"Now tell me, when did you sneak into our room last night?", grunted Janice pulling away Kathleen's duvet making her groan.
"Well, good morning to you", smiled kathleen and her smile turned into a yawn in no time.
"You haven't answered my question yet kath and Laura said you left with EJ?? What happened ? I need to know right now", Janice demanded kathleen to fill her in with the details that she totally missed last night.
"Laura, I came back into the hall looking for you but you were gone. Where were you? And how did you get back to the dormitory?", kathleen sits up, pulling her hair into a messy bun.
"Hey... after EJ dragged you out of the party hall, Beverly was furious and she was planning a way to hurt you. She decided to hurt me to teach you with a lesson but that didn't happen", explained Laura and she decided to stay in her bed for the time left.
"Oh, thank God. I was worried and I tried calling you but you never returned any of my calls", signed Kathleen.
"Sorry, kath. Nathaniel took care of Beverly and the girls. He was the one who helped me in getting back to the dormitory before twelve", Laura concludes her story with a shrug. Kathleen studied her for a minute and she could say Laura liked him and it was surprising to kathleen.
"Oh my god, you like him, Laura. So, finally you got your prince charming", chuckled kathleen. Janice averted her gaze to Laura who blushed in pink.
"What no!! Come on Kathy. It's not like you think!", Laura threw her hands in air with a pout.
"Then what it is like? Tell me! I can smell something obviously strange here!", Janice squint her eyes at Laura's direction.
"Maybe........ I sort of like him", she blushed in pink. Kathleen and Janice jump onto Laura's bed and pulling her out of the bed. The girls were jumping in joy and ecstasy.
"Girls don't do this. I'm not even sure about it though!",claimed Laura.
"Not sure about what?", kathleen seemed confused for a minute.
"The thing between us, myself and Nathaniel", she shrugged falling onto her bed again.
"Listen up, you young lady! You can't stop the feelings you have for someone. You can't lie to yourself either. Your heart knows the truth all too well", Janice claims in a serious tone.
"I do know that", Laura mumbled and Kathleen spoke up.
"Emotions are a part of us, and in any relationship you can say, the emotions blend with us in the most delicious of ways. Emotions are who we are and there is no need to hide them or shoo them away.
Yet, there are times we have storms within ourselves, never because of us exactly, but from the damage, the triggers of our past. In my case I have been running away from my past for no reason at all. And I always thought no one would ever dare to love me for whom I'm. But I was proved wrong", she stopped for a while and began again.
"Laura, we had to know that the fear comes from another place and time, that there is no need to hide the fact that you like someone and don't worry about rejections. The heart has to understand that you love him and that's is all that needed for right now", said kathleen with a soft smile.
"Enough is enough, Ms. Kathleen. Now tell me what happened between you guys, what happened after the kiss?? Split it out", Janice urged kathleen to know what exactly happened the pervious night.
"Well, the person who calmed me in my moments of storm and who centred me, said that he loved me finally", beamed kathleen and the girls went numb. They couldn't believe that EJ could say such a thing.
"And I love him too much that I would do anything to be with him in the future. So I had to keep on learning, keep on evolving, maturing so that I can be the right person to him. Now he has become the lover that I deserve, who is able to give love freely, completely to someone like me", she remarks with a sunshine smile.
"Oh come on. We don't need the theory classes. All we wanted to know is what really happened after the kiss?! Did you guys do it?", whispered Laura making Kathleen choke.
"Laura, I bet they did it finally", smirked Janice and Kathleen continued to cough for a while.
"No, no, no nothing happened like that sort", assured kathleen.
"Then split the details so that we could believe atleast what you say", Laura concludes with a scowl.
"I pounced onto him when he confessed that he loved me and we hugged each other for a while. He wrapped his arms around me in a moment and I let my head rest upon his chest.
All my thoughts stopped as if my heart took over from my head when we were close. I giggled as he would squeeze as if he needed to check I was really there with him, and yes I assured him that our moment was real in both body and soul.
I doubt myself that if I ever felt the way I did right at that moment, about being in his arms, feeling happy and safe, though I pity me for not experiencing anything like this for all these 20 years of life on earth", asserted kathleen.
"How was your first kiss?", giggled Laura.
"His kiss is not at all the same as those movie stars, but one steeped in a passion that ignites. It is the promise of realness, of the primal desire that lives in both of us. And with the kiss he tells me that he is real and we are real and our souls are connected within, that he embraces himself rather than hide as a copy of those romantic idols", she smiled.
"You sound like you are so much in love. Awwww, it's so cute", mocked Janice.
"Maybe you should really tell me what happened after your passionate kiss", winked Janice making Laura giggle.
"Well, nothing that you expect happened. Still a virgin though", she smirked.
"We don't believe you", the girls chuckled at Kathleen's red face.
"But from the start I knew that you guys will end up like this after all", expressed Janice.
"Before Ethan I always considered love was fake. I thought I could never be loved at all. Yet there was times when I wish people would see the real me and love me for who I'm and not hate me for the bully who I used to be.
Now, I've someone who loves me really and wishes to have a future with someone like me and he has promised me that he will love me no matter what.
And so now, for the first time in my life there are no plans at all and I don't expect anything from him since his love is all that I need. Love must be free and so I imagine it to be. So all of my plans stop for now and it is as if my soul has stopped the search for the right person, it has been on for a time that feels like forever, as if it no longer sees nor seeks a path, yet now my soul feels like sitting on soft grass upon a gentle hill.
It was the simplest thing for Ethan to make the world fall for him, it was with his eyes and voice, his touch and sexy confidence to take what no other ever could. It's not that I didn't want him to fall for me, yet I thought none would ever love me like the way he does now.
But to be truthful I've wanted a love like this for forever, it's simply that I wasn't able to find, as if my soul was in a different room and they didn't have a key. He had the key though.
Once we have felt the real thing, the spark between us, we can't leave each other for anything now. So, all these miles away with the memories of our brief time together, it's all so silly to think how much I have fought with him and cursed him. But all these feels real.
It's all so real. I wouldn't have done it any better with anyone else other than him. Though, if I could have wished for a magic carpet to bring up a better person than Ethan, it wouldn't have happened. Because he is the right person for my storming soul", kathleen confessed.
"Woah. You love him so much", chirped Laura.
"Yes, I feel in love with him, I don t know how, I don't know why. I just did", she mumbled covering her face.
"Maybe it's time to celebrate this moment with swifties songs", jumped Janice. And the music player sang Taylor swift's 'lover'.

We could leave the Christmas lights up 'til January
And this is our place, we make the rules
And there's a dazzling haze, a mysterious way about you dear
Have I known you 20 seconds or 20 years?
Can I go where you go?
Can we always be this close forever and ever?
And ah, take me out, and take me home
You're my, my, my, my
Lover
We could let our friends crash in the living room
This is our place, we make the call
And I'm highly suspicious that everyone who sees you wants you
I've loved you three summers now, honey, but I want 'em all
Can I go where you go?
Can we always be this close forever and ever?
And ah, take me out, and take me home (forever and ever)
You're my, my, my, my
Lover
Ladies and gentlemen, will you please stand?
With every guitar string scar on my hand
I take this magnetic force of a man to be my lover
My heart's been borrowed and yours has been blue
All's well that ends well to end up with you
Swear to be overdramatic and true to my lover
And you'll save all your dirtiest jokes for me
And at every table, I'll save you a seat, lover
Can I go where you go?
Can we always be this close forever and ever?
And ah, take me out, and take me home (forever and ever)
You're my, my, my, my
Oh, you're my, my, my, my
Darling, you're my, my, my, my
Lover....
