Chapter 22 (Not So) Good Samaritan (4)
The moment she was out of Willow's sight, she managed to retrieve her handphone from Lelia. She had told Lelia her plan of meeting someone without divulging all its details to her. Lelia had been considerate of sneaking her out, advising her not to take her phone along.
"I waited for you," Elaine's fingers tapped away on her keypad, hoping to get a quick reply from Gary from the other end.
"I'm so sorry, Elaine. Something came up, shoulda told you about it but I decided to come seek you out at Transcity Club instead when I discovered you'd left," Gary replied.
Her heart hummed, what the hell was Gary talking about? "I've never mentioned saying anything about Transcity Club, why seek me out there? We'd mentioned Ty's Tea and Coffee was our hangout," her finger shook.
The air suddenly felt stuffy, Elaine unzipped the rest of her front gown downward, exposing a sizable view of her breasts.
"Elaine, you should get about your business," Lelia interrupted, strutting into the changing room.
"I'll be done soon, just give me a minute," Elaine nodded to her.
"Okay. Be quick about it. I don't want any trouble with the boss," Lelia reminded her to which Elaine nodded.
Something was eerie about Gary. She felt insulted for being stood out at the coffee shop, now he was saying he came to seek her at her workplace instead.
"You'd mentioned working in Transcity club, remember?" The words popped on the screen.
Elaine gasped, she tried to steady her racing heart. Had she done that, when had she done that? Gary was certainly playing with her intelligence.
"Did I?" She wrote back.
"Or don't you work at the groove anymore?" Gary put in.
Elaine sagged against the door, her eyes bounced to the ceiling for a minute. He did know she was a stripper. What the hell!
"I was told you came. Can you show up here, perhaps we can meet." Elaine wrote to him.
He typed away, only to stop for a while. Elaine paced the room, her gaze flickering to the door.
When the door jerked open, Willow stood at the door this time. Quickly, she dropped her phone in a heap of clothes which was in a basket.
With a fake smile on her face, she rushed out of the room without waiting to see what Gary was typing.
"Perhaps, another time. I have important things to do." It read.
The days waltzed by slowly like the hands of time. Gary hadn't replied to any of Elaine's messages after an endless stretch of unreplied previous messages. This time, she was dressed in a killer tang top and a g-string. She should rather take her mind off Gary. Yet at the back of her mind was the very bad Samaritan which her heart wouldn't give up.
The point where he'd picked her, drove her to, and forced her to do things to him. The words he even said to her, the things he did to her. Surprisingly, her pubic mound still ached from the intrusion of his fingers. Her lips still burned from the taste of him in her mouth.
She had never given up herself freely unless she was being paid. Yet that had felt so different, that giving him such an extensive pleasure had turned her on.
Could it be that Gary was the good samaritan? She paused to ask herself. No way on earth could that have happened.
Gary and that man of a beast were two distinct people. Different faces and different classes. One was rich and the other was poor. One was breathtaking, and the other was just the usual everyday kind of guy.
Lelia was running towards her now with a plastered smile on her face. She was the youngest and Willow's favorite person.
"Willow is asking for you?" Lelia said.
"What's with the smile?" Elaine scoffed.
"Your wealthy Billionaire is here," Leila whispered to her.
Elaine's eyes widened, while her heart frantically jumped. Great! Just what she needed, something to affirm her curiosity, she said to herself.
She followed Lelia closely and met Willow with a bemused look. "He won't have no one but you. I reminded him that business hasn't been good and he should pay more. He did. He paid good money for you." Willow showed her the wads of money in her hand.
Leila giggled at that.
"Where is he now?" Elaine asked.
"He's in the VIP section," Willow replied to her.
"He wants more though," Willow said.
Elaine snapped her head back to Willow.
"Aside from the lap dance, he requested for the dim lights and your body." Willow told her.
Elaine's face blanked white. She came closer to Willow. "My body? You know that's not part of my service."
"Well, he did pay real good for you. You should take this and please him," Willow advised.
"But I can't do that. I didn't sign the papers to be fucked," Elaine's eyes shot darts of fire.
"You think I don't notice the side gigs you take? Now, don't play the saint on me, Elaine 'cause I'm no fool." Willow's tone had heightened.
"I can take on the role, Willow if she ain't ready," Leila put in between them.
Willow shot a gnarl at Leila. "She's taking the goddamn role."
Elaine had no other choice then. She flipped her tank into a sexy brasserie, turned down the lane, and walked into the VIP section.
On the couch sat a man dressed in light apparel. He looked and smelled expensive. His face was hidden behind a mask. Only his eyes and lips were revealed to her. She stared up at the far corner, Willow could be watching her from the camera, so there was no way to lie her way through.
Why was Gary quiet either way? Didn't he have something to say to her?
Slowly, she started her dance, hovering over him while he watched. Her bum glided over his groin, while her hands worked his torso.
She was supposed to be the good girl winning the wealthy man, she was supposed to be Cinderella!
