Vampire's Kiss

Emma has been living with only one purpose: vengeance. She’s been hunting the vampire who tortured and killed her friends for decades. She’s tracked him to Denver, and she recruits a company specializing in hunting vampires to help her. She’s ready to die for her cause, but when she meets Ryker, everything changes. Emma finds herself wanting things she hasn’t thought of since before she was turned. It’s forbidden by The Community for vampires to have relations with humans, but it’s a rule that’s generally overlooked. Emma isn’t a normal vampire though, and when her ex-boyfriend comes to town and announces their upcoming marriage, Emma knows she has to do something drastic. Ryker knows Emma’s a vampire, and that a picket-fence life is out of the question, but he wants her anyway. He wants to complete her vendetta mission and run away with her, but when the mission has unexpected consequences, Ryker’s left wondering if that was Emma’s plan all along.
