-Star? Why are you here?
Suddenly, she heard a middle-aged female voice. As soon as she turned her head, she saw her stepmother Doria Guillen entering from outside.
The two people above also heard the sound and looked down.
He saw a bit of panic in Ivan's eyes, "Star, you... Why did you come back?
Estrella smiled and looked at Ivan with contempt, "This is my home, why can't I come back?
Irene, leaning on Ivan's arms, smiled and ridiculed, "Your house? This villa no longer belongs to the Berrocal family.
Estrella frowned, "What do you mean?
Irene, dressed in a short skirt and high heels, came down the stairs step by step, she said, -Ten months ago, your father Stefano Berrocal committed suicide by jumping off the building and he had a lot of debt. If it wasn't for my mother, this villa would have to be mortgaged! That's why this house doesn't belong to the Berrocal family, it belongs to the Guillén family!
"He committed suicide... by jumping off the building? How is that possible?" thinking dumbfounded.
Estrella grabbed Irene's collar and said with a pale and excited face, "Nonsense! How could my father commit suicide by jumping off the building? Tell me clearly!
-You can say what you want, but why did you grab my neck? Star, let go of me!
Boom!
Ivan pushed Estrella very hard to the ground!
He ached as if his whole body was broken!
With red eyes, she looked at Ivan and Irene, "Return my father! You set traps to kill my father!
-Stop it! Aren't you ashamed to ask about your father now? -Where were you when your father was in difficulty? You disappeared for ten months. Now you're looking for your father? Fuck! Your father killed himself because he couldn't pay his debts!
-Impossible! I transferred 1. 2 million euros to his account! -It was impossible for him to commit suicide because he was desperate!
-One million two hundred thousand? Wow! Stop daydreaming! You had one million two hundred thousand?
Estrella's brain whirred and she looked up at Doria's evil gaze. A terrible assumption came to her mind,
Doria, father's second wife, her stepmother stole this amount of money that she had earned with her dignity and her virginity.
And this amount of money was to save his father!
Estrella was trembling with anger, and even her voice was trembling. She said tearfully, "You stole the money, didn't you? You forced my father to commit suicide, didn't you? Give my father back! Give my father back...!
She stood up and quickly picked up the knife from the table to stab Doria and Irene!
-Ah! She's crazy! Ivan! -Stop this crazy woman!
Ivan squeezed her wrist. The knife hurt her arm and she fell on the ground. And Ivan kicked it away.
Doria looked at her defensively and shouted angrily, "Irene, go get her father's cinerary urn and give it back to him!
With her mouth slightly open, Estrella looked at the cinerary urn in a daze....
"Dad's cinerary urn... In it, were Dad's ashes really in it?"
Doria grabbed the cinerary urn and threw it into Estrella's arms, she said, "Now the cemetery is very expensive! It will bring us bad luck if we leave it at home! We'll give it back to you! When we see each other in the future, don't say you know us!
Estrella hugged the cinerary urn tightly. Her tears welled up, "Dad... why did you jump off the building... why did you die without me seeing you for the last time...? You said you would wait for me... You promised me..."
-Go away with your father's cinerary urn! Ivan! Throw it out of the house!
Ivan violently grabbed her injured arm and pushed her towards the door. He also "kindly" threw her ten euros, said, "Star, it's raining a lot. You can take a cab! Don't come here again in the future!
She picked up the money, -You treat me like a beggar?
At the tip of her slender fingers, she immediately tore the bill into pieces and threw them in his face. -Ivan! For all that you, Doria and Irene have done to me, in the future, I will avenge you at all costs!
Impatience showed through Ivan's eyebrows , he slammed the door very hard!
The wind caused by the door hit her pale little face, it was so cold.
Carrying the cinerary urn, Estrella walked very tired under the heavy rain. Under the dark night, her figure was stretched out alone...
"Dad, I'm going to take you home."
She didn't know how long she walked in the rainy night. Because she was too tired, Estrella knelt down in the cold rain. She carefully kept the cinerary urn in her arms, using her thin arms to protect herself from the rain. She lowered her pale face and smiled slightly, "Dad, I can't walk anymore. We don't have a home anymore... But one day, I'll take you to our real home...!"
Under the rainy night, a dazzling light shone.
A black, understated, limited-edition luxury Maybach came to a stop after a hard brake.
Inside the car, the driver looked at the slender figure who had passed out in front of the car, and said nervously, "Director Adam, something happened. I hit a woman.
The man's stern face was hidden in the shadows. The expressions on his face were difficult to discern. He said coldly, "Bring her to the car. Let's take her to the hospital.
