Chapter 104 - Their Beautiful Strong Queen

When we left from what Rodion jokingly calls the "Motel" we headed back to his place. He had some of his guys take Fantasia and Caleb to a safe house until we left. He didn't trust them enough yet to let them into his house, and I didn't blame them. The house that he was sending them to had listening devices all throughout it so he'd hear if they were just playing us.

When we got to his house, he led us into the dining room. He introduced us to his chef and made who were putting food onto the table. I was glad because I was starving and was ready for a hot meal. The food that you eat on a jet is never as good as a hot home-cooked meal. We all sat down and ate the food that had been prepared for us. It was delicious.

While we ate, Rodion told us about River's first night that she stayed with them. How she was craving tacos and the staff went out and got the stuff to make them for her. He also told us about how everyone fell in love with her. She just has that air about her that makes almost everyone fall in love with her.

I knew that she had been painting as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I saw the picture that she painted when we first walked in. I knew that she did it just by looking at it, I'd know her work anywhere. She painted Rodion, his wife and sons, and herself in the picture. It was amazing and so life-like. Rodion told us that she painted that picture for his wife Alena, who she now claims as her mom. She also painted a few other paintings that she left behind as well.

When we were done with dinner, Rodion showed us to our rooms and told us to get some rest. We'd go back to the "Motel" tomorrow and see what information Venom had been able to get from the guy. He had his boys show the others to their rooms, and he took me to mine. "This is Rivers' room for when she's here. Marcello stayed with her in here, and I figured that you'd like to stay in here as well. I know that when Alena and I were separated, I always felt better sleeping in our room. It was never the same when she was gone, but I still felt closer to her. I know that you guys did what you thought was best to protect my daughter. I know that you were trying to save her and I understand why you did it. As a dad, I don't like that my daughter was hurt. But as a husband, I would've done the same thing to save the woman that I love. River will come around to the rest of you guys in time. Just give her time to understand why you did what you did. In the meantime, catch the ones that are after her and eliminate them" he said.

"I plan on doing just that, we all do. While I'm here dealing with this situation, Aries and Zeus are working on finding Anthony and Anthony Jr. As well as the guy that they are working for and the two others as well. We'll find them all and eliminate every last one of them. I will make sure that River and my child are safe," I said.

After our little talk in the hallway, I went into River's room. My bags were already sitting on the end of the bed. I opened it up and got my toiletry bag and a pair of boxers out and then went to get a shower. After a quick shower, I dried off, put my boxers on, brushed my teeth, and then went to bed. Laying down I could tell what side my River slept on. It still smelled like her.

It didn't take me long to fall asleep and, for the first time in a few weeks, I was able to get some sleep. When my alarm went off the next morning, I rolled over and turned it off. I got up and went to the bathroom. After I used the bathroom, I brushed my teeth and then went and got dressed. After I had my suit on, I put my dress shoes on and sprayed my cologne on. Then I was good to go.

When I grabbed my phone I saw that I had a couple of missed texts from Aries. I decided to call him back instead of texting him. The phone rang a few times before Aries picked it up. "Hey Dom, I figured that I'd hear right back from ya. I texted you a few hours ago" he said. "Hey, sorry I was asleep. I didn't get your messages until this morning. What the fuck is that noise? Where are you at?" I asked him. It sounded like a squealing pig in the background.

"That would be the sound of a bastard squealing. We got our hands on Anthony last night. He had the balls to try to stop us with just a few people with him to try to take the kid. He didn't get him, of course. Instead, we got our hands on him and Jr ran like a scared little boy. We have got eyes on him, and I'll have him later today, maybe. Right now, Red's trying to get answers out of Anthony. We want all the information on the guy after River first. But we're also taking our time with him. I figured that you and Rodion would love your pound of flesh from him as well. Sal's already getting his" he told me.

"Your fucking right, I want ahold of him. I know Rodion will as well after what those fucking people did to his daughter. I'm pretty sure that he wanted to snatch Loretta up as well. The only reason that he didn't is because Sal wants her brought home so that he can deal with her," I told him. "I know, so when are you guys coming home? I'd like to know how long we have to play" he asked me. "Let me talk to Rodion, and I'll let you know when we'll be home. I've not been downstairs yet. I got up and got dressed and saw that you had texted a few times. I wanted to make sure that you and Zeus were both OK. Have you heard from Marcello? He's pissed at me and won't answer my calls, and his texts back to me are one-word answers" I said.

"I talked to him yesterday, but I've not talked to him yet today. I've been a little busy. I do know that he's still doing as much work for your company as he can. He's still keeping your schedule and sending emails and whatnot. I think that he's even helping the guys go through the video footage to try to find the coffee shop guy and the club whore. We have a plan to get her here though. Stone is going to call her and try to get her to come back here. I'll let you know how that goes. In the meantime, I have to go. I have a vulture to play with. Let me know when you guys are all coming back. I love you" he said.

"I'll call you later and let you know. Keep me updated on the vulture and I'll do the same. I love you too." I hung up with Aries and put my phone in my pocket. Then I headed downstairs to talk to Rodion. I found everyone in the dining room eating breakfast.

"Sorry that I'm late. Aries texted me during the night and I had to call him back. There's a situation back home that I need to talk to you about after breakfast, Rodion," I told him. He nodded, and I filled up my plate to eat. The maid that I learned was named Maria, brought me out a hot cup of coffee. "Thank you so much, Maria," I said. "You're welcome."

As we ate breakfast and drank coffee, Rodion filled us in on how Fantasia and Caleb were overnight. "They talked about how happy they were to finally be free of Anthony and Loretta and that they needed to get their sister and brother away from Anthony now. Fantasia talked about how much weight was off of her shoulders, knowing that her son was finally safe. Sounds like they are really on our side," Rodion said.

"I'm glad that they weren't just playing us. Her son is safe, but there were issues when getting him back to the compound. I'll fill you in after we're done in here," I told them. We finished up with breakfast and then headed into Rodion's office. I filled them in on everything that Aries told me. Rodion and Nicco both wanted to get back to Texas and take care of Anthony. He had every one of us wanting to get ahold of him. At the rate that he pisses people off, there won't be much left of him when we are done with him.

After we finished talking about what all Aries filled me in on. We made plans to get back home as soon as we could. We wanted to take our turns with Anthony and then find the rest of the pieces of the puzzle. And then we'll eliminate them all. When we were done talking, we left and headed to the motel.

When we got there, Venom was in the kitchen eating breakfast. He was in nothing but a pair of jeans. He didn't even have shoes on. From what Aries told me, he usually strips down when he's working alone because it can get very bloody. If he's not wearing a lot of clothes, then there's less evidence to get rid of.

"Hey Venom, how's it going?" I asked him as I took a seat at the table. He swallowed the food in his mouth and then said "It's been better. He's been tight-lipped, but then I got creative, and he started singing like a bird. His boss is originally from Russia, the lower part from what I gathered. And I'm guessing that it's a small town that he's from. He's been in the sex trading business for about twenty-three years. Possibly longer, but I can't be for sure. Right now, he's not in the States, and the jackass downstairs doesn't know where he's at. He's known to disappear for long periods of time. He was pissed off that he wasn't able to get his hands on River as a child. From what jackass says, the whole reason that Loretta hooked up with you was to get pregnant with your kid. This guy knew that there was a chance for a boy, but he was hoping she'd have a girl. He wanted to use the girl to get to you. But while she was pregnant, they were told that it was a boy. He was pissed off and disappeared for years. When he finally came back around it was to see that Loretta had a little girl. He put two and two together and figured out that River was yours. He wanted her but wasn't able to take her. Now that she's over eighteen, though he's once again after her to get to you. He wants to be the head of the Russian Mafia. And in order to do that, he's planning on using River to get you to hand everything over. He thinks that she's the key to being the head honcho. Said something about a will stating the firstborn daughter would be the one in charge."

"That fucking will again, there is no will. That's just a damn rumor that got started years ago when my father was a kid. But it was never put into a will. I bet I know who this guy is, but I'll have to check my records. I'll find out for sure, then we'll hunt him down, and I'll chop his dick and balls off. Do you think that this guy has any other information?" Rodion asked Venom.

"I don't know, I took a break to eat, but I plan to go back down in a minute and see if I can get anything else from him," he told us. "I want to come down with you, we need this finished today so that we can get back home. Aries called this morning. They have Anthony Sr and Red's having fun with him. They're going to keep him alive so that we can have fun with him before he's pig food," I told him.

He smiled when I said that Red was having fun, he knows how his man is. When he finished eating, we headed downstairs. When we stepped into the room, Loretta was tied to a chair in the corner and her eyes were squeezed closed. Apparently, she didn't like Venom's work. I don't blame her though, Venom didn't leave much left of this guy.

He'd cut his fingers and toes off and stripped big sections of skin off of his body. He was also missing his teeth. Venom had cut him from his neck down his stomach and to the top of his pants. Both sides of his face had been cut, and one of his eyes was missing. Venom had busted his knees and his ribs with a sledgehammer and had even used a blow torch on all of his tattoos. There really wasn't much left of this guy.

After we got everything that we could from him, Rodion put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger. He then had his guys take him through an underground tunnel system to the back of the property where he had a big pig farm. They stayed and made sure that the pigs ate every bit of him. Then they came back to clean up. Venom went up to clean up and then went outside and burnt his pants.

We grabbed Loretta and one of the guards stood over her while she took a shower. We had her bag of clothes there, and it was searched before she was able to get ahold of it. Rodion called to have the jet readied, and we went back to his house to pack our bags. The guards would be bringing Loretta to the jet and the other guards would be bringing Fantasia and Caleb.

It didn't take long to pack up and make our way to the jet. Once everyone was on the jet, Rodion made sure that Loretta was secure, and that we wouldn't have to worry about her. Fantasia and Caleb had made it as well. Caleb even called and told their pilot to head back and that they would be staying for a few weeks. That they'd call when they needed him. Once all of our ducks were in a row, we were off and on our way back home. One step closer to getting my woman and my man back home. I can't wait until this shit is over with.
