Sarah's cunning
Sarah's two weeks of surveillance had yielded no results at all. There was no sign of a young woman entering the cafe located at the end of the street near the mall with the same features as Lily. Nothing at all.
Sarah was furious. Finally, she entered the cafe with the intention of finding more accurate information. Just in case Lily was in disguise there.
For almost an hour, Sarah sat with her head down, watching every visitor who came in. Many times she sighed in frustration when she looked at the door, not the person she expected to appear.
Undeterred, she finally searched for a room that must be the owner's secret room. Her lips smiled as she found the place she was referring to.
"Ah, my instincts were right this time."
Sarah opened the door to the room she found earlier. She slowly entered and then sat on the sofa next to the door. This cozy room was filled with various photos and wall paintings. Sarah's eyes wandered around until she found a picture of Sarah and the owner of the cafe posing in a house.
Sarah quietly picked up her camera and took a picture. She had to find out where the address of this house was.
"What are you doing here?" The sound of footsteps from behind Sarah approached, and she tapped her shoulder. "Are you a stalker?"
Sarah turned her body around. "Hi Sandy. How are you?"
"Wh-why are you here?" Sandy was astonished by Sarah's presence, like an intruder.
"I was suspecting Ryan. He often comes to this cafe for some reason. I followed him and finally ventured here. While it was crowded, I dared to enter your room."
"What do you want to know?"
Sarah smiled. She quietly sat back on the sofa. She patted the sofa and told Sandy to sit next to her.
"Lily. I want to meet Lily," she said mysteriously. Sandy chuckled at Sarah's wish. Strangely, why were Sarah and Ryan both after Lily? What was going on exactly?
"No, I won't tell you where Lily is." Sandy pointed at the door in order to repel the intruder who entered her room. "Please come out."
"You're kicking me out? But I saw you bring Ryan in at that time, and you might have talked about something." Sarah annoyed Sandy this time. Her mocking style made her sick.
How could Ryan put up with a woman like this?
"None of your business. Now leave or I'll call security," Sandy shooed her away once again.
Sarah finally gave up. She stood up in her arrogant fashion and left without greeting. Sandy quickly closed the door and locked it. She then looked around for something that Sarah might have stolen.
"She didn't look for anything. What was she doing inside?"

Sarah laughed as she looked at the picture of Sandy and Lily that she had taken earlier in her room. Sarah tried to remember the shape of the house and the scenery around it. Sarah seemed to have seen the house somewhere, but she forgot.
"It seems like this house was once featured in a gossip account and a video of a celebrity account. But, long before Lily and Ryan divorced, What account?"
Sarah finally contacted one of her colleagues in the entertainment world. The colleague had many acquaintances and certainly knew the show she was referring to by heart.
"Erik, I sent a photo. Do you remember the gossip account that once aired the profile of a rising young entrepreneur?"
Erik, his best friend, tried to remember whose photo Sarah had sent earlier. He also asked Sarah, who suddenly asked about it. "There, I know. What for?"
"I'm looking for Sandy Carlson's profile as a café owner in the Buttonfield area. I need it as soon as possible."
"Not cheap, Sarah. Because it's personal." Erik tugged sarcastically at the corners of his lips. This was a good opportunity for him to make some extra money.
"How much do you need?" Sarah asked her best friend without hesitation.
"Just for the address?"
"Yes. Address only."
"One thousand dollars without bargaining."
"Okay, I'll send it directly to your account."
"Okay. I'll see you in the afternoon."
Sarah ended the call with her trademark, mysterious smile. Her face lit up as she managed to find the address where Lily had been hiding all this time.
"Ryan, you're stupid. You can't even find the address. With just a flick of a finger, I can find Sandy," he whispered to himself.

Sandy came home early. He felt uneasy leaving Lily alone at home with only Steve's mama. This was all because of Sarah. Her mind was always on that woman who had managed to get into her room without permission, like an intruder.
That woman was cunning; she could have used all kinds of ways to find Lily, even down the ant hole.
"Lily, don't you want to move into Steve's house? Until you guys are officially married next Sunday." Lily frowned. Haven't they all decided this yesterday? Why is Sandy so scared?
"What's wrong with you asking this all of a sudden? What's going on?" asked Lily curiously.
"This afternoon, Sarah walked into my office like an intruder. I was afraid that she would suddenly.” Sandy looked anxious, Lily could sense it but she tried to act casual.
"I have no problem. Let her look for me,” she said without hesitation.
Sandy shook her head. She firmly rejected Lily's extreme plan."It's useless to hide if it ends up like this," Sandy said.
"No. It won't be a waste. I can stand on my own, Sandy. I will fight them. I have to get my father's rights." Lily was now teary-eyed holding back her tears that would probably fall any minute now. "I must avenge my father."
Sandy's eyes filled with tears. She could not bear to see Lily have to fight for her father's honor. She hugged her best friend and rubbed her back.
"I always support you, Lily."
Lily returned Sandy's hug while whispering in her ear. "Thank you."
