Part-84-3

"Truthfully I'm scared. I hope we make it in one piece at the end of your tutoring lesson." "You are just being dramatic. I know the basic and I'm not dumb to know what you are saying. I'll just follow your instructions and we will be safe. Have little faith in me." She scowled. "Sorry." He responded rubbing his neck embarrassingly. "Better." "Hands firm on the wheels and keep your eyes simultaneously in rear view mirror and in front." "Yes, captain." She said doing as he instructed. After telling her the basic like parts and gear all he was now teaching her to start and drive. "Now put the keys in the engine and accelerate it slowly and keep your legs coordinated between brakes and acceleration." ---------------------------------- "That was fun." Sanyukta exclaimed as the seemed inside the room. "I'm just glad we made it without a scratch." He said keeping the keys. "You can be little appreciative. I was good for a first timer." She frowned sitting on the bed. "Joking." He raised his hands in surrender. "You are not going to sleep?" She asked him as she saw him taking out his laptop and some files. "I have to complete the production and machine thing regarding the new Chandigarh factory. It will hardly take an hour." "You should have told me earlier you have work to do I would not have forced you to teach me driving today." "It's OK princess. Don't worry. You sleep I'll join you soon." He smiled. "Do you need something? Like maybe coffee or tea?" "No I don't need anything. Now you sleep. If I'll need something I'll ask you. No formalities." He kissed her forehead and tucked the blanked over her frame before going back to his work. "Randhir you are still awake?" She rubbed her eyes looking at him who was sitting on the couch gaze fixed on his laptop screen. "Few more minutes, princess. I'm stuck and this is very important. You sleep." "But it's 2 in the morning how many more hours." She frowned looking at the clock. "Sleep Sanyukta. Don't bother about me." "How come I should not bother." She said getting up and walking towards him. "Why you work so much Randhir?" She yawned resting her head on his shoulders. "Because I want our company to be the best." He rubbed her arms. "Can I see?" She asked. "Sure." He said shifting the laptop in her direction. "See to start with there is only few rooms in the factory and rest are under construction. We don't want to wait for whole building to setup to start our work there. So there is four rooms for machine right now, two to keep the supplies of raw material, one rest room for workers and one room for administrative officer." Randhir explained. "So what is the problem?" Sanyukta asked. "The manager over there has kept more labour than required and we don't want to fire anybody because it's not their fault plus our reputation in the labour market will be at stake which can harm our labour requirements in future." "Oh!" "Hmm." He hummed. "So any idea?" "In future are you planning to place more machine there?" She asked. "Yes." "Instead of doing that in future you can do that now." "But can't you see we have no rooms." "How many machines will be in a one room and how many labour are required to operate one machine?" She asked. "Two and four respectively." He answered. "OK one more thing after machine room which is the second biggest room?" "Supply room." "For few months till your building get completely build you can put one machine in one of the supply room. You have four extra labour. Four labour equals one machine." She shrugged. "Then were are we suppose to keep the supplies?" He asked raising his brow. "You can keep the essential ones in one of the room and the others we are not needed regularly can be brought from market." "Bringing supplies from market can be hectic and expensive." "Tell me what is more expensive keeping four unemployed labours for bringing supplies from market." "Former." He replied. "Exactly my point. This way those four labour will not sit ideally and disturb others thus not disturbing their productivity. They will produce at least something thus adding to the production. And lastly machine is a fixed cost right now labour being the variable and it's important in short run to cover variable cost." "Yes!" Randhir exclaimed. "This idea will totally work. You are awesome." Randhir hugged her tightly. "I know." She smiled hugging him back. "Now come on you need sleep." She shut his laptop and drag him to bed
