15. Try

Alexa did everything she could to treat the injured robots. Some were seriously injured, but some were slightly injured, or even died or were destroyed.

Witnessing the war directly made Alexa speechless for a moment. It was terrible. If it happened on Earth, humans would have been bleeding. Screams, shouts and so on would color every battle.

"Stop!" Azura stopped Alexa who was trying to help the dying robot.

However, Alexa did not want to stop even once because according to Alexa the robot had the right to survive even though the damage was quite severe.

"Stop Alexa!" Azura held Alexa's hand who was still trying to help the robot. "He's dead," Azura told her.

In Alexa's eyes, the robot was like a human being who was suffering. Alexa's own breath was short because of her hard work helping the robot.

"I said stop." Azura forced Alexa to look at her. "There are still other robots you have to handle. Just leave him. He needs to rest," said Azura persuading Alexa to stop.

"But—"

"Remember. This is a battlefield, Alexa. Nothing is impossible here. Don't focus on just one point or you'll get something bigger," Azura said again and started to release her hand from Alexa.

After adjusting her feelings, Alexa then focused her attention forward, on several robots that were getting help.

"Are you ready?" Azura asked to make sure Alexa was ready.

The girl nodded and they started to get busy again treating the injured. Even though they were robots, they still felt pain. If they were living robots, it meant that there was life inside them even though it was just a program.

Alexa began to be overwhelmed by the number of robots that came to the treatment camp. Azura might have been used to it and again Azura was a robot, while Alexa was only half and not used to it, the girl began to lose focus until someone tapped her shoulder making Alexa look back.

A female robot with jet-black hair and a blue robot uniform approached Alexa.

"You've done well, Alexa. Now let me take over, you just rest," said the female robot.

However, Alexa was silent, staring at the female robot who chuckled. Because the female robot looked very similar to Dean.

"Okay. I'm Jasmine, Azura must have told you who I am, right?" said the female robot introducing herself.

"Ah, hello," greeted Alexa politely.

Jasmine chuckled.

"Finally I can meet you in person, Alexa. Nice to meet you," said Jasmine extending her hand to Alexa who was immediately greeted by the girl.

"Nice to meet you too," replied Alexa.

Jasmine nodded her head.

"Since you've worked hard, you should take a break first," said Jasmine as a reminder.

Alexa nodded and her work was given to Jasmine who immediately worked on taking care of the robots. Jasmine's movements became more agile and she began to drown in the busyness.

Not wanting to get in the way because the robots that came were increasing and making the room narrower, Alexa decided to get out of there while observing the surrounding conditions and keeping herself busy. The uniform the girl was wearing quickly relieved her fatigue.

Walking to the edge of the room, Alexa could see the battle that was taking place down there. The place was like a stadium on Earth. Alexa was in the stands, and the war was taking place on the field with objects flying in the air. Alexa's heart beat faster when her eyes found a very familiar figure. Yes, it was Dean who was fighting down there with his troops.

Alexa didn't understand how this war could happen. How it started. For a moment the girl was silent like a fool watching a show on the field even though Alexa knew that this was a war. Not only on the field, but in the air the sound of gunfire, explosions, and so on could be heard so clearly. The girl watched silently with teary eyes.

"That's Aluqi." Suddenly a voice greeted Alexa's ears. Harlan's voice from a one-way communication connection to Alexa. "He is the commander of the enemy troops," Harlan continued.

Alexa's attention was now focused forward, on the figure that appeared so clearly in front of her. Standing proudly, his protective robot uniform looked so awkward. With just a swing of one hand, the man fended off attacks so easily without having to bother to intervene.

Unlike Dean who immediately jumped onto the battlefield and led the troops, even if Dean was injured, it didn't matter. However, Aluqi, only looked into the air, observing with his sharp gaze that looked in all directions.

"Don't attract her attention, Alexa!" Harlan reminded firmly.

But they forgot one thing about Alexa, not the blood or tears that the girl had as a sign but a rare blue aura. They forgot one famous prophecy, 'That figure has a blue aura.'

Alexa's attention was focused on Aluqi from a distance, who looked so prominent with the greenish uniform there. Alexa didn't know that Aluqi's attention was focused on her, not moving at all. If they were facing each other, they would stare at each other.

"Alexa!" Azura's voice called Alexa's name and the girl turned her head. "Not there!" Azura shouted. But Alexa didn't understand until a hand suddenly pulled Alexa away from the edge of the place.

Melvin, the deputy commander, was the one who pulled Alexa away from there, breaking the indirect eye contact between Alexa and Aluqi there. Alexa looked at Melvin in confusion.

"Don't be there," said Melvin. "If you are seen by him, you will endanger the others," Melvin continued, telling Alexa about it.

Azura approached the girl, making sure Alexa was safe.

"Are you okay?" asked Azura.

Alexa just nodded.

"Thank you," said Alexa to Melvin.

Melvin looked at Alexa then nodded.

"You can stay here, but don't let the enemy see you," Melvin reminded her.

Alexa nodded.

Melvin then turned and approached Jasmine to get treatment. Alexa just realized that Melvin was injured. The male robot had been in the middle of battle. If only Melvin was injured, what about Dean? Alexa's attention immediately returned to the battlefield, making sure Dean was there even though Alexa herself was not sure if Dean was okay without being injured?

"Azura," Alexa looked at Azura who was still nearby. "Can I find information about the enemy?" Alexa asked then.

Azura looked at Alexa.

"I want to study the enemy's strength," Alexa admitted then.

This time Azura nodded her head then directed Alexa to the girl's arm and pressed a button there.

"You just talk, ask the system, it will appear," Azura explained.

"Okay. Thank you. But, I need a quiet place to study it," said Alexa.

"There is an unused room back there, you can go there," said Azura directing.

Alexa nodded her head and once again thanked her then walked back, in the direction Azura pointed.

What would Alexa do if she already knew about the enemy?

Of course, Alexa's goal in joining the battlefield was not only to fight or help, but to get other information that the girl might be able to get. Who would have thought that Alexa could find Aluqi that quickly and then get an idea.
