Chapter 133 Emily Deceived Him

Chapter 133 Emily Deceived Him

William, who had just arrived in the hotel lobby, felt his phone vibrate. Looking at the content on the screen, a sharp glint flashed through his deep eyes.

That old fox.

Tony followed behind him dutifully, "Mr. Smith, the CEO of Redwood Technology Co., Ltd. from Port City has arrived early."

William acknowledged with a sound and walked into the elevator.

The elevator quickly went straight to the hotel restaurant. As he pushed the door open, the man who had arrived early in the private room saw William's expression through the window.

He turned around with a smile, "Mr. Smith, I've heard so much about you."

Compared to William's iceberg-like cold aloofness, the man opposite had a gentle and refined temperament.

If Alice were present, she would have recognized this man as the one she encountered at Empire City airport when she returned from her plastic surgery.

Unfortunately, she would never be able to get out of there for the rest of her life.

These two men, who guided economic trends, though different in presence and temperament, shared strikingly handsome appearances that fascinated women, with every word and action radiating charming appeal.

After dinner, in the living room of the Johnson Villa.

The sound of "Uncle Lucas" echoed again and again.

Through the two latest model robots he brought back, Lucas had gained two more children calling him Uncle Lucas.

Emily was particularly attached to him, following him wherever he went.

Lucas glanced at Sophia, who was teaching James and Michael how to control the robots, and sat down on the nearby sofa holding Emily.

He asked with a probing tone, "Emily, tell me, does that man with the gloomy face still come to your house?"

Emily was playing with the pink fox Lucas had given her. Hearing his words, she looked at him puzzled, "What?"

Who was Lucas talking about?

"The guy who used to stay in the lab ward, always with a cold face, hard to get along with like an ice block."

Emily's little head, just over a year old, shook until she almost got dizzy.

Lucas realized he was being too complicated. Although Emily was smarter than most children and knew more vocabulary, she still couldn't understand everything.

"James and Michael's dad."

Emily nodded in sudden understanding and said sweetly, "He comes."

She got down from Lucas's lap, ran to the toy house, and brought out the diamond-studded pink fox ornament.

Emily said gently, "William gave it."

Lucas fell silent.

That bastard William definitely knew Sophia valued Emily and planned to win Emily over with these things to get close to Sophia.

Sneaky! Cunning! Not a good person!

Looking at the innocent, kind, and adorable Emily, he sighed deeply in his heart. Emily, who had never seen the darkness of human nature, was too easy to fool.

Lucas pulled her back into his lap and casually tossed the diamond fox onto the sofa.

He said to Emily seriously, "Emily, sweetheart, let's not keep this fox. I'll buy you a better, cuter diamond fox."

Emily looked at the little fox on the sofa, then at Lucas's expectant eyes, and hesitated for a moment before nodding with a smile.

Emily said, "Okay."

She thought to herself: 'Adults need to be humored too.'

A smile immediately appeared on Lucas's face.

"Emily, you're so good. I'll give you all my money from now on!"

Emily smiled brightly, "Love Uncle Lucas the most."

Hearing this, Lucas felt delighted and let out a hearty laugh.

Sophia looked up, thinking: 'Another person fooled by Emily.'

The next morning.

Sophia got up to go to the lab. She had already told Lucas last night to stay home with the kids today.

It was the weekend, so James and Michael didn't need to go to school.

But just as she drove out of the Johnson Villa gate, she saw Hannah being blocked by security guards, with Melinda beside her.

"Sophia, come out here!"

Allan had already found out how they got in.

Melinda had a friend living in this villa community. They used the excuse of visiting her, and after the security confirmed the information with that household, they let them in. Who knew they would head straight for her house.

Seeing Sophia's car coming out, Hannah immediately rushed over in her high heels, her voice shrill as she shouted for her to get out of the car.

The cause of all this was...

Tanner's testicles had been kicked to pieces by Raymond in the lounge, and on the way to the hospital, he was captured by William's men, who cut off his penis.

Just thinking about this made Hannah's anger rise uncontrollably.

She rushed to Sophia's car, maintaining a distance of ten inches from the hood, not daring to get too close since Sophia was a bit crazy.

"Mom, let's go back. If William finds out we secretly came to see him, he'll definitely be angry."

Melinda quickly came over to pull her back. She had been trying to persuade Hannah these past few days, but to no effect.

"If this bitch Sophia doesn't give me an explanation today, I will never let her go!" Hannah pushed Melinda away, telling her to rest in the car.

Melinda was both afraid of Hannah being impulsive and afraid of William finding out, her eyes full of panic and anxiety.

She placed her hopes on Sophia, jogging over to knock on the driver's side window, "Sophia, I need to talk to you."

Sophia didn't want to deal with Melinda. She was someone with no opinions of her own, swaying between William and Hannah.

But she was curious about what Melinda would say.

The window rolled down a third of the way.

She turned to look at Melinda and said, "What is it?"

Her amber eyes were beautiful, and with light makeup, Sophia's face was delicate and stunning.

Melinda said, "Sophia, just apologize to my mom. My uncle really suffered because of you."

"You don't know, my uncle is over forty but still doesn't have children. His family line will be hard to continue. My mom being angry is understandable, right?"

"Don't worry, as long as you apologize, my mom will feel a bit better, and then I'll talk to her and..."

Before Melinda could finish, Sophia interrupted her.

"Let me remind you, given your uncle's situation of having constant women around but no children, he most likely has no fertility."

She glanced at Hannah blocking the car and said mockingly, "Even if he hadn't lost his penis, he still wouldn't have his own children."

Hannah snapped, "Nonsense!"

Sophia ignored her and continued to Melinda, "Whether your mother lives or dies has nothing to do with me. If she really dies of anger, I'll have a drink to celebrate."

Melinda was stunned.

She didn't know Sophia could speak so bluntly now, even cutting to the bone.

Hannah wanted to go to the window to curse at her, but, afraid Sophia would secretly drive away, she walked forward a few steps and put her hands on the hood, facing her.

"I was kind enough to want to recognize you as my goddaughter, but I didn't expect you to be so ruthless. No wonder William slept with you for five years and still doesn't love you!"
