CHAPTER 58

ALLISON'S POV

It was midnight, the actual time I was waiting for, it was time to set out with the guards I knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to be able to shoe my leadership qualities because I was the one leading the soldiers so they were all compelled to listen to me.

"Now that you're leaving, you have to be careful... It isn't safe out there there are many things that could attack you and you won't be able to stand against them... You all have to stick together to be able to get to the valley in one piece and that would be my greatest wish" I was glad that he was here to even wish me goodbye, I guess that was because he missed me.

"I guess boy toy, you should know that I actually liked what we had together" he pushed me a little as I tripped, he pulled me back onto his arms, that was really nice, falling into his arms I loved that fact a lot.

"Glad to know that, I'll be at Basin city waiting for your arrival" He stuttered, remembering that they were actually taking over Basin city got me amused, I had to laugh knowing that they were only going to exorcise their power until I'm back to claim what's mine.

"I guessed as much... Control your father so he don't go against the deal that we have already signed you know that won't go well for you all" I warned knowing that we had a deal filled with the conditions that would serve as his rules to them, going against it would surely bring grave consequences.

"I know that, I'll let him know and actually control him, you don't have to worry about him" he assured me as he had me in his arms, I loved the fact that I was accepting him as mine, being with him was surely fun and I would miss a lot of that because it wouldn't be weeks, once I have my child I'll leave the whole west, no one would come looking for me. I'm going on my solemn exile far away from my family and everyone I know.

Having these thoughts in my mind all just felt like a transition.

"I'll be back in few weeks and that would actually be the time where I would get to tell you what I have in mind," I stuttered, bringing myself back to the reality of myself.

"Why don't you tell me before leaving?" He stuttered wearing a smile on his face.

"Nope that would feel right, I'll do it when I'm back so be just anticipate" I left him in suspense I guess he wouldn't even bother himself about it, he would surely forget about everything.

I shifted into my lycan form,

"Michelle are you ready for this?"

"We're made ready" she chuckled as we rushed into the woods, the guards were at my back running together was kinda fun.

"Whoever gets to the river first would get the biggest share of our first meal" I growled as the guards howled in concession. The race was fierce, running for more than six hours I loved the fact that I couldn't do anything than run.

Getting close to the river, I heard a voice...

"Watch out for the spikes" Michelle saved me, sprinting farther than usual, I was glad when I was panting furiously as I turned back to human holding down a tree branch.

"Now it's your turn to save us both" my wolf uttered as I held the tree branch with all my strength, I couldn't help but realize that I was on the verge of losing my own life and that would surely leave me devastated.

Listening to the cries of my child, i felt my strength returning to me, I held the tree branch going for a perfect swing, I was glad when I landed on the land surface, the guards were all there to hold me from falling off the other side.

"That was really close, for a moment I thought you weren't going to make it"

Thank you so much, I really didn't know what would have happened to me if it weren't for all of you... well I did make it, Can we move on?" I appreciated them for saving me.

"Of course, you're the leader... Lead the way" he uttered as he helped me up to my feet.

We walked around the forest, finding a way through but it seemed fruitless.

"What are we doing?" One of the guards really didn't understand what was going on.

In order to save the time and stressed that we both were going through, I came up with a great idea.

"Why don't we camp here?we don't have to get settled once I find a way out of here we're moving"

"Yes Commander" I was glad that they all pay heed to my words, having that as a problem would surely be disastrous.

I was hoping that my child would cry to me again, having that always gave me the strength to actually trace where he was actually.

I couldn't deny the fact that I really wanted to find my child and that was the only desire I had at heart and seeing it become a reality would be a dream come true.

An hour later, I heard the cries of my child, it felt like he was calling out to me, I screamed

"We move out" I was a bit perplexed as they all stood up instantly.

"When we get out of this forest the first thing we would do is to hunt and kill a bear cause we're all hungry" he stuttered wearing a smile on his face, I conceded to his words as I growled shifting into my werewolf form. Michelle running as fast as she could following my directions, as soon as we were out of the forest the voice stopped.

I shifted back into human, knowing that this was a border to another land.

"Why are we stopping?"

"Have a look at that side"

"What do we have here?"
