The truth

I'll never ever forget that moment, the day we both confessed our love for each other.

~His big hands held my face and pulled me in for a deeper, not passionate but a deeper kiss that was filled with so much emotion that it left my knees feeling weak. He was there to hold me when I failed to stand, the heat that I felt from his bare chest evoked something within me. He pulled away finally allowing me to breath and while having his forehead pressed against mine he whispered " I love you to baby" argh the way my heart jumped in joy is something I'll always remember. He didn't just say it because he felt obligated to, no I could tell that he also felt the same but to what extent I don't know. It doesn't matter right now. What matters is that I told him and I got to know that he feels the same, he loves me too.~

"Ahem... As touching as this is, what should we do with them" said Mia and I blushed realizing that we were both stuck in the moment and have completely forgotten about the outside world. " Um sorry...them... I don't know but whatever it is we decide we can't kill them and can't report them" they need to be hidden and wait for Mr Rodrous to return and decide what to do with them.

"Why? Reporting them will make things so much easier. We won't have to do any extra work" said Peter and he was right but I'm not in a position to do that. I think it's time I do it " Mr Rodrous is the one that is going to decide what to do with them, after all he is the one who gave me this task"

"When?" Asked Ceasar his voice sounding serious " just before that snitch managed to fix the damage she made", " and you didn't tell us?" Asked Cedric my most sincere friend compared to the rest, I felt bad when he asked like that. " He made it clear to not tell anyone and do this alone, I promised that I will. This was too delicate to be handled by all of us especially after seeing what Peter did.

At first I didn't believe it when he said he suspects that there are traitors amongst us. Shifters who have joined the witches for reasons even I don't know, the more he explained it the more it made sense so seeing how serious it was I agreed to doing the task and promised not to tell anyone during the process of finding these traitors. I'm really sorry that I couldn't tell you and I knew that you guys would've helped but it's just that for once I also wanted to achieve something this good by doing it on my own".

"It's okay we understand and you did amazing pulling this off " said Adrian really looking and sounding impressed with my actions. " Yeah Adrian is right, it's really admirable how you stuck to your promise and didn't break it" agreed Cedric with his ever positive attitude accompanied with his cheerful smile.

"But why did he come to you?" Asked Peter and Cedric immediately glared at him "Peter!" , " no I know that she's capable, maybe even more than myself".

Cedric couldn't hold his annoyance"then why are you asking such a stupid question!?", "Mr Rodrous? The guy doesn't like her so why did he go to her and not Adrian whose smart and if it's about chosing those with powers then why didn't he choose Damian and Mia when he clearly thinks she's beneath him " I didn't get angry at Peter this time because it was understandable to ask this.

" Yeah Damian buddy you are going to have to explain man and not leave it like that" said Cedric while scratching his head with the same confusion I have.

"I agree that Mr Rodrous thinks that many are beneath him and inferior, in fact he is very sure that many are beneath him but as soon as he was aware of Dintle's powers it all changed. I am very good with paying attention to people's habit when talking, expression and emotions because it helps me read people with ease so it wasn't hard to see how he pretended that he doesn't like her and purposely made her feel like she didn't belong all to push her into working hard. There's no way such a thing is true, Mr Rodrous? Admires me? No way but he sounds so serious certain, a person like Damian doesn't lie and I'm not surprised when he says he has such a skill to read and observe people to that extent. Still it's hard to believe, a person like Mr Rodrous admiring you sounds like a nightmare to me cause it doesn't change that he is pretty scary.

"Well I guess we'll have to hide these two but after treating their sounds do that they don't escape by dying" said Ceasar and I my heart I choose them to handle it without asking the details because I know they'll be doing more than treating wounds.
