Bruce looked at the girl sleeping soundly in his arms and smiled gently. She was finally his. He lowered his head and pecked her on the forehead before tucking her in. They had been at it for at least five hours straight. Considering it was her first time and her weak body, Bruce was amazed that she could last that long. He was content. He closed his eyes and accompanied her to sleep. It was already daytime. Bruce had made sure to instruct the servants not to disturb them unless he called for them. He wanted the girl to get sufficient rest. He had tired her out, so it was definitely his fault. The servants, of course, understood. They were actually looking forward to seeing their future madam. But that could wait until she woke up. Despite this, the housekeeper had the maids make some good food for the two. They would definitely wake up hungry. They wouldn't dare to starve the two, would they? They had already speculated what might have happened between the two. The housekeeper shook her head helplessly when she saw the gossipy expressions on the girls' faces. What could she say? She was also excited to see her master bring home a girl for the very first time. She had always been worrying about his marital life.
Five hours later, Scarlett stirred in her sleep and woke up. When she looked around, she saw Bruce talking. It was as if he was in a meeting. Bruce also glanced at her.
"You're awake?" As he asked this, he dismissed the meeting and stood up. The people in the meeting were shocked. Their boss always had a stoic expression on his face. Who exactly made him so gentle to the extent that he would dismiss a meeting for them? They had many questions, but they wouldn't dare ask unless they wanted to lose their jobs.
Scarlett nodded and then remembered what had happened earlier. Damn it! She couldn't believe she was that active and asking for more when it was just her first time having sex. Where did she get the guts?
Bruce walked to where she was and lowered his head to look at the marks on her neck. He was proud because it was him who made those marks on her. A hint of maddening possessiveness flashed across his eyes and disappeared immediately.
"Good. Wait for me." Bruce pecked her on the lips before he left and went to the bathroom.
Scarlett was so tired that she didn't want to move an inch. She lay back and covered herself once again. This was the sight that greeted Bruce when he came from the bathroom. He couldn't help but chuckle helplessly.
"Baby, let's get you cleaned up first. And you need to have something first before you go back to sleep, okay?" Bruce coaxed.
"Okay." Scarlett said hoarsely. Of course, she knew what had caused her voice to be hoarse. After all, they had been at it for a long time.
"I haven't worn my clothes yet." As Bruce walked over to carry her to the bathroom, Scarlett said as she tried to cover her naked body.
"Come on, what part of you haven't I seen?" Bruce teased. When she heard this, she was so embarrassed that she buried her face in his chest. Laughter rumbled from his chest when he saw this.
When Scarlett looked in the bathroom mirror, she instantly glared at Bruce. Was he a beast? Otherwise, why would he leave all those marks on her body! Bruce, who had been glared at, smiled with guilt. He just couldn't control himself, okay?
Bruce watched with satisfaction as Scarlett ate her food. He kept placing more food on her plate. He knew she normally didn't have an appetite. It seems like he really drained her earlier. His heart ached when he saw how exhausted she looked.
"Do you want to go back to sleep or watch news with me?" Bruce asked after they were done having dinner. Of course, it was already evening.
"Watch." Scarlett said. Her voice had yet to come back to normal, so she couldn't talk too much.
Bruce carried Scarlett to the living room, and the two watched the news together. The maids saw all this, and they instantly knew that was going to be their future madam. They had already speculated and concluded what had happened.
After a while, Bruce felt a weight on his shoulder. He looked over to find that she had fallen asleep again. Bruce revealed an extremely doting smile. The housekeeper froze in place when she saw this particular smile.
