Anthony P.O.V
After his conversation with his father, Anthony stepped outside and found his mother waiting for him in the sunlit garden. The gentle breeze carried the scent of blooming flowers, and the air felt calm. As he joined her for a late lunch at the table under the shade of a willow tree, Lord Frances soon appeared, greeting his mate with a warm hug and a soft kiss on her cheek. Anthony watched their affection, a longing stirring in him as he imagined holding Katherine close in the same way.
Servants arrived, placing platters of food before them with quiet efficiency. As Anthony settled in with his parents, a spark of inspiration flickered in his mind—perhaps there was a new, unexpected path to finding happiness that he had overlooked.
“Mother, father I was thinking,”
“I think it time for me to found a mate with the unmated female,”
France and Vanessa are thinking that they already have a daughter – in- law and grandchildren but their son want to found someone else to make him happy. They look at each other and start to think and give him that wish.
“Son if that what you want. Then I will send out invite,”
“Thank you, father,”
Anthony hopes that the plans work as he eats his lunch with his parents. He glances at them, feeling a mix of excitement and nervous anticipation about the upcoming invitations.
Katherine P.O.V
On the way back home, Katherine told everything to her mother, which didn’t really shock her because she knew that her daughter wanted to have money and everything on her own without relying on a man at that time. Her mother listened quietly, nodding with understanding and pride at Katherine’s determination. She gently reminded Katherine that true independence came from believing in herself and following her own path, regardless of what others expected.
“You see why I didn’t really tell anyone about it. To be honest that how I knew about supernatural at the club I used to work. There would be parents who need to get away from their children once and while I would watch their children. Sometimes loyal would pay me to fly to take places and sometimes I would tell parents they didn’t have to pay me or even give me gifts,”
“Really, what about the house is Switzerland?”
“Oh that, the wolf pack needed help because the vampires and werewolves were fighting over land. They kept battling back and forth, so I went to check on the land myself. The werewolves actually had a lot of territory, so I suggested to the pack leader that they just leave the vampire land alone, and the vampires wouldn’t cross his border. It worked out—afterward, they even gave me a house in the woods in case I ever wanted to get away. That’s the one we used, when we used to save Anthony from Samuel.”
“I see, this is why I never told anyone not even Anthony,”
