Possessive

"Don't you know how to knock the doors?" Kenneth growled angrily almost swearing. If only Sheina wasn't there, Kenneth would have definitely transformed into a wolf and then lunged at his brother without much hesitation. The man held back his killing intent near Sheina.

Erick smiled amusedly without feeling apologetic. "I didn't know you were having fun. You never bring your women into your house.”

"Don't meddle in my business!" Kenneth said sarcastically.

Erick came closer and stared at Sheina for a few moments. The man held out his hand kindly. “Hi, my name is Erick. I'm Kenneth's brother. Nice to meet you!”

Kenneth immediately brushed off Erick's hand before Sheina introduced herself back. The man immediately dragged his brother away from Sheina. Kenneth talked to Erick in another room. The man deliberately took Erick away from Sheina. Erick still maintains his smile. “I still can't believe that you have a girl in your apartment? Is he your Luna candidate?”

“Don't ever try to get close to her or I will kill you!” Kenneth gave his stern warning. Erick laughed, having found an answer from Kenneth's reaction. Kenneth let out another growl. “Quickly tell me your purpose of visiting my apartment! I don't like to discuss unimportant things with you."

"I understand." Erick still showed his smile. In the next second Erick changed his face to be serious again. “I heard about your fight with that clan from Germany. I just wanted to check on you."

"I'm not that easily ousted from people who coup my office."

“Good for you!” Erick appreciates his younger brother. "Besides, I want to tell you something. I want to build a hospital in this city. At the very least, I need to report that to you since you are my 'king'."

“Damn it! What are you planning, huh?” Kenneth pounded the table really hard.

“I want to be an ally for you. The coup attempt on you indicates that your position is not secure. I want to be one of the people who faces the worst possibility.”

“I don't need your help. I can face them. Besides that I have Oscar and Niko who have elite fighting skills. They are trained by special forces.” Kenneth arrogantly refuses his brother's help. "If you have no other interests, you better get out of my sight as soon as possible before I slash your neck."

Erick chuckled. “You always have a bad temper.” Erick complied with his brother's request to leave as soon as possible. Erick knew Kenneth had never liked him. The man didn't want Kenneth to show his anger unnecessarily.

When he opened the door, Sheina was already in front of Erick with a tray filled with drinks and biscuits for snacks. “Are you guys done talking? I was just serving drinks." Sheina didn't expect Kenneth and his brother's conversation to go so fast.

"Thank you. You are very painstaking, your grace.” Erick smiled kindly. "I didn't expect you to be willing to carry the tray without Niko's help."

“Erick, stop your babbling!” Kenneth immediately pulled Sheina to hide behind his back. He even removed Sheina's tray even though Erick was ready to accept Sheina's banquet as a courtesy. Kenneth directed his head ordering Erick to move away immediately.

"You can call me if you need my help." Erick left his business card for Sheina. "I apologize for my brother's temperament. I hope you can understand and last a long time beside him.”

“Eric!” Kenneth snapped angrily.

“See you again!” Erick waved his hand at Sheina and Erick. The man finally came out of Kenneth's apartment, making Kenneth exhale, adjusting his good feelings again. Sheina still smiled at Erick with admiration even though the man was no longer near her.

"He's very friendly, sir. I didn't know you had a brother." Sheila smiled. “Mr. Erick is very different. He looks more friendly and likes to smile compared to you. In addition he has an admirable profession. Did you know I dreamed of going on a date with a doctor when I was little? I think doctors are one of the heroes that still exist in this modern age.”

"Until when are you going to praise him?" Kenneth's ears felt very hot hearing Sheina's words. The feeling creeps up to his chest. He really wanted to punch his brother now.

"Did I do something wrong?" Sheena frowned.

“Sheina, do you like him more than me?” Kenneth narrowed his eyes at Sheina intimidatingly.

Sheena shook her head quickly. "No." Sheina squeaked. Kenneth kissed Sheina briefly on the lips. “Don't ever talk about that man again in front of me! Didn't I warn you about that before?"

"I think he's an exception because he's your brother."

"There are no exceptions to anyone." Kenneth stressed every sentence. "Do you understand?"

Sheena nodded her head. "I understand."

Meanwhile Oscar accompanied Errick out of Kenneth's penthouse. “How long have they been dating, Oscar? I've never heard of Kenneth dating seriously."

"I can't say they're dating, sir." Oscar said ambiguously. "But I can't say they didn't sleep together either."

"Does Kenneth want to play with the girl?" Erick frowned. "It's not like him. Kenneth wouldn't have brought the girl into his private area if she wasn't special. Moreover, Kenneth looks very protective of that girl.” Erick could see the serious look in her bother's eyes.

"At least, Mr. Kenneth hasn't made their relationship official yet."

Erick nodded his head in understanding. “I don't smell the wolf on her. Is she from a different clan? Her skin is quite pale for humans in general. Is that girl a vampire?”

Oscar shook his head. “That girl's name is Sheina. She is an ordinary human. But Mr. Kenneth really liked it because Kenneth got great energy from Sheina. Mr fight Kenneth's last one is one piece of evidence."

"I can't be happy after knowing that girl's identity." Erick exhaled with a worried expression. “Humans cannot provide Kenneth with additional powers. Moreover, humans do not have a support group to add to the allies of the werewolves. Kenneth is an Alpha from a large clan. Sheina could be in a dangerous state if the enemy finds out about it.”

“Mr. Kenneth knows the risks, sir."

“I asked you to protect them, Oscar. Besides, contact me immediately if anything bad happens.” Erick patted Oscar on the shoulder. The man nodded his head understanding Erick's words.
