Chapter 341 Vows and Promises

Chapter 341 Vows and Promises
Eleanor's POV

Robert stood before us, his posture commanding respect as his deep voice carried across the garden.

"This ceremony is exceptionally rare," Robert announced, his eyes scanning the gathered crowd. "The Moon Goddess blesses werewolves with mates, and for vampires, She grants Solus Amor - a treasure that cannot be sought, only found."

He turned his gaze to me. "Eleanor, you have been doubly blessed by the Moon Goddess, who has graciously granted you two loving mates."

I swallowed hard, the weight of the moment settling on my shoulders. My hands trembled slightly in Gavin and Sebastian's grasp. They both squeezed gently, as if sensing my nervousness.

"This blessing," Robert continued, "has allowed Gavin to find not just a mate, but another brother. And it has given Sebastian a companion who will stand by his side through darkness and light alike."

As Robert spoke of how the goddess would guide us toward love and prosperity, my mind raced. I hadn't prepared anything to say to Sebastian. I'd been so focused on my vows to Gavin that I hadn't thought about what to say to my vampire. How could I possibly express what he meant to me in words I hadn't rehearsed?

"Gavin," Robert nodded, "would you like to begin?"

My werewolf smiled, his grip tightening on my hand.

"Eleanor," Gavin began, his voice steady despite the emotion I could feel radiating from him. "When we first met, I was irrational, impulsive, and selfish. I believed that because you were my fated mate, I deserved your love without earning it."

He glanced at Sebastian, genuine gratitude in his expression. "Sebastian taught me how to be the man you needed, how to truly earn your love and trust rather than relying on fate's arrangement. You are the other half of my heart and soul, everything I've prayed for under the moonlight."

My throat tightened as he turned to Sebastian. "I don't understand what would make a man create a stronger rival," Gavin said, voice thick with emotion. "But you weren't creating a stronger rival. You were creating a man worthy of Eleanor."

Tears welled in my eyes as Gavin's gaze returned to me, the light of the Moon Goddess shining in his eyes. "I promise to keep growing, to always cherish you, my mate, my moonlight."

Robert nodded approvingly before turning to Sebastian. "Sebastian?"

My vampire's eyes never left mine as he began speaking, his velvet voice caressing my ears. "From the moment I saw you, I felt a profound connection. I mistook it for responsibility—you were a dhampir who needed protection, a special being in my territory requiring my attention."

Sebastian's thumb traced circles on my hand. "You became my first close friend in many years. When I realized I loved you, I fought against it. I tried to reconcile these feelings."

His confession made my heart ache. I'd never fully understood how difficult it had been for him to accept his feelings for me.

"I almost gave you up," he continued, "nearly losing the best thing that's happened to me."

Sebastian's eyes, those mesmerizing crimson depths, held mine captive. "I promise to always be by your side, guiding you forward, guarding your dreams in the night, being your safe harbor in every storm."

He turned to Gavin, a small smile playing on his lips. "When I first met you, you irritated me immensely."

A ripple of laughter spread through the audience.

"Now, I'm proud to call you my friend and partner. These past months, I've watched you transform from an impulsive pup to a self-controlled, caring young man. It's been admirable."

Sebastian's voice grew serious. "I vow to support you, to be an ear to listen, a hand to hold, and a shoulder you can always lean on."

My heart swelled with love for both of them. They weren't just speaking to me—they were speaking to each other, forming a bond that went beyond me.

Robert smiled, turning to me. "Eleanor?"

My heartbeat climbed into my throat, blood roaring in my ears. I hadn't expected both men to address each other in their vows. The pressure to match their eloquence made my palms sweat.

"I—" My voice caught. I took a deep breath, steadying myself. "I grew up locked in a basement, forced to believe I was evil and undeserving of love or any form of happiness."

My voice trembled slightly, but I pushed forward. "Then you bought me, Sebastian, but you gave me freedom. You showed me there were kind vampires, people worth trusting, care without expectation."

I met his gaze. "You gave me a real home. You never forced me to do anything against my will. You were my first willing kiss, my first true friend." The words flowed naturally now, straight from my heart. "I promise to be there when you need softness, to be your warmth when you grow too cold, to be both your friend and your lAmor."

Turning to Gavin, I smiled through my tears. "Gavin, I've learned so much from you. You taught me how to enjoy life and have fun. You've proven that if people want to change badly enough and work for it, they can."

His blue eyes shone with emotion as I continued, "I once feared your passion and possessiveness, but now I see the loyalty and goodness in your heart. I fell in love with you and regret not giving you a chance sooner. I promise to respect and listen to every thought, to cherish that passionate and loyal heart of yours."

Looking at both of them, I felt overwhelmed by emotion. "My love for both of you is so big I can barely contain it. Your love for me is so enormous it makes me feel like I might explode. In your protection, I feel safe and fearless." My voice softened. "Thank you, Moon Goddess, for giving me the two best men in the world."

Gavin and Sebastian smiled at me, and I returned their smiles. They were amazing, and they were really mine. Sometimes it felt like a dream, and I often feared I would wake up back in that basement, cold and alone. But I would live in the moment, treasuring each day as if it might be taken away.

Robert raised his hands. "The Goddess has blessed this triad. This is a merging of souls and hearts. She has bestowed upon them a special mark and a unique power." He paused dramatically. "By the name of the Moon Goddess, I pronounce you mates and mates. You may seal this sacred bond with a kiss."

I placed a light kiss on both my husbands' lips, not wanting to display too much affection in front of our audience. With Gavin and Sebastian flanking me, we walked down the aisle together, officially bound as a family.

The wedding party moved to the great dining room, where a lavish buffet awaited. Gavin and Sebastian settled me in a chair, both eagerly bringing me food. I laughed at their enthusiasm, feeling lighter than I had in weeks.

Theodore approached our table, his usual intimidating presence softened by the occasion. "Congratulations, daughter," he said, his voice unusually sincere. "I am very happy for you."
