" Are you okay" oh right Vale is still here, it doesn't matter what am... For now. I have to continue reading this book, if reading it will somehow make me powerful then I will spend most of my time focusing on it.

"I'm okay and I'll be okay on my own. I see a beautiful brand new book with ancient symbols that I somehow can read. I don't have an explanation for why you can't see what I see but since you can't see what I can see I don't think you'll be helpful. You'll be leading us to face the lake guardian very soon so you naturally have a lot on your plate. I'll be fine on my own"

I wasn't even looking at him when I was saying that, too excited to continue with the book. All of a sudden I felt a cold touch on my chin, it was his fingers and I wondered what was their business on my chin. He gently lifted my chin to look at his face and I wanted to pull my face back because of how close our faces were but he held my chin tighter keeping my face in place. His eyes also locked mine in place , I was unable to look elsewhere and there it was. Those eyes looking at me as though I'm his prey. He opened his mouth to say two simple words that made the air thicken and It felt like there was a zoo of animals in my stomach wracking havoc.

"...Be careful"

Just two words and he left me standing there all dumbstruck. His footsteps, his silent footsteps suddenly echoed loudly in my ears, call me crazy but I swear they matched my heartbeat.

"Pah!"

Yes that was the sound of my hand slapping my face so hard to restore some sense in me. This is getting very dangerous and extremely out of hand, Era girl you need to get it together. It's obvious you're the only one who keeps being on the verge of getting a heart attack everytime this guy gets to close. He must be enjoying getting such reactions for me and as much as I cannot deny that what he is doing to me has an effect on me I will definitely not indulge on those effects.

BACK TO THE BOOK PLEASE!!
It was still there waiting for me oblivious to the hell I just experienced, maybe it was laughing at my dilemma or maybe there's no reaction at all because... It's a God damn book. "I'm sorry that unimportant fool distracted me, you're the important one right now. Not him and not ever ihihihihihihi" oh gosh that laugh was horrible, thank God I'm on my own.

Oh! there's a warning over here which is sort of understandable, this book must hold great power.

Well I don't think I have to worry about this, I will absolutely not risks my life for anybody including the werewolves. Especially since there's now a price to pay. I'd be an idiot.

Okay if I continue with this pace the day will end without me reading anything at all.

I turned the delicate page and as soon as I did I felt various types sensations. I felt heat, coldness , a breeze, an electric sensation, heaviness and more I couldn't explain . It didn't last long and I was able to focus on the page's content.

\[ Every Namig has a connection with all elements and sub elements. As most living things instinctively wish to learn offense over defense, the elements come easy and sonner for most Namigs because they are able to fight using them. Elements become a Namig's strong weapon especially since their the least difficult to master.

Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Ice, Lightning...

To Master them a Namigs has to discover, specifically get enlightened by each of their profound meaning and symbol in the world.

Although the elements are the least difficult compared to the many magical powers a Namig has some Namigs dies without mastering any of the elements and sub elements...\]

I unknowingly spent hours reading the element aspect and it got interesting when reading about how past Namigs viewed the elements, felt about them and their confused journeys. The knowledge was endless, I had to stop when I felt my stomach complain. Still there was no way I was going to leave the book here, I'm so scared that I'll wake up the next day and find it withered to dust just like Vale feared. I ferl that it has to stay with me. I placed it inside my still hideous bracelet and left the basement.

Seeing that it was night already I wondered how long I was in there, it wasn't just night. It was late, the time was nearing to midnight. I just can't believe this guy Sometime in fact most of the time, he actually waited for me. He wasn't waiting alone, a huge burger was in a dome shaped glass to keep it fresh and protected. It was actually those silver things used by royalty or important people to surprise them by lifting the thing up when it's time to eat the food. A " Voila" is normally used when doing that action, anyway I don't even think I explained it right and it doesn't matter. What matters is the burger that awaits me.

I should not think of how sweat of him to do this for me blah blah blah like I said I'm not denying these emotions but I will not indulge in them uh-huh.

"you know I had to fight the urge to drag you out of that basement. What saved you is that you looked too cute while focused"

H-he dares to try and have an effect on me while I'm trying to enjoy the love of my life! Nope not today buddy, what I read from the book cannot be topped. There's even so much more to read again tomorrow, I'll quickly finish eating this and go to sleep because I want to see it again tomorrow morning. The longer I spend being awake the more I have to torture myself thinking about it.
