Fifty One

In the following days, Dionne met Miguel's family and children. The woman is kind, so they get along easily. And then Miguel’s wife knew that she’s Lennox's wife knew about it so she didn't bother anymore to correct because they had already confessed their feelings. She doesn't want to embarrass the man she loves. Now she can work properly because someone will be left behind to look after Baby Denise. She was surprised when Lennox came home as he gave her some flat boxes.

"What is this?" she asked in surprise.

"Open it. So you can find out," Lennox replied smiling, and kissed her on the lips.

She smiled. She and Ayesha have never met again, maybe she will jump for joy when she finds out that she has feelings for Lennox that he always insists on. So she followed what the man said and opened the gift and was surprised by what she saw. This is a laptop he dreams of buying. Dionne's heart is very happy because everything she wants is fulfilled by the man.

"Thank you very much. Everything I want to buy, you buy. I didn't do anything good to get these beautiful things," he said looking at Lennox.

"You've taken care of me well. And for being a good mother, that's your reward for everything. I love you so much. I'm going back to the hospital and I know you'll be satisfied that you'll be able to work properly now because someone is watching over you that of Baby Denise," Lennox answered with a smile.

"Yes. I love you too," he said then stood up and kissed Lennox.

So they had a chance to kiss because he was inside his room. Until he willingly let go before they lead anywhere.

"I have to go. Let's sleep next to each other tonight," he said with a smile and winked at her.

"Okay," he replied.

After Lennox left, he looked like an idiot as he looked at the ceiling of his room. He couldn't believe how quickly everything happened between the two of them. They didn't even have a formal conversation but he knew that there was a relationship between the two of them which he was afraid of.

Maybe everything will suddenly change between them and it will be like before that he will be left behind but he knows that Lennox's behavior is not like that so he will fight for him in everything. But he accepts that all relationships will end in separation if the two people are not meant for each other.

He didn't move the laptop at first. Lennox came home later because he didn't know how to use it and where to press it to open it. When he left the room, his phone rang and he answered it immediately because it was Ayesha.

"Hello, Dionne," he said happily on the other line.

"Hi, Ayesha. What's up?" he asked.

"I miss you. Come. Hang out here at home since Denise has a nanny again," he answered her.

"Wow. You update too much," laughed Dionne.

"Of course. If you don't have any news plans for me, at least Lennox always tells me what's going on there," Ayesha answered with a laugh.

Dionne was stunned because Lennox might have said something about what the two of them confessed but she hoped that he wouldn't have said anything like that.

"Sorry. I planned to say it but he always got ahead of me. I don't know if that guy is too excited," he answered, still smiling.

"Of course. That's the kind of man who is serious about life and the presence of your mother and daughter is important to him. So even if I'm always absent in your life, there is someone who can accompany you, right? That's all that matters. Come here to the house and bring a laptop here and we will make a story and talk about something," said Ayesha.

"Okay. Wait for me. I'm going to get dressed," she answered then hung up.

After a while, he took a shower and got dressed quickly. He put the new laptop inside his free bag and then she left the room. She saw Miguel's wife Lilian outside the house while she is carrying Denise with her three children. Denise is gaining weight which she is enjoying because she has been four months.

"I'm leaving first, Lilian. You'll take care of them. If your children are hungry, there's plenty of food in the fridge, don't be shy to take it," she said with a smile.

"Alright. What about Denise? Haven't you been feeding it porridge yet?" asked Lilian.

"Not yet. And I haven't tried," she replied.

"He is four months old so he can be fed. I have been feeding all my children for four months. Besides, you are the mother so I should say goodbye to you so you know," said Lilian with a smile.

"Yes. Thank you very much," she said.

Soon she was going out of the gate and she was looking for a taxi that he could take and take her to Ayesha's house. It's been a long time since she visited her best friend who was her home when she was in pain.

After a while, a taxi stopped in front of him so he quickly got on. After a few hours, he reached his friend's house and saw her staring at her outside the gate. So she paid immediately and quickly went down.

"I miss you, you gained a little weight," he said to her while hugging her tightly.

"I miss you too. You look better," she also complimented her and they both laughed together.

After a while, the two of them talked and entered the house, and continued their laughter there. He entered the gate first and then Ayesha followed. She missed this house that she had just visited again.

"How are you and Kiley doing here?" she asked.

"It's okay. We're used to you leaving," Ayesha replied with a laugh.

"I'm sorry," she said guiltily.

"It's okay. Of course, it's sad, but we've gotten used to it. Besides, we're planning to get married and then start a family," Ayesha answered happily.

"I'm happy for you," Dionne said smiling and holding Ayesha's hand.
