Chapter 36

Chapter 36

OLIVIA

“Oh yeah, please more.” I cried out as I grabbed his head, signaling for him to keep eating me up. His hands scanned my body and when they finally found my boobs, he squeezed on it and I bit down the scream that almost ripped out of my mouth.

“You’re so wet…” he groaned and flicked his finger over my clit, sending shock waves all over me.

He looked up at me and licked the finger which he used to stroke me. Still maintaining eye contact, he slid his fingers inside of me, moving in and out.

I covered my mouth, to keep from screaming. I sure as hell do not want my colleagues to find out I’m making love to my boss and god father, right in his office.

I gasped as his fingers moved deeper, curling just right, sending jolts of heat through every nerve.

My hands tangled in his hair, pulling him closer, needing him more. “Yes… right there…” I moaned, unable to stop myself. His lips found mine again, devouring me, and I let out a soft cry against his mouth, shivering at the mix of pleasure and forbidden thrill.

His hands roamed lower, gripping my thighs, pulling me closer to him.

I could feel how hard he was, pressed against me, and it made my core clench even tighter.

I was lost in him, lost in the way he made me feel, like nothing else existed outside this room.

I whimpered when he circled his tongue over me again, fingers pumping inside me, teasing me until my whole body trembled.

My nails dug into his back, holding on as I rode wave after wave of pleasure that left me breathless. “Ryan…” I gasped, my voice shaking, “please… don’t stop…”

He looked up at me, those dark eyes locking with mine, a smirk playing on his lips. “You like that, huh?” he whispered, and then his mouth was on me again, claiming me like I was his, his hands never stopping, never letting me catch my breath.

The tension built until it was almost unbearable.

My whole body was screaming, trembling, every nerve alive with desire. I was so close, so ready to let go, when suddenly—

“Olivia…”

The sound of his voice… it ripped through me. My body jerked, heat still pulsing through me, and then I blinked and everything changed.

I shot up in bed, heart racing, sweat coating my skin, breathing hard.

My sheets were tangled around me, my body still tingling like I had just… just been with him. But no. My eyes adjusted to the morning light streaming through the window. My room was quiet. Empty.

It was all a dream.

A dream.

I buried my face in my hands, groaning. “Goddamn it…” I muttered, feeling my cheeks burn. The dream had been so real, so raw, so… him. Ryan. Why does he always invade my thoughts, even when I’m asleep? Why does he feel like this… always so close, yet so far?

I pushed myself off the bed and stomped to the window, glaring at the city outside like maybe it held the answers.

Why was he always switching up his feelings for me?

One moment he’s warm, attentive, like he cares, and the next… cold, distant, impossible to read. And now… even in my dreams, he’s still controlling me, still making me feel things I don’t even want to feel.

I sank down onto the edge of the bed, fists clenched.

“Why can’t he just… just be consistent?” I whispered to myself, frustrated tears threatening. My body still throbbed from the dream, a maddening reminder of what I wanted but couldn’t have.

I slammed my hands against the bed, pacing for a few steps. “Damn it, Ryan!” I muttered again. My lips tingled like his had been there, my skin still buzzing.

My brain screamed at me to stop thinking about him, to stop letting him invade every corner of my mind but how do you stop when he’s always there, lingering, switching between wanting and ignoring?

I flopped back onto the bed, burying myself in the pillow. “Why, Ryan… why can’t it be simple?” I groaned, frustrated, angry at him, at myself, at the whole stupid situation.I don’t know if I’m still mad at him for what happened in his office yesterday. Damn, I can’t even stay mad for long.

I wanted to shake him, tell him to make up his mind, tell him not to toy with me but of course, he wasn’t here.

And the worst part? Even knowing it was just a dream didn’t stop the ache between my legs, the way my body still remembered his touch.

I sighed, covering my face again, feeling both furious and humiliated. Dreams shouldn’t feel this real, shouldn’t make you want someone you’re not supposed to want… yet here I was.

I rolled over, staring at the ceiling, trying to calm down, but the name Ryan kept echoing in my head. Even in sleep, he had a way of getting under my skin.

“Ugh…” I groaned, finally sitting up. “I need coffee. I need air. I need to… stop thinking about him and I’m not going to work.” My fingers dug into the sheets as I tried to push the dream and him out of my mind. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t going anywhere.

Ryan had already found a way into me… and now even my dreams couldn’t save me from him.
