UNTAMED DESIRES

"I don't know what you are talking about?," she said looking confused. "Stop with the pretense Nadine. I know you and I know what's going on in that pretty head of yours. If you think for a moment you can use sex to manipulate me, you are wrong. I'm a young warm blooded guy and you should know I won't turn down sex when it's offered, even from the likes of you. So you should know having sex with you doesn't give you any kind of control over me. I'm ready to take you up on your offer of sex but it's going to be nothing more than that." Nadine felt like her heart was being ripped out of her chest. Nicholas hated her. His words were punishing and she didn't even know why he was punishing her to start with. She should be the one punishing him for years of abandoning and rejecting his own daughter. What could she have done to make him hate her that much? Nadine is a twenty six year old single mother who led a simple life in her small hometown, running an inn and working part-time jobs.
