's here?"

Leslie sighed, "isn't it obvious?"

"No need to be rude. I didn't know you had kids here too."

"You didn't have to."
