Rezoir Israel Hillarca POV

I will never forget the day I mostly hated her.

"That's fine, Rezoir. "The important thing is that I'm here, isn't it?" Nana smiled at me while patting my back. This is my medal. My eyes were fixed on the main gate of the university. I don't know why I still hoped; it's not the first time they have been absent from such events. that no matter how many rewards I get, they are not by my side.

"Which restaurant do you want to eat at, Nana?" Nana shook her head at me and laughed.

"What restaurant? No. It's even better if we just go home; I'll just cook for you. "Is it okay?"

"But still."

"Are you fed up with my cooking?" she said sullenly. I put my arm around her, and we started walking to the parking lot.

"Of course not!" "When did I say no to your cooking?"

"I will serve all your favorite dishes!" she said kindly. I just laughed and shook my head. Somehow the pain in my chest went away.

"You should understand Israel! "The girl doesn't have a mother; do you think I will let her grow up without a mother to care for? p without a mother to care for?" knowing that my mother chose that little kid over attending my recognition. It's made me dumb. That's how I feel. As if I were not her real son, you know that she prefers to put that child before her own. I am angry; I am very angry, especially with that child. If not because of her—no, if not because of their family. We wouldn't have ended up like this. "And I don't need you. Is that it?" My fist clenched. My dad wasn't here; maybe if he had been, he wouldn't have interfered with the two of us. After all, my father loves my mother so much to the extent that he doesn't even have a single thing to say about my mom being a mom to that kid. Mama washed her face. His tears fell.

I turn away, not wanting to see her cry in front of me. But now, in my rage, I just let her cry in front of me. Right, I'm so ungrateful, son, right now. What sane son would make his mother cry? I am. My heart aches, but my face remains as stoic as ice.

"It's her birthday, son, and I promise this will be the last, okay?" "J-just... let me have the time to say goodbye to her son." She pleaded.

"I'm planning to consider the offer from Uncle Lorcan."

"ISRAEL!"

"I can't wait for it anymore, Mommy! How many months or years have you been with her? She's not even your child!" I will tear her apart like a piece of glass. That was the plan.

"Are you going, Israel?" my dad asked me. Yes, I took the offer from Uncle Lorcan. to study abroad in high school or maybe in college too. I don't know; depending on the situation, maybe I can consider staying there. When I successfully put my suitcase in the compartment of the car, my dad said, "I'm already packing up." "For the time being, I'm far away from home... this time." looking up at our house. I looked at my mother, who was standing on the terrace. We fought earlier, so he only saw me. I sighed. Dad taps me on the shoulder.

"Soon, son, you will understand your mom." "You can understand everything too." Look at his bulk. The last thing my father said plays in my mind. Understand.

Can I?

Will there be a day or time when I can understand everything they say? As the image of our house shrank, the only thing on my mind and heart was that I would meet that girl, sooner rather than later. Maybe fate will agree with my plan if I meet her again. Would I ever understand why everyone is so... into her? Maybe not. Maybe it is. And yet... the universe is really on my side this time. Or perhaps it is just a coincidence? Meeting her again never crossed my mind; is fate already opening the door for me? Is it just fate f*cking around with me?

"Midori Constantine Takata?" reading her name from her resume. And later on, starring a longer-haired face. Did you grow up, huh? I bet boys when you are in high school are so smitten. Does she have a boyfriend? Maybe she had it. So, in college, did many people flirt with him? F*ck! Why am I so curious about those things in the first place?

What if there is an Israel? What about you? Yes! You should take this opportunity to take revenge. What?! Don't say you're fascinated. What?! Fascinated?! Without realizing it, I slightly crumpled the paper in my hand.

"Yes sir!" I look at her. But I never thought she would grow beautifully. damn it! How am I going to rip this woman apart? My head got even hotter when I realized it was probably his mother's name, the name he used only to work at my company. What are you planning, huh? Do you think I don't know you?

"Excuse me?" I look her directly in the eyes. Her legs are shaking; I don't know if she's aware of it. What a scared cat!

"Ha! I can't believe we met again; what did you say again? Next time, make sure our paths don't cross; you said you might be swept away forever. "You know you'll be swept away from my cousin's house, and that's your fate," she says, trying to appear as ferocious as a lion.

Try hard, little missy; I'll promise to bite your cheeks soon, my lady. Cousin? Who the f*ck spat those disgusting, cheeky lines?

Is it Rav?

Rouston?

My eyes darken when I think that they are the ones who talked to him. "I doubt it though if we can call this a coincidence. Did you plan it?" And for your information, it will never be my fate to be swept away from your cousin's house! "And maybe my fate will be a slap!" She spat, angry. You're barking up the wrong tree, baby. I smirked. But I come to a halt in the middle; what are you smirking at, Israel? F*cking stop being a child; here she is—the woman you want to play with. Now that she has herself come forward, shouldn't this be your chance to make amends? Take a look back at the past years. The person who caused it is right in front of you. Who's at fault, and why was your family so chaotic back then?

I became a beast as shit from that day forward.

"Sir, here is what you photocopied." I look at her as she places the paper on my desk. I didn't pay attention to her, but I'm aware she was looking at me intensely.

"Sir?"

"Leave it; I'll check it later." still not looking at her. I can still hear her sigh. Give up? I'm not even in the middle; you're already annoyed. a few minutes later. I rang her intercom.

"Yes sir?"

"You photocopied the wrong paper."

"Yes? "Aren't you looking—" I interrupted her.

"Are you saying, Miss Tacata?"

"N-No, sir, go ahead. "I'll photocopy the paper you're looking for," she said, still trying to force herself. I heard she wants to experience a normal life; well, young lady, this is how it is. What is our so-called "normal life"?

"Juice," she said when she asked if I wanted coffee, but I said no.

"Your juice, sir." I looked at her with a frown.

"Did I say juice?" "I said coffee." Her mouth was agape. She's trying not to say anything, even though I know she wants to complain. Back to my business, She stood by my side for a few seconds but immediately obeyed my order.

"Here it is, sir," she said when she returned.

"Do we have a cake?" "There are no leftovers."

"There are none, sir."

"Go outside then, buy a cake." I didn't intend to tell her the flavor. But when she gets back, I can already see how tired she is. I coughed.

"Anything sir?" She asked me to wear those fake smiles.

"I'm good; you can go." I smiled when I saw her clenched fists. Why aren't you bursting out with your anger? Are you that desperate to have a normal life, a young heiress?

"Why are you torturing her, brother?" You are punishing now women too." Reign said.

"You're in love with her?" Rajih.

"Why the f*ck are you two here?!" I spat. They shrugged together.

"Just checking."

"Wandering." My jaw dropped, and I left work for a while.

"What is it?" I'm serious. Reign closed his mouth, so I looked at Rajih.

"Easy!" while raising his hands in the air.

Mom is back. She knows when I tell her Mom is here. I am no longer focused enough on young Tacata. Back to the old me, hanging out with some friends and playing around again.

"When will you come to your senses, Israel?!" Mommy greeted me when I opened the door for her. She's here in my penthouse, and, of course, Idris was the one who told her where I am. After all, that brat was nosy as a girl.

"It's still morning, Mom; can I get a rest please?" I groaned. F*cking hangover.

"What?! "Did you bang out again last night?!" She is being hysterical. If I say no, she won't believe me. The reason I stay silent is that she's nagging me. I rub my forehead because of the pain. In the end, she makes hangover soup for me.

"Stop making a decision you will regret, Israel." I stop midway when she opens a topic about that little girl. Biting my lips, I tried not to listen to her. But it is so hard when she keeps talking about her. "Fire her right away." "Don't think of her as something you want to annihilate."

"Don't worry, Mom, I won't fire her." "She's good at handling my appointments."

"ISRAEL!"

There’s no day that Mommy doesn't tell me to fire the young Tacata from my company. It's also the reason why I prefer not to remove her myself. Also, several times Mommy tried to introduce me to the company herself, but we were always out of town because of business. And I think it's a good excuse to be away from her, even for a while. It's not that I hate her. I just don't get why. What's wrong with young Tacata? While plotting my revenge, little by little, I was also burned by the fire I built. It's not in my plans to be close to her... nor is it in my wildest dreams to have an intimate relationship with her! I realize I messed up horribly.

"You like the girl?" I looked at Rouston badly for what he said.

"Really?" Rizalde smirked at me.

"I'm not, okay." "Do you think I will plant a bomb if I love her?" I said to the two. But I know—f*cking I know—that I, myself, am convincing the way it was. Why would I plant a bomb if I loved her? Right, I should be. I shouldn't fall for her. Revenge is what I'm plotting here, aside from making her carry the same pain I carried back then.

"You're conscious, brother, you're just numb." Reign, who had just arrived, smiled. I looked at him evilly.

"What are you doing here?" I said. We're in Palawan. Some friends of mine got engaged today. My so-called secretary doesn't know about this; maybe it will be a surprise the next day. I sighed when Ravier entered the room while carrying a bottle of rum.

"How the hell are all of you here?! ", I yelled, furious.

"Of course, we're here to relax like you, brother!" Rajih grinned. Rolling my eyes, of course, I won't buy that excuse. I looked at them darkly. Rizalde shrugged when my eyes landed on him.

"We're just checking if you're still alive; come on, Rez." "Don't be so overthinking."

"I'm not an overthinker. "I just know that you're plotting something for me."

"Think what you want to think," Rouston stated.

We spent the night talking about some things, including work. perhaps in life too. Palawan to Manila is the reason I am kind of dizzy. I closed my eyes to rest a bit, but my forehead wrinkled when I felt a presence beside me. Althea is f*cking kissing me before I can do anything. Before I can shove her away, the doors open. The little Tacata stood at the door... with a tear in her eye. Goddamn it! I'll call her name first. She turned her back.

"Get out." Trying to be calm as the water

"What babe? "Are you hearing yourself?"

"I. said. get. outAlthea." I speak strongly. I saw how the woman was stunned, and I washed my face. She tried to touch me, but now I shove her away.

"R-Rezoir." calling my name desperately.

"Leave. "Before I will destroy the whole of you." She laughed a little.

"You will be sorry Rezoir!"I will destroy the two of you! I’ll make sure of that! You bastard!" She left my office furiously. I didn't remember that, and I didn't remember her words either. What was more important to me was witnessing the pain etched on her face.

Yes, I'm a jerk. I know. Did she already fall for me? Are you falling in love with me, little miss? Clenching my fist, I watch the ocean. Three days. For three consecutive days, she's avoided me. I should be happy because it would make it easier for me to walk away. Seeing her hurt should make the fight fair. After all, I was the one who was hurt in the first place. Even though she was a damn child back then, It's fair! Isn't that fair? Why? Why can't I just accept another day of being ignored as hell? Should I stop?

"What if I got her pregnant?" I said weakly. Rouston was stunned. He then opened another bottle of beer and gave it to me. which I immediately knocked down. That's what I'm worried about; yes, I'm stupid. But, of course, if something is formed, I can't change it. I can't... just ignore it. Now she is avoiding me. Damn it! I didn't think my heart would react like this.

"Give her money." "More supplies for the things that the child needs while she is pregnant with your child," Rouston spoke ruthlessly. I know. His seriousness... while simultaneously provoking me to spit out the truth

"I just know that she is."

"Hmm, are you afraid?"

"I'm afraid I destroyed my mother's only porcelain." Because, until the end, she was my mother's most treasured possession."You f*ck up now," he chuckled. I caressed my forehead, and I didn't think that his not paying attention to me would make me cry. Rouston patted my back. "You know that it's you who will f*ck up in the end," right? I smile wearily.

"I know."

"She's not your sister,"

"She's not."

"You already fall for her; she's still young." "You are just looking for some excuses, Israel."

"She's my sister; there's no other reason why Mom will be by her side." "Dad cheated by choosing her over me," he says, his gaze fixed on mine.

"Why does it ever occur to you to say those words?"You are fooling yourself."

"I am?"

"You're a Hillarca; we are Hillarca." Don't underestimate the blood that's running through your veins, Israel. "We Hillarca don't cheat; we are true to our words." when I learn that I am fooling around. Tacata, my little miss, my lady, my baby. Yes, I love her. But I regret that day. If we didn't fight, maybe she wouldn't be in such a state that makes my heart ache.

"You will f*cking rot in hell! Your piece of shite!"You dare to fucking dare to lay your fucking dirty hands on my woman!"

I'm so pissed off as f*ck. Fuck! Fuck! Sonofabitch! I grip his collar so tightly that every punch I throw at the stupid old man feels like an earthquake. F*ck! I hear her cries. I couldn't see any other color but blood, and that made my head even hotter.

"Fucking stop now, Rezoir! "You're going to kill him!" Rouston shouted.

"I am! "I will fucking kill this piece of shit!" I shouted. "Shit! The cops are on their way! The old man is already unconscious, Rezoir! Fuck! Your woman is about to lose consciousness! "Come the fuck here now!" It's not my intention to stop beating him up with this f*cking sonofabitch! But hearing about her, my fists spontaneously stopped. I immediately let go of the old man. siren of the police. I don't know what happened, but I just know that she needs me. My cousins take care of everything. I know she requires my assistance.

"Go away! I said, "Go away!" I don't need you! I know she said it out of rage. No, you need me just as much as I need you. I wipe the blood on the lower part of my lip. Rouston and Reign are trying to stop Theo from beating me up. But I signaled them not to interfere.

"The fuck Hillarca! "How many more times do you plan to hurt my cousin? n to hurt my cousin?" I let him vent his anger. After all, he was right. It's my damn fault. "The two of you do not belong together." '' '

"They hate us." My grandfather answered why the Tacata doesn't let us go beyond the boundary of the haciendas. "And I hated them too," I answered. He chuckled. "But, grandson, I hope there will still be a time that we can reconcile."

"I hope not," I whispered. He just patted my back.

"A Hillarca won't ever be with a Tacata," I remember saying it myself back then. As opposed to what is happening right now, I also ate my own words. "I love her," I whispered. I can see how my brother was surprised; they are used to me not being the only one they are throwing stones at. Now that I have confessed to the very cousin of the person I love, there must be a little lightness inside me. Because, as I previously stated, I am obsessed with success. I already love the girl, Tacata.

"No! Don't! "Don't love her."

"Then. "Tell my sister that you didn't love her," Ravier stated solemnly, and beside her is her sister, Lucia.

"After all, a Hillarca can't have a Tacata." Theo clenched his fist. Lucia is intently looking at him. Theo then chuckled. "You think you can go beyond the barricade?" he said.

"I will."

She's falling into your trap. Just stop. Stop this nonsense."

"Thaddeus." Lucia.

"Do you think if Uncle Cessair finds out, he will let you be with her daughter?"

"It was just an accident." Rezoir doesn't want to cause this tragedy, Thaddeus!

"AND F*CK IT IF THAT'S AN ACCIDENT!" "We all know that he's plotting his revenge!"

"He doesn't like that." Lucia is still in tears, defending me. I shake my head. And I did the best I could; they will not take her away from me. I kneeled. I beg. But in the end, she ran away. She left me out of nowhere. One week. We've been looking for her track nonstop, but we can't find her, and I can't find her. I was staring at my cell phone, daring it to ring. It was a call from him, but it rang every minute. It was not the person I expected to appear on the screen, but the people I had personally tasked to find her. I hope they will announce the good news.

"I'm sorry, sir. Still nothing." I sighed.

"Continue searching."

"Yes sir!" I look at her mini frame at my desk here in my office. My people have been searching for her for a week, each day for a week. I'm at work, hoping she'll be there. But at the end of the day, she's not. knowing that she's still traumatized about what happened the other day. knowing now that she's nowhere to be found. I am restless, and there is not a night that I will not be in the middle. She dreams. She's calling for help. I close my eyes. My eyes want to rest, but my heart and body won't let me. My phone rang again. The name of my mother was on the caller ID. I answered it quickly. "I-Israel..." I tightened my grip on my phone when I heard her cry on the other line. "M-Mom," I said, my voice cracking. "I heard what happened. Your grandfathers are back in the country." "We need to talk." And I know I let them down.

"Do you despise that kid so much, Israel, that you treat her like a toy?"My grandfather looked at me furiously.

"But, Papa, I stop him."

"Then you should convince him continuously, Serena!"

"Papa," Papa called Lolo.

"You know how much I want my friend Vicente and I to reconcile! What will he say when he finds out what happened to his grandson? Israel! "I didn't name you Rezoir Israel just to hurt and make a fool of a woman!"

"I'm sorry…"

"Stop... looking at her."

"Grandpa!"

"You will listen to me! Obey my order! "You will stop looking at that kid." I have nothing against Sebastian Gideon Hillarca. Yes. I f*cking need to stop looking for her. He stated that I will stop, but not my men. That's why my men continue looking for her. I was about to leave when I got a call from inspector Kim. I don't know why my heart beats so fast upon looking at his name on my phone screen. I can't go a day without her by my side.

"Good evening, Mr. Hillarca."

"Good evening, inspector Kim." I greeted.

"Good news," upon hearing those words. My tears came out. "We successfully found her."

"G-God... thank you. "Thank you so much, Kim, inspector."

"It's part of my job, Mr. Hillarca; she's on an island, and you won't believe what island she is." I laughed and rubbed my neck. Baby. Finally, it's exactly eleven o'clock in the evening. But I can't stop going to the hacienda; luckily, it happened that day when my cousin Rouston was still on vacation. He managed his private jet so that I could return to Romblon faster. When we arrived, the hacienda was still so alive. Nana Reming met us at the entrance.

"What is the important thing you are going to say—you are still traveling at this time of night?" said Nana. Rouston grabbed her shoulder.

"Where’s Grandpa, Nana?" I ask her.

"In the kitchen," Nana replied with a frown.

"Why are you having coffee?"

"I woke up from my deep sleep. "What is the important thing you have to say, Israel? It will not be done in the morning." He said.

"Good news, one," I said. When we got to the kitchen, I was surprised to see Reign there. "Why are you here?" I said it in surprise.

"You too, brother, why are you here?"

"Aren't you still wandering around in the hospital?" He rolled his eyes at me.

"It's not wandering; it's checking," he said. I didn't pay attention to him anymore, and I didn't look around anymore. "I found her." Reign was slightly upset. Nana immediately attended to him; he even received a slap on the back before giving him a glass of water.

"Size and match," Rizalde said, who was about to enter the kitchen. When I looked at Grandpa, he was staring at me. He slightly folded his hands, glancing at the three.

"What about it?" he asked with a stoic face.

"I found her… "Won't you be happy?"

"Are you?"

"I-I a-am…" closing my fist. "I'm happy that I finally found her...

"And why are you here?"

"I know. She won't be happy if she sees me."

"Do you think she'll notice me?"She'll be happy, won't she?"

"G-Grandpa… I love her. You know very well how much I love her; can't you help me even now? Yes, I was so stubborn and rebellious my entire life. Yes, I built my own company out of pride, but I know that now and then, I still belong to a bunch of idiots. "I'll be happy when I break her," I laughed as I reflected on my own mistakes and decisions."It's not... I will never be happy. 'Cause I was so in denial back then that even though my heart was screaming a red light, I was still choosing the green light." He sighed.

He looked at his grandchildren one by one. "Love is not a thing you want to play around with." "Women have the instinct, and so do men. Why do you even choose to play around when your heart knows what to choose?" He preached to us. After all, this is Sebastian Gideon Hillarca, a man who was true to his words.

"You're willing to kneel in front of their clan?" he asked. Without hesitation, I nodded. He doesn't need to ask, because even if he says it, that's exactly what I'm going to do. The one who apologized to his family... I will kneel until they forgive me.

"Y-Yes... I'll kneel in front of them to beg forgiveness... and then kneel again to ask her to marry me. Grandfather chuckled.

"What do you want me to do then?" I sighed. Finally, we both understand each other. Finally, we both understand each other. Inspector Kim didn't say anything; the only thing he said was the exact place where Azeria was.

Chaldene Azeria Tacata

name of the woman who can make my heart beat like crazy Her name was so odd on my lips, but it didn't hide its... sweetness. And I told them my plan. I know that eight months is still not enough to relieve the pain in her chest. That's why I'm afraid... even though I want to see her. There is the word how: what if, when I appear, she suddenly hates me more? What if I go somewhere I haven't seen her before... what if she's already met someone better than me? Those thoughts are running through my mind. I know that's not unlikely to be true.

"That's right, I'm going to the island too." "Mark has a favor to ask of me." Reign said it all of a sudden.

"Mark?" Rouston asked with a frown. Reign nodded while peeling the banana.

"Yes, he will return to Manila." Our aunt is sick, right when I have an OT at the hospital where she used to work. He sent me to the island because he has a pregnant patient. He can't just leave it alone. He says this while nodding at us.

while I was so stunned.

"Why? "Did I say something bad?" he said. And he ate the peeled banana without saying a word.

"Your hunch was right?" Rouston asked.

"Do you think?" I slightly leaned on the table.

"What is it?" "Is there anything I should know?" My grandfather looked at Reign intently. "Did Mark reveal who the patient is?"

"Of course... not." He chuckled and shrugged. "I didn't ask, and I didn't agree right away either." "But when I learn that at the mortuary next week, I'd better go to the island." Nana immediately grabbed him around the neck."You're young; why are you still going to be a doctor if you're also afraid of the dead?"

"Nana, why should only those who are not afraid of the dead be doctors?"

"No, but-"

"Oh, that's right, Nana, you judge too much." This time, it was the grandfather who stopped his disobedient grandson. "Are you saying, Israel, that there is a possibility that your cousin's patient is Azeria?" asked the grandfather.

"Huh?" With wide eyes, reign stated. Rouston supports Nana. I nodded slowly.

"What the f*ck?" Reign is cheap. The banana in his mouth fell. The face is smooth.

"Reserve Israel Hillarca!" my grandpa yelled at me.

"I know... I didn't think she would run away. "If only I knew she was pregnant, do you think I would let her go away?"

"But you have a hunch about it!" You! You should confirm it while you're blinking!"

"G-grandpa," hissed grandpa as he rubbed his forehead.

"Reming, call our pilot and island stewards, and I'll be on the island tomorrow itself!" grandfather spoke authoritatively to Nana. Nana immediately followed him, while my brother was dumbfounded again. I know we're not sure yet if Azaria is the patient Mark says he is. Even now, I have a feeling that he is there, and that makes my heart restless. I looked up, trying not to let the tears fall.

"OK," Grandpa said, closing his eyes and sighing slightly."Go up and rest." This time he looked up, and he looked me straight in the eye. "Everything will be fine." I hope so. I hope everything will be fine tomorrow. I'm not feeling sleepy, so I'm on the mini terrace of my room. I leaned on the iron and looked at the sky. In his left hand, he gently played with the wine in the glass.

"Can't sleep?" Rouston said. Our rooms are next to each other; across from me is Reign's room, and across from his room is Rizalde's. while Rajih's was at the far end.

"Yeah," I answered. Sometimes I drink the wine I bring. I looked at his band; like me, he was also holding a can of wine. "Thinking about those possibilities, I can't rest."

"Why did she run away?" I was stunned for a moment.

"Maybe because I f*cked up?" I laughed a little. I don't know. I do not know, because I thought we were fine. I thought that in the end, we understood each other. Yes, partly because of that accident, I know I'm at fault. My plan is for us to forget the complicated events of that together. I even swore to myself that even if he rejected me, it would be fine. It's okay because I hope that eventually, I can relieve the pain in her chest. but it's too late. In the past eight months, I've felt like I've lost myself for eight years. Yes, I know how stupid I am. But maybe if it's my karma, it's too much? All I did was be cruel to her while I continued to love her. But, perhaps... everything has a limit. When the time came that she was doomed, I was crushed. I wish I could be there; I wish I could be the one who should be there. Now that he's been gone for eight months, Is it still right? Is it still right for me to enter his life again?

"B-Bro... s-she's p-pregnant..." Reign was confirmed to me when the night came. Grandpa and I are already on the island, even though my feet wanted to get on the plane this morning. I put up a strong fight against her will. Because, as I know, it's not the day yet. But now it's official... I'm the father of the child she's carrying. When she ran, she had my son in her womb. The sound of glass falling echoed in the room.

"B-Brother?"

"A-Are... are they okay?" My fist is clenched. staring at the reflection in front of me.

"They're fine, brother." "The size of Azeria has changed; she has gained more weight now, maybe because of her pregnancy." I nodded, holding the phone tightly to my ear. "Then her hair is short, not like it used to be long." It's like a million needles are piercing my heart, to the point where I'm having trouble swallowing.

"W-What else, Reign?" "What else has changed in her?" I asked my brother with a trembling voice. I heard him tasting and sniffing. He tried to laugh.

"T-They're fine brothers." He said.

"G-Good then. Reign…"

"Hmm."

"L-look at them... Please look at your soon-to-be sister-in-law and niece, Reign. I don't think I will be able to... come tomorrow."

"O-Of course. "I will look after them; I can be his nurse."

"T-Thanks... bro." when the line went dead. I fell to my knees and leaned against the bed, hiding my face in my knees. My tears flowed like a faucet there. I'm slightly punching my chest to avoid the pain I feel. I should be happy because she is pregnant. It is in her womb that proves how much I love her. But on the other hand, knowing she's pregnant while... I closed my eyes tightly. Damn it. I can't take it. I can't believe my suspicions are right. that she was pregnant before something bad happened to her. I heard my room's door open.

"Oh! "What happened, Rezoir?" Nana Reming. Like me, she is also in tears. She approached me and knelt in front of me, only her feet visible. That's because I'm still bent over. Who said men can't cry? I was ashamed to show my teary face to Nana, but she immediately stroked my head and immediately hugged me. It's heavy. My entire body is heavy... and broken. God, am I a bad son?

"N-Nana… "Am I a bad person?"

"N-No! Do not say that! You're not a bad person; you're the nicest person I've ever met, son. Nope. "You're not a bad person; you're just not a good one; fate isn't always on our side."

"I just want the weight off my chest, Nana." "I loved her... but was it right that our paths met again?"

"There's a reason for everything, son." Everyone has a common cause. "Everything will be fine." She stayed with me. That same night, I was overcome with pain. I have not felt like eating for a few days. Or if I tried, I ate very little. Nana took care of me; I was tired and fell asleep. The next day They didn't stop me either. No matter what restraint Nana exercises, my heart is full today. I'm going to be an island.

"What if you get carried away, Rezoir?" Nana. I caressed her back, slightly calming her down.

"You take care of the hacienda first, Nana."She sniffed. "What am I going to tell your mama if she calls?" she said worriedly.

"Tell her that I’m out of the country." Nana sighed. She didn't comment anymore, not that I didn't have any plans to tell Mom. Now is not the time to tell them about this incident. Then, when I've fixed everything between me and Azeria, But.

"Bullshit Azeria!" I couldn't help but let out frustration and, at the same time, anger. "D Damn it, eight months. I waited and searched for eight months! And freaking what?! You're carrying my damn blood, my child! Why?! "W-why did you leave without telling me a damn thing, huh?"

She was still standing there, breathing heavily and shaking. I stepped forward angrily and shook her shoulder. Baby, say anything, please. Just one word. You're killing me. Reluctantly, I let go of her shoulder.

"After a painful event, you still managed to leave me." You're so cruel, what did I do? What are you going to chastise me for?! What?!"

"I—" tears were rolling down her cheeks.

"W-what Azeria? "Even if it's just a lie, I'll accept it!" Even though... you will lie in front of me, baby. Just…say anything. But— She takes a furious step forward and finally bursts out.

"It's you! "You're the one with the most lies!" I was hurt. I know; I know she’s right. Between the two of us, yes, I know there's a lot I haven't told her.

" R-really? Where did I lie? You already know, Azeria, that what I've done and said is fucking true!"It's fucking real!" but even so. Damn it, I became real to her.

"R-real? Do you think I'd run if you were real? No! I wouldn't run from Rezoir if you were real, and one more thing: who am I to you? I am not even your damn girlfriend! I'm just a girl you can take to bed. "I'll make you a wife, but when the truth is that I am worthless, it comes to you." taken aback by what she said.

"W-why do you have an idea... like that?" "How the fuck did you come up with that idea?!"

"I-its Althea! "You also proposed to her, didn't you?" She laughed softly and gently pushed me. "S-she's fucking wearing a damn ring, Rezoir! I? "I'm the one you offered, but there's no proof. What do you think I feel, huh?"

"You will be recognized as the father of your child; isn't that what you want?" I shook my head and immediately hugged her. No baby! No! Do you think I would even agree with that? No, the two of you—the two of you people—should be recognized. I closed my eyes tightly, and when I opened my eyes, her eyes were bloodshot.

"Y-you know my answer to that, Azeria! I don't bother looking for you if I only discovered my purpose in your womb. Think again. If necessary, I will tell you again and again that I am true. I will, just don't think of leaving me again. If you love the baby, please let’s fix this. "Even if not now, just give me a chance."

Please, baby...

"M-marry me. "Azeria, marry me."She shook her head at me. Her eyes avoided mine. My heart is in great pain. Doesn't she love me anymore? Am I too late?

With her, I experienced things that I knew were unlikely for me to do now. caressing her belly. From time to time, I check on them.

"Hmm, is he okay?" "Are you two all right?"

"We're fine," she said, taking my hands in hers.

"How about daddy?" "Did baby say anything?"I was taken aback when she asked me, "Am I fine?" It's just a simple question. However, the corners of my eyes are moist.

"I'm a fine baby, daddy," I smiled and came to Azeria, planting a kiss on her forehead. "I am beyond happy," I whispered while our foreheads were still touching. But my heart ached more, not because of the pain but because of the joy of hearing the words—my long-awaited words. "I love you, Rezoir Israel Hillarca."

"Damn. I'm itching to hear that from you, baby." God! "I love you too, you and our sons." Just now… I am thanking him. I thank him for giving me a chance to be happy like this. Despite the good things I have done in the world, he gave me a wonderful woman rather than the luxury that I have. Chaldene Azeria is my luxury that can't be taken away from me... Running away from me is one of the things that I can consider a nightmare. Now that all around us is so f*cked up again, why would happiness be taken away from us so easily?

"No marriage will happen, Hillarca!" Uncle Cessair shouted hysterically at me.

"P-papa..." Azeria called to Uncle, and he immediately waved at me.

"What are you doing here? I said, "Go back to Manila!" Why are you still bothering my child? "You got what you wanted!"

"No sir. "You're wrong; I still haven't gotten what I want," we both said as we stared at each other."I'm not leaving here." "As long as I'm not with your daughter."

"Son of a bitch!" Are you kidding me, huh? There is no reason for the "an."

"There is," I cut him, my jaw tightening."She's carrying my child." "There's no way in hell I'm going home knowing my child is in her womb!"

"W-why? "Why is Azeria still his?" Why? Why not?

"What do you mean about that, sir?" "Are you still unable to forgive us?"I just don't know why—because I forgot. I accept hearing those words.

"Is this in your plan?" "Do you also plan to take my son like how your father took my wife?" Uncle screamed full of anguish at me. No. I'm weak. Tito, you're wrong; I wish I could say everything that easily. "It's just a coincidence that I fell in love with your daughter, sir, and it has nothing to do with my father or whatever plan you're thinking of." Fate is the maker! But please don't involve us in the mess you three are in. "I adore her; I adore her."

"You're willing to kneel in front of their clan?" Grandpa. I'm now... kneeling in front of them. For men, my baby is respected by most. "Even if you search my condo and I'll prove it's planned, it's fine." But I hope you don't make my son a bastard. And now the truth has been revealed. She successfully gave birth to our sons. I know it was so hard on her... I want to stay by her side. I gave her the space she wanted. Because I know, despite all this. There is also time to be whole, and my mother and I will be happy together. That at the very least, bad things are happening around us.

"I'll pronounce you now as husband and wife!" In the end, she is still the woman I will present at the altar. No matter how many trials fate throws at us, she is still the one I will choose and love forever. "I love you, Mrs. Hillarca." I smiled at my wife when she closed her eyes. A few seconds later she was sound asleep, and then I got up to visit my son in the other room. When I was young, all I wanted was for our family to be normal and whole.

But God had other plans; yes, Papa never cheated on Mama. And Mama was not lacking as a mother; maybe it's not enough, and fate won't agree every time he wants to get back at me. At that point, the family they had made was in chaos. But I didn't think... Azeria is the center of everything. before the union between the Hillarca and Tacata clans is peaceful and complete again. I must first thoroughly understand their secret because that is the starting point and the endpoint. And here it is, my endpoint.

The happy family we're building now is aside from the fact that our parents back then didn't succeed in having one. There is still a chance, and I'm starting to take those chances. It was fun to be a villain for a while, but at the end of the day, we're still ourselves. I became the wildest in the middle, but I've been focusing on my fascinating heir at the end. At that point, the family they had made was in chaos. But I didn't think... Azeria is the center of everything. before the union between the Hillarca and Tacata clans is peaceful and complete again.
