XAVIER'S POV

"Remember the deal my son, she needs her man in one piece" Alpha Connor uttered, wondering what deal they were talking about, I wished they could say much about this deal or give me a hint as to what was going on.

"A little torture isn't it" he uttered as he raised my head up high so I could stare at his father.

"Yeah" I sighed,

"What deal are you talking about?" I inquired staring at my uncle, he looked at me deep into my eyes,

"You don't need to know what you need to know is that everyone around you would betray you if you don't change your attitude" he made every inch of his words go through my mind, it was like a spear trying to rip my head off slowly.

"You come in here and teach me about attitude, well I'm not righteous but a man who would leave his back and form a rogue pack that act is identified as treason" I retorted shading off his words,

"I'm glad I did that because it made me flourish and my name was heard around nations" He laughed hysterically, as he looked back at me,his soldiers were all watching the little drama,

"Your father only accompanied us to battle bur we never saw him in the battlefield and when the battle is won, he takes the glory and when we lose the battle he kill innocent men that fought their own strength to keep the pack"

"My father would never do such" I knew he was only lying because of his soldiers, he was the wicked man that my father knew him as. I didn't know much of him but with what I was told I knew he was manipulative so this should be one of his plot to get into my head and plant evil thoughts about my late father

"If you don't know you can ask the past ministers which he changed and assigned his mates to that positions" he uttered wearing a smile on his face, I knew my father had changed his ministers when I asked him about that he told me that they planned on killing him hence he cleared them off.

"Your father was a conniving bastard and he deserved everything that came to him, I just wish I had you subdued under my command I would have ripped you head off by now" He growled, holding my chin furiously.

"What are you waiting for, take the shot or are you too weak to lift a sword" I growled as his son stopped him, he looked at me bending on one knee.

"The lord over your life, if she says you die I'll do the honors of watching you die a slow and painful death" He uttered as he kicked me right on my ribs,

"Take him back to where he belongs " he ordered as the guards picked me up and led me back to the dungeons

I was a bit surprised staring at Christian being fed with so much food, he was moved to a different cell.

"Where's my share of food?"

"Your share is definitely coming Alpha..." The soldier scoffed as he pushed me hard into the cell, hitting my head against the wall I felt so much pain that I had to lean against the iron bed frame, sobbing silently.

"What's really going on?" I asked myself couldn't understand what exactly Alpha Connor walked into Basin city to achieve, if he was here on rampage this castle would have been burnt down to ashes because that was his trademark of showing defeat, but he didn't. He didn't even take slaves for sport or to make his soldiers fuck different women in the castle.

"I don't really care about what's happening, but what I know is that this isn't an attack, they're only here to prove to you that you also can be subdued since you went about boasting of how your forth is impenetrable" Christian's words only filled me with regret, wishing I could take back the words that I uttered on that day before the Supreme Alpha of the west, his forth was also penetrable, I eyed that seat so bad that I forgot the pain and worry it would cause to everyone beside me.

"If that's the case why am I having this feeling that Allison has a hand in all this?" I stuttered remembering Alpha Connor's words about a female lord.

"What would she gain, putting the lives of her family at risk," Christian retorted,

"They spoke about their superior being a woman" I had to let him know that Allison could have a hand in whatever that's happening in our pack.

"It might be the Nurse who took your child, your father killed her mother she definitely would love to pass the hurt onto you but she wouldn't want you to know that she's the one doing it" Christian was right with his words, I was angry at myself for not realizing my father's sins and atoning for them before the time was too late.

"I'll endure the pain and torture as long as my kingdom would be returned back to me" I stuttered wearing a smile on my face hoping that this would surely turn out the way I want it .

"If this is going this way you might get old in this cell" Christian laughed, filling his mouth with food.

"Hey your food is here" I recognized this Voice surprised to see Aurora standing right outside my cell with a tray in her hands.

"Aurora, you're also a part of this conspiracy" I was so pissed staring at her as she wore a smile on her face.

"Yeah Jason here is my husband, he told me that he's coming to take over Basin city I was a little bit shocked when he said those words but I guess he achieved that great feat and he had you locked up like a child" I sighed wearing a smile on my face.

"Aurora you have to listen to me" I was trying to deceive her into releasing me from these chains.

"Hey you should know that Allison had this all planned up" she divulged as Christian hit his chains hard on the cell bars uttering the words,

"You're the one that planned this you foolish witch always being a follower, you can never be a leader. You're so obsessed with power that you just follow anyone holding that power"

"I'm not obsessed with powers, I only love what's good" She stuttered as she held the tray in her hands, I knew she could have her way around the castle and get the keys to these cells.

"Aurora can you get me out of here?" I asked as someone's interrupted in a mild tone.

"And why would she do that?" I was a bit pissed when Jason walked in holding Aurora by her waist.

"What are you doing here my love? Your presence doesn't befit this hell hole" Aurora uttered as she kissed him right in my presence, I knew Aurora was a slimy bitch.

"I'm taking you upstairs, he can have his food before he dies... Let's go upstairs I would like to cast an eye on your body" I stuttered in a mild tone.

"Sure"

"A walking whore, you'll keep sucking cock until you get choked up" Christian growled as he looked at Aurora, Jason was angered at his words as he walked over to Christian's cell.

"What did you just say?"

"Well I said the words that you're supposed to hear, if you would like me to add some more I would happily do that" He chortled as the guards were amused by his words

"You don't have manners" he stuttered as he looked back at Christian.

"Don't walk yourself by getting into these cells cause I'll make sure you don't walk out alive and even if you do you would never be alright" Christian wasn't scared of Jason's words.

"Are you threatening me?" He chuckles as he walks closer to Christian, I was wondering of they were both going to fight it out in the dungeons.

"I'm done talking, you can go with your whore. She's a whore and nothing more" The tension was building rapidly and I couldn't deny the fact that I loved Christian's words.

"Don't you dare touch me" Jason uttered as he stormed out of the house.

"You'll pay for this christian" she stuttered as she walks out of the dungeons.

"You weren't scared of him," I sighed,

" He can't touch me, whoever pushed them into capturing Basin city doesn't want any death, so they can't kill us so I love getting him pissed so he would yearn to kill me but he can't" I loved Christian's ideas.

"Yeah right, I think I should do that with Alpha Connor that way we both get to make them pissed and eager to have us killed" I conceded to his words.

"We're creating a fraction between them and their superior, that way they get to go against their commands which would lead us to the superior"

"Who do you think is the superior?"
