I am trying my best to fall asleep, but my mind continues to spin with thoughts of Kane and the kiss we shared earlier in the night. The feeling has faded from my flesh, but it continues to burn in my mind, and I can’t help but wonder if there’s any possibility he is still thinking of me.
Dinner has to have ended long ago, so I wonder what he is doing now. I imagine him sitting behind his desk in his office or lying in his bed sleeping. Vampires do sleep a bit, don’t they? My father used to say they did, so it would be the perfect time to attack, except he never figured out how to take advantage of that.
I sigh and roll over, thinking I will force myself to sleep when an odd feeling settles around my middle. I feel a tightening in my core, and my breathing becomes shallow.
Immediately, I sit up, my eyes focused on my bedroom door. I sense that he is there before the door even opens. He steps into a beam of moonlight filtering in through the window, standing there with his iridescent skin shining in the light, streaks of silver seeming to dance in his hair as it falls behind his shoulders. He doesn’t need to speak in order for me to know precisely why he’s here. My body sings for him, and as he closes the distance between us, I push the blankets down and come up to my knees, my essence longing for his.
His eyes are locked on mine as he unbuttons his shirt. I think he’s already barefoot, but my eyes don’t leave his face except for to sneak glances at his perfectly chiseled chest. He tosses his white shirt aside, leaving him only in his black pants, and as he reaches for me, I catapult myself into his arms, our mouths crashing together in a hungry kiss.
Kane’s lips roll over mine as our tongues collide in a wet, messy, beautiful dance. I run my hands along the marble ripples of his chest and abdomen, feeling every divot, every crevice of his perfect muscles.
Breathing deeply, I inhale his scent and immediately feel my eyes rolling to the back of my skull. My eyes are closed so I can fully take in every brush of his fingers over my blazing skin, and I feel myself beginning to float away before he’s even inside of me.
His touch is sensual, every caress full of purpose as he further ignites my flesh on fire. His mouth slides to my neck, and I let him kiss and suck on my most sensitive areas without reservation, knowing the vein right beneath the surface must be thrumming for him.
His hands slip beneath the hem of my top, his fingertips running along my sides and up slightly until he takes hold of the bottom of my shirt and smoothly pulls it upward, moving his mouth away only long enough to free me. Then, when his mouth is on me again, I am silently begging for him to make his way to my breasts. My nipples are already hard, begging to be sucked. He is taking his time, though, and I know I will have to find a way to be patient.
Running my fingers through his silky strands, I can’t help the moan that escapes my lips as his hands finally find my breasts. He lifts them carefully at first before kneading them slowly and then concentrating all of his attention on my nipples, his thumbs rolling over them, plucking them gently at first and then a bit harder.
I can no longer support myself and swoon backward onto the pillow. I think I hear a chuckle escape his lips as he looks down at me. He still says nothing as I grin up at him. Then, he kisses me deeply once more, and I hold the back of his head, pulling him closer, wanting everything there is to have of him and more.
When he pulls away, he kisses a trail down my neck, between my breasts and around them, each peck a spark that leaves cinders behind. His tongue lashes out to find a nipple, and I cry out for more, the ache between my legs growing ever stronger.
His tongue is a magic wand that elicits a need within me that cannot be satiated. Again, Kane is taking his time, sucking, licking, and lapping my sensitive peaks, one and then the other, before he moves on, working is way down my abdomen to my waistband.
The weight of his gaze has my eyes slitting open, as I realize he is asking my permission. A moan is enough since I am not capable of forming words at the moment. He hooks his thumbs into my shorts and yanks them off, baring me to him.
I hear his gasp of delight as he takes in my body, and when he runs his hands along my thighs, spreading them, I comply. The wetness there is heavy, but he seems to like it as he licks along my thighs up to my center.
Again, he is in no hurry as his tongue meets my outer folds. I’ve never felt anything like this before. Tiny whimpers of pleasure punctuate each passing of his mouth against me, and when he makes it past my first barrier, I am ready for him to take me in every way possible.
He licks between my inner folds and then probes inside of me with his magnificent tongue before he takes my clit between his lips and sucks, rolling it between his lips. “Goddess! Kaaaane!” I cry, thinking we are past formalities at this point.
Alternating between sucking on my clit and probing me with his tongue, he continues to lap up my juices, bringing me closer than I’ve ever been to an orgasm. I feel my muscles tighten, my pussy begin to spasm around his face, and I want to come so badly, but I’m not sure if it’s okay when he hasn’t even taken his pants off.
Kane sits up, kissing my stomach before he slips two fingers inside of me. “You’re so wet,” he says, not probing very far. I can’t respond. I can hardly breathe. He uses his thumb to massage my clit as I rock back and forth on his hand, and it’s all it takes to send me falling over the edge. I am a panting, moaning, writhing, untethered beast, only from his tongue and his hand. I can only imagine what he can do with his cock.
Once again, he pauses to kiss me, and this time, I taste myself all over his mouth. I pull him closer and deepen the kiss, attempting to find his taste in there somewhere, the taste I am craving, and after a moment, that hint of cinnamon and strawberries is there. I don’t want to let him go, but I hear him unhooking his belt, and then, when I hear his zipper, I am ready.
I know this will hurt a bit at first. It becomes more evident when he takes off his pants and boxers, revealing that he is long, thick, and his member is every bit as solid like marble as the rest of him. But I am ready for the pain to get to the pleasure, and though I feel a bit selfish for not taking him into my mouth, I know that having him buried to the hilt inside of me is the only way I’m ever going to extinguish this fire that has my core alight again.
He settles on top of me, his cock poised at my entrance, and I run my hands down his back, still too shy to touch what I’m sure is the finest ass the world has ever seen, which is ironic since his tongue has been inside of me, and he is about to bury himself deep within me, but I wrap my arms around his back, and he locks his lips onto mine before he begins to thrust inside of me.
The pain begins with the first movement as his head enters me, but when he finally works his way past my barrier and stretches me full, I can’t help the little gasp of pain that escapes my lips, but then, suddenly he freezes on top of me, and I open my eyes to see his are wide.
“King Kane?” I ask, wondering what’s the matter. What have I done wrong?
He says nothing, but instantaneously, he withdraws himself, not only from my body, but from my bed. Without a word, he grabs his pants from the floor and hastily puts them on.
“Wh-what’s the matter?” I ask him.
“I… have to go,” he says, picking his shirt up off of the floor as soon as his pants are fastened.
“Did I do something wrong?” I whisper, grabbing the blanket and pulling it over my body.
He doesn’t turn to look at me as he heads for the door. The only thing I hear him say is, “This was a mistake.”
And then… he’s gone.
I sit there, staring at the closed door for several seconds, trying to wrap my mind around what has just happened. I can’t figure it out. I didn’t do anything, did I? Nothing different than what I was doing. Did I move wrong? Did I touch him in the wrong place?
I can’t figure it out. I thought… we were having a good time. More importantly, I thought that we had a connection, a deep one.
One that was worthy of me giving him my virginity.
Whether it lasted five seconds or a minute, I couldn’t say for sure, but my virginity was gone. I had given it to him, and there was no getting it back.
With tears streaming down my cheeks, I go to the bathroom to use it and clean up. I still can’t understand what’s happened. When I wipe, there are streaks of red, and I know that’s because I was a virgin, not because he hurt me.
I go back to my bed and see that there’s a crimson stain on the bedsheets. It’s not much, but even in the dim light of the moon, I can see it.
Perhaps he was afraid I was too inexperienced for him. Or perhaps he wasn’t sober until that very second, though he seemed completely sober to me.
I get dressed and scoot over on the bed to a spot where we were not lying, my mind still going over everything. I begin to wonder if this wasn’t all a dream. Maybe he wasn’t here at all, and when I wake up in the morning, I’ll realize it was all just a pleasant dream turned into a nightmare.
But I know that’s not the case. I can still smell him in the air around me, and I can still feel his touch on my skin.
No, King Kane came to my room, intending to claim me as his own, and when he did, he became so completely and utterly disgusted with me, he ran away, telling me this was a mistake.
Maybe now, he will think that me being here at all is a mistake….
Then, what will become of me?
