Slow music could be heard coming from a room, and soft giggles followed.

“Come on, Bieber, we can't go out together, because it can ruin my reputation,” Quinoa's voice was heard, and it sounded like she was arguing with a man.

“Are you now ashamed of me?” The man, Bieber's voice replied. He sounded really furious. “I have tried enduring this, but I can't anymore. You are still married to Alexender, and I think you're still interested in him.”

“It's all fake. I am just using him. By the way, Alex's marriage and I are secret. A lot of people aren't aware so why are you feeling so insecure and scared?” Quinoa replied with a grimace.

“Insecure? You call this insecure?” Bieber asked and burst into taunting laughter. “Quinoa, you are the insecure one. Since the moment you heard that Alexander might be in a rumor with Riley Burrito, you've turned into a stalker. Secretly following them around and watching their interviews……”

As he was speaking, the interview Riley had with the journalists popped on the screen of the television, and Quinoa quickly turned to look at it.

“See, that's what I'm talking about! You don't care about me!” Bieber moaned and hit his hand on the couch angrily.

Quinoa's eyes were glued to the TV screen as she watched Riley's interview, and she paid no attention to Bieber. Her expression turned cold, and her eyes narrowed.

"That little brat thinks she's so clever, doesn't she?" Quinoa muttered to herself.

Bieber's voice brought her back to reality. "Quinoa, are you even listening to me?" he asked, his tone frustrated.

Quinoa turned to him, a fake smile plastered on her face. "Of course, I'm listening. I'm sorry if I seemed distracted."

Bieber raised an eyebrow, clearly unconvinced. "Save it, Quinoa. I know you're obsessed with Alexander, and now you're getting jealous because of Riley."

Quinoa's smile faltered, and she stood up, her eyes blazing with anger. "How dare you! I'm not obsessed with anyone. Like I said, he is just a tool. And his mother told me that nothing is going on between him and Riley so why would I be jealous?"

Bieber stood up, his eyes locked on hers. "Really? Then why are you still married to him? Why are you still pretending to be his wife?"

Quinoa's face turned red with rage, and she raised her hand to slap Bieber. But she stopped herself just in time, taking a deep breath to calm down.

"I think it's time for you to leave," she said, her voice icy.

Bieber nodded, a smirk on his face. "Gladly. I'm tired of being your dirty little secret."

With that, he turned and walked out of the room, leaving Quinoa seething with anger and jealousy.

“He is so fucking annoying! Why can't he receive a simple instruction and obey it? Why does he like to act like a fool?” Quinoa asked rhetorically, and sat on the floor, feeling frustrated. Her eyes went back to the television, and a grin settled on her face.

“Riley Burrito, what do you want? Do you want me to take care of you, again? Are you ready to die?” Quinoa asked the television. And she smiled as she remembered how she started the rumors that Riley was a lesbian. That was the very rumor that ruined Roland and Riley's friendship, but no one knew she was behind it.

Her phone rang, jerking her out of her thoughts, and she picked up the call. “Who is this?” She asked immediately.

“Mrs. Salad, it's me, Priscilla,” the person at the other head whispered.

“Oh, director. How are you doing? And how is my stepbrother, Roland? Does he suspect anything?” Quinoa asked with a gentle voice, and a menacing smile appeared on her face.

“Not really. But he knows that someone powerful is behind his employment,” Priscilla informed Quinoa who nodded thoughtfully.

“Okay, but why did you call?” Quinoa asked curiously.

“I just received news that Roland is very curious about our oncology department, and he keeps asking around for our patients’ files,” Priscilla said, and Quinoa arched her brows suspiciously.

“That's not normal. It's not his department, so why is he so desperate?” She wondered and began to imagine different scenarios. “Keep an eye on him, I need you to be my eyes and my ears and make sure he never suspects me.”

"I'll keep a close eye on him, don't worry," Priscilla replied, her voice still low and cautious.

Quinoa nodded, even though Priscilla couldn't see her. "Good. I'll take care of everything else. Just make sure Roland doesn't get too close to the truth."

"I will," Priscilla promised. "But Quinoa, what's going on? Why are you so interested in Roland's activities? I mean, is there something I should watch out for? Because he keeps getting on my nerves, by trying to help everyone.”

Quinoa's smile grew wider as she thought about her plan. "Let's just say that Roland is getting too close to something that belongs to me. And I'll do whatever it takes to protect it."

Priscilla's voice was hesitant. "Quinoa, I don't know if I'm comfortable with this. Roland seems like a nice guy...".

Quinoa's expression turned cold, and her voice dropped to a menacing tone. "Don't question me, Priscilla. Just do what I say. Or else."

The line went dead, and Quinoa was left staring at her phone with a satisfied smile. She knew that Priscilla would do what she was told and that Roland would never suspect a thing.

But as she turned back to the TV, she saw Riley's face again, and her smile faltered. With a newfound sense of determination, Quinoa picked up her phone and dialed a number. "It's time to take care of Riley Burrito once and for all," she whispered to herself, a menacing glint in her eye.

Suddenly her phone rang again, Quinoa looked surprised, “Fuck, Bieber forgot his phone! That asshole!” she lamented and picked up the call.

“Hello, baby!” The person on the other end cried out, thinking it was Bieber who picked up the call.
