Valentine's
"Hey mom" I greeted when I came back home from a long exhausting day of the college.
"You look like shit" Alex said while he sat next to me on the couch
"Thanks man, really appreciate it" I said sarcastically rolling my eyes.
"Your welcome " some people will never understand sarcasm.
"So, are you skipping work today?" Ma asked me nervously
I looked at her suspiciously "no, why?"
"No reason" she was not making eye contact
I narrowed my eyes at her
"Just tell her Alice " Alex said rolling his eyes and she glared at her.
"Whats going on?" I asked sitting up straight
"I have a very important meeting today and I have to bring my family too, which happens to be you. So.." She was still avoiding eye contact
"So, just a meeting got you all worked up?" I narrowed my eyes at her again
She sighed "ok, it's not just a meeting. It's a meeting with my boss the MD, he wants to meet you before" she paused.
"Before what mom?" I asked curious.
She sighed and came to sit next to me and held both of my hands in her " just don't get mad" she was pleading? Seriously what's going on?.
"I promise" I said looking at her pleading expression
Sighing and inhaling a deep breath she showed me her left hand
Did she get a new manicure?
"I'm engaged "

There was this huge ass diamond ring on her ring finger. Seriously it's huge just like Alex's mom.
And trust me its huge
I sat stunned for a couple of minutes.
I looked at Alex, he was gulping visisbily "You knew about this?"
He nodded carefully
I sighed and hugged my mom.
"Congratulations mom" I said smiling
She looked at me dumbfounded "wait, so your not gonna yell or something? " did she seriously think I would do that.
I chuckled " no mom I happy for you, its about time you started to think about yourself " I giggled
I did not just do that.
"So, your like ok with this?" Alex asked me curious.
"Of course I am it's amazing that my mom finally grew a pair and started dating " I laughed and my mom lightly hit my arm.
"So, um do you wanna come?" She asked nervously biting her lip
"Sure why not" I shrugged "I'll have to interrogate him as well" I winked
Both of them chuckled.
Guess I need to call Grace and let her know I won't be able to go to the restaurant today
Later that night.
"Do I look ok?" I chuckled looking at my mom.
She looks breathtakingly beautiful in dark forest green knee length dress, with her hair in a messy bun
"You look great mom relax, I'm meeting him for the first time, not you" I laughed
I'm wearing a sexy black knee length dress with my hair in a bun also killer heels.
We are supposed to meet Evan Valentine at a very expensive looking restaurant.
He is already inside waiting for us.
"This place is huge" ha! Alex also joined us because he is practically family.
He is wearing classy black body tight shirt, ripped jeans and leather jacked with converse.
"If anyone asks then I don't know you" I said cheekily
He rolled his eyes at me " please.... people die to know this fine piece of meat" he gestured all of his body.
I cringed at that 'don't kill him, don't kill him' I chanted in my head
"Ok" my mom sighed "here we go" she entered the glass door.
Alex and I looked at each other and sighed "here goes nothing".
To say the restaurant was beautiful is an understatement, it's freaking paradise.
I was enchanted with its beauty.
"Its nice " Alex muttered
I rolled my eyes at him, of coures it's just nice to him. He is freaking grey, the soul heir of grey enterprises and his mother also owns a chain of luxurious restaurants.
"There they are" she said and moved towards a table by the glass wall, the view from there was beautiful and the night life was just cherry on the top.
"Cassy?" I yelled looking at a familiar black haired kid, well not technically kid since he Is a year older to me. But whatever
"Aria?" He looked confused but then came over to me and hugged me.
I pulled away from him "what are you doing here?"
"Well I'm here to meet someone, what are you doin here?" He looked confused
"Good, I see you met my son" an strong and elderly voice said from behind Casper.
We let go of each other "Aria meet Evan Valentine and Evan meet my daughter Aria and Alex Aria's best friend and he is like a son to me " she introduced us to Evan
He is huge maybe 6'4 or something, my mom is 5'11 so she is near his ear with heels.
Well he has black hair, blue eyes and fair complexion and seriously a built body. He is also wearing a Armani suit
"Aria nice to finally meet you, you too Alex I have met your parents a couple of times and I see you have met my son Casper" he gestured

I looked at Casper and he looked at me shocked.
"Is.. is there a problem?" Evan asked nervous
Me and casper jumped happily and pulled eacth other into a hug
"Oh my God we're going to be siblings" I yelled
Everyone laughed around us, Evan and mom let out a much needed breath
"Oh my God I'm going to be an elder brother this is crazy"he said laughing
"I'm going to be a Valentine " I yelled smiling.
"I need to tell Tyler " I got my phone out of my purse
I called him and it kept ringing.
Weird he never misses my call, maybe his busy.
I'll tell him later right now I need to fry Evan with my interrogation.
