Chapter 9 IX.

Chapter 9 IX.
Today Alessandro would begin his training under my care at Ricci's enterprise, and I was very nervous, especially after what I witnessed last night.

I couldn't help but blush when I remembered Alessandro's naked back as it flexed deliciously at his heavy activity.

God I have absolutely no idea what the hell is wrong with me, but I need to get rid of this stupid feeling that keeps making me restless.

The door to my office opened without a knock and Mr Ricci strolled in casually dressed in a suit. Alessandro followed close behind him dressed in the exact opposite. He wore boys cargo shorts, a huge T shirt that had the picture of a skull in front of it. His hair messy as usual and several chains on his neck. There was that signature smirk on his lips and he looks cool.

But still I frowned in disapproval. That is not a proper work outfit. I know he just wants to learn the ropes, but he needs to also dress the part.

I stood up to greet Mr Ricci with a respectable bow and I heard Alessandro scoffed, but we both ignored him. "Good morning sir."

"Morning Rowan. I see what a great job you've been doing." He praised and I couldn't help smiling at the compliment. Mr Ricci left me in charge of everything and I'm happy to hear that he appreciates my effort.

"Thank you sir. Please come have a seat." I offered trying to keep my eyes strictly on Mr Ricci and not Alessandro as he looked around the place with his hands in his shorts pockets. He looks so powerful and intimidating even in such casual clothes.

"I'm not staying long son. I just decided to bring my grandson here myself and show him just what he's missing!" He glared at Alessandro who completely ignored him and just kept looking around. Mr Ricci shook his head with a sigh and returned his gaze to me. "Please take care of him Rowan."

I nodded, "I will do my best."

Pleased with my response, Mr Ricci stared at Alessandro. "You better keep to your word and behave Sandro. I don't want Rowan calling to tell me that you gave him a headache."

Alessandro smirked in my direction and my heart went on overdrive. I completely ignored the feeling. I need to calm the fuck down!

"I'll try my best to behave grandfather, as long as your dear Rowan also promises to be a good boy."

The way he said the words sent a shiver through my body like I was electrocuted. I should feel insulted by those words, but why do I feel strange instead?

Mr Ricci shook his head in defeat. "I leave him in your care Rowan." I nodded and watched Mr Ricci leave the room.

When the door shut behind him, I realized that Alessandro and I were truly alone now. It made me anxious. I don't know if it's the scared anxious or something I don't even want to think about.

I really need to get a hold of myself.

And it didn't help that he was looking at me with that lazy smirk of his, and that hands in his pockets like he knows his place in the world.

It's infuriating.

He clicked his tongue and took a step closer to me. "So Mr lick butt, where shall we begin?"

I frowned, "excusee me. What did you just call me?"

"A lick butt." He repeated with a casual smirk and a shrug, "you sure love to lick my grandpa's butt. You're a total push over."

I forced myself to be annoyed even though his stupid forest green eyes was making it difficult. How could he call me something so annoying and infuriating. I hated it.

I pushed aside my annoyance and decided to be professional. "Call me whatever you want Mr Ricci, but we have to get down to business."

For the first time ever, Alessandro's smirk dropped. "Don't call me that!"

I smiled loving the fact that I finally got something that annoyed him. "What should I call you then, Ricci junior? Or young master Ricci?" I taunted watching as his expression only got more and more annoyed. Serves him right for trying to get on my nerves.

"You can call me by my name and if it's too long for you, then you can call me Sandro." There was a mischievous smile on his face as he took a step closer to me. I forced myself to act casual and stand my ground. He can't see that he intimidates me. With a smirk, he said. "Or even better, you can call me Daddy."

My heart leap so high I felt it was going to burst out of my chest. My eyes were as wide as soccer balls.

Call him daddy? That was what that guy was screaming in his room last night.

Wait a minute, was Alessandro Ricci flirting with me? That can't be the case. I'm dating his sister and I'm not gay. Don't tell me he knew I saw them and is now trying to get a reaction out of me.

Clearing my throat, I took a step away from him and said. "I guess I'll stick to calling you Alessandro."

"I'll prefer Sandro." He stated.

I rolled my eyes, "fine Sandro."

At the sound, he let our a dramatic moan. "Hearing you say it makes me hard."

My eyes grew wide as my face turned red. "Excuse me?"

"I said, hearing you say my name makes me..."

"Don't repeat that!" I snapped and return to my seat behind the desk and I heard Alessandro laughed at me. I didn't want to admit that he has a nice laugh. I gesture towards the seat across me, "take a seat, Alessandro." I decided to call him by his full name after that disturbing statement earlier. He noticed and came forward to sit down while shaking his head in amusement.

Once seated, he ploped his legs on top my desk and crossed them together. I stared at his black converse on my important files and then glared at him. But he was unphased as he kept smirking.

Chosing not to let him get to me, I began. "First of all, there are going to be rules if we must work together." He tilted his head staring at me like he found me funny, and I found it hard to maintain eye contact. "Rule one, you have to be professional. Let's start by you getting your legs off my desk."

"I don't want to."

"Alessandro!" I growled and he stared at me shocked by my hard commanding tone.

He sighed and brought his legs down. "Fine! But I only listened because you're hot when you're mad."

I blink in shock by his words. How did we go from him hating me to him flirting with me?

I ignored his words and continued. "Rule two, when coming to my office next time, you should dress the part. You look good right now, but I want you to be more professional."

For the first time ever, Alessandro let out a genuine smile and it made my brain turn to mush for a second. "You think I look good?" He teased.

Only then did I realize what I just said. "No! I mean yes! It doesn't matter okay. Next time, dress in a business suit!"

He opened his mouth to say something, but my secretary popped her head in interrupting the moment. "Sir you have a meeting with Mr Queens in thirty minutes."

"Thank you Tina." She nodded and shut the door.

I looked at Alessandro who was looking at me the entire time. "Get ready for lesson one Alessandro. We are going to a meeting."
