Chapter 76
AMELIA
I cried in silence, shoved my fist into my mouth as I ground my pussy against his hot, talented mouth.
I ignored the twist in my gut. We weren’t supposed to be doing this, but it seemed that this was the only normal thing we had right now, loving each other.
We were supposed to find Alec and kill the demon and its legions. On the other hand, we didn’t have the luxury and time for ourselves and might not get the chance to have each other again.
We were on borrowed time. Tomorrow was not guaranteed, so we took the time left for us to make beautiful memories, or this might be the last.
With his mouth sucking me hard and his tongue thrusting in and out of me, a moan that I’d been trying hard to control finally slipped my throat— a kind of moan that was deep and helpless and desperate to come. It was shamelessly loud.
I should be ashamed, but it was Ryden who was giving me pleasure, making me feel good. So, for a moment, I didn’t give a damn until I came.
My thighs spread wide. My legs began to tremble. One hand gripping a handful of his hair pushing his face into my pussy, the other fisting the cheap sheet in the motel room.
It felt so good. My head bucked against the pillow and my eyes rolled back. I was almost there, just a thread to euphoria. I almost grasped it.
Then his mouth was gone, and I felt lost and empty and aching. My entire body shook both from impending orgasm and rage.
Groaning, I looked down at him, messy hair, and beads of sweat formed on his forehead, his mouth was wet with my arousal.
“Why the hell did you stop?” I asked through gritted teeth.
“I told you to keep it together. Or you don’t mind your friends and brother hear you scream my name.” He shrugged. “I honestly don’t give a fuck right now as long as you come in my mouth.”
“On the other thought I changed my mind,” I kicked him on the shoulder and closed my thighs together.
Ryden was strong and fast to hold and grip my knees tightly. “You’re upset.”
“Damn right, I am upset.” I spat my words out and glared at him. “Let me go before I burn this cheap motel to the ground.”
“Okay.” He let me go and stood up. His cock looked painful, so stiff and hard. “Here’s a deal. If I can’t make you come in two minutes, I’ll stop, go out, and find something to eat. Deal?”
“No thank you. I’m not so cheap to make a deal to a man who married me and bit me so he could feed his ego to make me come.”
“I’m not letting you go unsatisfied, Amelia. This is me, the man who married you and promised you to make you happy for the rest of my life. Now lie down and spread your legs for me.” From a soft face, he shifted to an arrogant ruthless alpha in just a second. “Now.”
“No fucking can do. You can’t do that to me. You’re maybe my alpha. I’m your luna. You don’t order me around to satisfy your dick.”
“Did you just disobey me?” He leaned down, eyes glowing, face darkening. I was afraid his wolf might take over and take full control. He was so furious, his growl was feral and ready to attack his frail little prey.
I rolled my eyes. “Release him, you little ass wolf with a fragile ego. I’ll obey my alpha’s order.”
I lay back in bed, spread my thighs wide, and gestured at him. “Come on. Let’s do it because this is what we both want at this moment. Let’s say our desires are aligned.”
I barely finished talking he was already on top of me, his mouth crushed into mine in a savage brutal kiss that had me gasping for air.
He folded my knee and positioned his stiff cock into my entrance.
I braced myself for the pain and sudden intrusion, but it didn’t happen. Even his kiss slowed down to more passionate and tender making me writhe beneath him.
Gasping into our kiss, I moaned in silence. I felt every ridge, every vein, and the softness and firmness of his hot length entering inch by inch until he was all in. It was beautiful. He was making love with me, and my anger and rage were gone, replaced with passion.
The ability of human emotion could change the world into a better place, yet people took it for granted or mostly, abused it. It was the love that should make the world go around. Not greed.
As he began thrusting in and out, he grabbed my wrists and pinned them above my head with one hand, and the other was keeping my thigh in place.
Defiance was my strong suit, but when it came to Ryden, I felt helpless to fight. It wasn’t just about having a soft spot. It was the trust I had for him. It was the relationship we built, and the bond we had that was unshakable.
As I felt my pussy clench around him, squeezing him with each thrust, I broke the kiss and began panting. “I’m close. Don’t stop.”
“Look at me, Amelia.” His voice was soft, and his hard breathing tickled my face.
I did as he said, and he changed his pace to faster and harder. And we stared at each other as I got closer to the edge. Drawn out by the intensity of his thrust, the pleasure was making me dizzy.
“Baby.” My eyes started to roll back, and I was helpless to resist it.
And he said, “I’ll be right there with you.”
“Yes—” I sunk my teeth into his shoulder, biting off the scream at the back of my throat as I submitted to the pleasure surging through me. My body went rigid and my toes coiled as my orgasm exploded like an atom bomb, the shockwave brought me to heaven and back.
Two days ago Zarah brought us to New York where Alec last spotted. Ryden, my brother, and I entered a restaurant owned by Nirvana’s grandfather. There was a VIP room arranged for us upstairs.
Ryden checked the time on his phone for the third time. “Zarah is never been late.”
“It’s only been five minutes. Relax. You’re making me nervous,” Zeph said. “Where did the magic twins go?”
“Ren and Theia are dropping by the penthouse to check if it’s safe.”
“So we’re staying there for a while, right?” Zeph asked me.
“Yup.”
“Finally, someplace nice, and I will take a room away from you guys.” He didn’t even look at me or Ryden.
“We don’t have the luxury right now to be picky, Zeph. And the motel is just a temporary. I can afford hotel rooms for all of us, but we’re trying to be discreet, and I don’t want him to trace my credit card bills.”
“It’s not about that, asshole.” His nose flared as he glared at my mate. “You, two—” He groaned and did not finish his words. I knew instantly what he was talking about.
Ryden scoffed. “Well, you can’t stop us. She’s my wife and mate, and couples do that all the time.”
“Will you stop explaining it to me?” My brother grunted, his ears were red. “I understood pretty well, and I couldn’t get some sleep because you couldn’t keep it quiet. Werewolf ears, remember?”
My cheek burned with embarrassment. Before the conversation went somewhere, Zarah arrived in her white corporate dress and oversized suit.
“You’re late.”
“Well, I have work to do.” She took a seat across mine.
“How’s the training coming along?”
“You know me.” She shrugged. “I’m good at what I do.”
The werewolf waiter came and took our order.
“Another dog,” she muttered, almost in disgust.
“What’s wrong with her?” I asked Ryden telepathically.
“Why? What’s wrong?” Ryden didn’t seem to see something different about Zarah. In the short time I got to know her, I learned a few things about her.
We ordered red meat, and so did she.
“Since when do you eat meat, Zarah? I thought you were a pescatarian.” I formed my hands into fists under the table.
She glared at me and laughed. “You’re a little observant, aren’t you, little fire wolf?”
“Samarah.” I stayed in my seat while Zeph and Ryden stood up to protect me, growling at the witch.
“Okay, you got me. You are different than the others. You’re better than what Alec has told me about you. A year or so of intense training, you’d be a great warrior, but you’re more powerful when you figure out who you really are, Amelia.”
I ignored her compliment. “Where’s Zarah?”
“I don’t know.” She remained in her seat, pretty confident that we couldn’t win against her.
“Why glamoured her?”
“What do you want?” Ryden asked. He was pissed. I could feel his anger radiating through him.
“I want you to send a message to my dear little niece.”
“What made you think she would take your message?”
She shifted her gaze to Ryden. “Because I know you’d be interested if I told you where to find Alec, the book, and how to put Mathim back to hell.”
