Under His Protection

Cora gasped when he wrapped his hand firmly around her throat. he pushed her backwards until her back hit the wall and then used his body to keep her in place. his face lowered until his lips hovered inches over hers. Bright blue eyes locked with her shocked gaze. it was easy to read the fury in the eyes so close to hers. Vlad De Luca was pissed at her. “I don’t have time to babysit your bratty ass princess,” he muttered. “When I give you an order, I expect you to follow it without question. Do you want a repeat of last night?” The colour drained from her face. Cora instantly shook her head. Her as still burned from the spanking she received after putting them in danger. If he pulled her over his lap again she wouldn’t be able to sit down for a week! “From now on I expect you to listen and obey. Is that clear?” “Y-yes sir.”
