“Here are two people sadly in need of a third to thaw the ice between them; and you are the very one we should both of us choose.” — Catherine Earnshaw.
He was leaning against the cool wall, gaze fixated on me when I took a few steps back, shutting the door with a slam. I raised my head and leaped forward, clamping my lips against his, at once reaching for his buttoned suit. Even he chuckled against my mouth at the desperation, embracing my eagerness for having sex with him.
"Jealousy seems to have driven you off the edge, Tobias." He smirked, breaking away from the kiss for some few seconds that made me angry and delirious. Seeing the not quite pleased look on my face, he indulged himself in the kiss once more, shoving his tongue into my mouth, pushing me against the tiled walls with a thud.
My back ached at such a rough move, but I didn't have time to react to that, nor think straight. He tightly gripped my shoulders, twirling me about only to give me another harsh shove against the door. I felt his intoxicating dominance take over, and before I could reach for him, he had my hands pinned against the door, forbiding any other movement.
"Jealousy? Fuck off, man. Don't give yourself to much credit." I growled, while I saw him throwing his head back, letting out a soft chuckle. His lips were the first to leave mine, and before I could predict his next move, he was trailing them against my neck, making me arch my back in overpowering pleasure.
I knew we both ached for more, and he interlaced one hand with his own, his fingers gripping mine hard, while the other travelled to the belt buckle. My hunger was palpitating across my bones, with me almost forgetting that we were in a pub. He smashed his lips against mine, with me pushing my head forward, deepening the kiss as I felt him fumbling with my belt buckle, pulling it off with one strong tug.
I felt his grip on my wrists loosen, while his hands reached for my buttoned suit, frantically attempting to remove it. I was breathless, but I wanted more of him. Changing sides with an infinitesimal movement, I had him pinned against the wall, with him releasing ragged breaths, my mouth still searching for his, finally shoving my tongue inside, making him moan. My hands descended to his belt buckle, trying to remove it when the front door was kicked open by an intruder, freezing me on spot.
Light hazel eyes stared at me in disbelief, blinking twice before I felt icy horror grab my heart, refusing to be shaken off. Roulette untangled himself from me, rearranging his cufflinks, silently wiping his mouth, looking unbothered. He reached for his messed suit, quietly buttoning it again, "I'll let you two love birds figure it out." His cold eyes bored in mine with an expression I had never seen before, making me quiver, “I got all I wanted from you anyways.” With that, he was out of the door.
"Jeremy, let me explain." My voice was more pathetic than I actually thought it would be, but he silently shook his head, covering his face with his hands.
"There is nothing to explain, Tobias." His tone was indifferent, yet, his face told another story. He went back to calling me ‘Tobias’ again. That wasn’t a good sign. I watched as he peered to look up at me, the careless facade slipping off the very moment, to expose more vulnerability which made me feel like shit. The warm hazel eyes held water in them, while he let out a humorless laugh.
"You could've.... could've... just told you wanted him and not... me. I thought... we were something. That you felt about me the same way as I felt about you. Tobias, I... should've listened to Alexander. When he told you had no heart, he was right. I was the stupid one, huh? I always am. Is that why you played Jenna? To get Alexander?" He spat, his face morphing in disgust he held for me.
"No! I didn’t even know Jenna — " He held his hand up, stopping midsentence, while I stood there, feet glued in spot, and watched him leave.
