"If you listen carefully enough, someone will tell you exactly the kind of person they are. So sit back and just observe!"

Throughout the story, Kathleen and EJ are gonna be like :
You post me. I post you!
You act single. I'll act single.
You claim me. I'll claim you.
You play games. I'll play games too.
Show no effort, I'll show no effort at all.
Put me Second, I'll put you last.
Simple as that, this shit goes both ways.......!

"Hey, Kath!! Stop!! Where are you heading to", Laura yelled running behind Kathleen who marched out of the cafeteria. She was furious, actually very furious. If someone comes her way, she would break their face right now.
Sometimes Kathleen gets so angry that she would regret being nice to somebody or trying to act nice, when the wrong is from the other side and get angry on unworthy people.
EJ saved her from getting into a quarrel. To be precise, EJ saved Rachel, Melissa and Doris from Kathleen. Kathleen never had angry issues until she met Rachel and her friends. She just can't control her frustration over them when they try to pick a fight with her.
Kathleen stops walking and glared at the cafeteria where she could spot EJ watching her. Her anger spiked on thinking about the Cafeteria incident.
"Are you alright?!", asked Janice.
"Hmm Fine, it's just... nothing. I need some time alone", signed Kathleen. She decided to savour some hours in solitude. She tamped down her anger as she never wanted to be the same person again. The person from her past life, the one who hurts others and that person was a complete sadist.
She was frustrated, angry, annoyed and she wasn't sure about the state she was in. So she decided that she definitely need some time to sort things out within herself. Sometimes Kathleen just accepts that some people like Rachel, Doris and Melissa are shitty humans and she should never try to see the good in them which isn't there at all.
"No, we aren't leaving you alone", stated Noah with a frown. Janice nodded agreeing to his statement. Noah, a debonair and a helpful friend for kathleen, Janice and Laura. He never promised to fix any of their problems but he makes sure that his friends doesn't face them alone. He reminded them during every hard situations that he will never let them alone. He always made time for kathleen and her friends.
"Noah, let her take some time alone. Because the best lessons are learnt in silence and solitude. This will help her regain her healthy and peaceful mind back", she stated. Laura was a optimistic and the most positive person among them. She always wanted to see the good in a person. She had her own way of looking at things.
"Oh what the fuck, screw your philosophy Laura, we can't let her go alone. What if the bitches come back to pick a fight again", said Janice with a serious expression.
"No, Jay!! She is right! I'll be back to dorm before three. I promise", Kathleen promised that she will reach dormitory sooner.
"And the bitches can't stand against me, you know that right", Kathleen winked at her direction. Janice rolled her eyes.
Kathleen waved goodbye to her friends and started walking towards the library, not to read books, she wasn't in the right state of mind to enjoy a book. She loves the ambience around the library. Grasses, flowers, shrubs and the fresh air could make her feel much better.
She was annoyed at the girls because they're trying to bring out the worst in Kathleen. She always wanted to change herself into a better person than she was the previous day, she wished to overcome her past but these girls were making it hard for her. A swell of rage rose inside her on thinking about Rachel and her friends.
They are triggering the beast that Kathleen tries to kill every single day, but she can't succeed in it, so she planned to put the beast within her aside. These bitches weren't aware that they were playing with a fire and they won't like it when she plays back.
Kathleen was furious on EJ since he saved those girls today, she misunderstood that he was taking sides with Rachel and other girls. But it wasn't true, he did that for Kathleen, but she misinterpreted it differently.
Minutes flew by, gentle breeze hits her face and she made herself comfortable on the grasses. The weather was pleasant and comfy. She closed her eyes and faced the sun. Warm-setting sun strokes her face.
She finally realized the saying, 'you are the sky. Everything else- it's just the weather'. It keeps changing, everything around us changes except us, but sometimes we too change because if the sky has to see sunshine, it has to weather the storm.
She started to play with the little flowers that grew on the grasses. She tried to make a flower crown. She picked up the best flowers and did it herself. It was something that distracted her for the moment.
She decided to listen a song that would pacify her heart. She decided to listen to the songs by the British boyband - 'one direction' , kathleen personally liked the boys and their songs. All their songs were her favorites, she listen to a particular song accompanied to her state of mind. And right now, enjoying this breezy weather, kathleen wanted to listen to soothing song.
She took out her phone and scanned her Playlist to find the master piece. She decided to listen to 'summer love'. This song was close to her heart.
****Yeah, oh ooh ooh, ooh ooh, ooh
Can't believe you're packing your bags
Trying so hard not to cry
Had the best time and now it's the worst time
But we have to say goodbye
Don't promise that you're gonna write
Don't promise that you'll call
Just promise that you won't forget we had it all
'Cause you were mine for the summer
Now we know it's nearly over
Feels like snow in September
But I always will remember
You were my summer love
You always will be my summer love
Wish that we could be alone now
If we could find some place to hide
Make the last time just like the first time
Push a button and rewind
Don't say the word that's on your lips
Don't look at me that way
Just promise you'll remember
When the sky is grey
'Cause you were mine for the summer
Now we know it's nearly over
Feels like snow in September
But I always will remember
You were my summer love
You always will be my summer love
So please don't make this any harder
We can't take this any farther
And I know there's nothing that I wanna change, change*****
......................
After an hour or so, she got up from the ground, her legs were sore. She shakes her legs and began to march towards her classroom to get her bag and other stuffs.
Sauntering towards her classroom, she found it empty and the corridors were empty as well. Kathleen took out her phone to check the time and the screen displays 4:00. Kathleen found it surprising, hours flew by in a blink.
She knew Janice would be annoyed like hell for breaking the promise. She might have expected Kathleen to reach dormitory on time.
She strolled around the corridor and stops by the painting class. Her painting on the notice board made her wonder who the artist was?! It has to be either EJ or Robert?! But why did that do something like this?!
She can't question them till she catches them red handed with proof. She has to plan something out immediately. That's when, her brain sparked with an idea.
She took out her phone and captured pictures of her painting.
She reached the dormitory by 4.30 and she stepped into her room without making a noise. Janice was busy reading a book and Laura was doing her assignments. They didn't notice her entering the room.
"Stop right there", demanded Janice, her gaze fixed on the book. Laura looked up, stopping her work abruptly.
"Hey, Kath?! Any better now?!", she questioned adjusting her spectacles.
"Yes, I'm. What about Janice?! Is she angry?", Kathleen mouthed making gestures, so that Jane doesn't hear.
"Yeah. I'm fucking angry", she said turning the pages of the book. Kathleen's eyes widened in shock so as Laura's.
"What did you promise?! I was wondering all this time if you got into trouble again", groaned Janice.
"Awww, jay. I'm fine. See what I brought you", Kathleen coaxed her by placing the flower crown on her head. Yeah, Janice love flowers and she appreciates efforts, she loved the crown that Kath did.
"It's cute!! I love it but not yet forgiven", she glared at her making her chuckle.
"I'm fine, Jay and I promise no more troubles", she shrugged.
"So, I don't get anything like this?!", said Laura with a pout pointing out the crown.
Kathleen hugged Laura who acted jealous and Laura let out a chortle when Janice showed their hug.
