Melissa rolled her eyes and Fanny ground his jaw at the way I just shouted at them.
“Your company, the Fanny group is on the verge of closure. The ministry is loyal to me and they have no right to unseal the Fanny Group unless I say so. Earlier last month, the ministry was indebted to the Chinese government. When they ran to me, I gave them a loan of ten billion dollars, which was indefinite in repayment.”
Fanny’s pupils were huge instantly. I could see the shock parading through his eyes as he was dumbfounded at the mention of ten billion. “So you see the ministry is loyal to me because they are indebted to me. I have the power to seal and unseal any company. Currently do you know how much the Saint Don group is worth?” I queried and fondled into my desk to show them documents. “Now look at this, when father was chairman it was worth seventy billion dollars but as of last week, I leapt it to hundred billion dollars within four months of my resumption as the chairman. Fanny Luis firmly shook his head in the negative, obviously struggling to refute my claim.
I sat up furiously and slammed my hands on the desk, “Are you trying to call me a liar. Don’t you know I have your record with the ministry, uh,” I barked as I began to fondle into my shelf and as soon as I caught sight of a document, with the lettering, The Fanny Group And Net worth, I clenched on it, “This is for the Fanny Group. Your net worth experienced a radical decline two days ago. I thought Melissa was heady to go on her knees but she was forced to do it and even crawled to my foot to grab it. I pulled back , gazed upon her with disdain and she lowered her gaze feeling ashamed to lock eyes with me.

Once he heard that, Fanny Luis went down on his knees and molded his hands to plead, “Please the world richest man, don’t do this.” He peered at Melissa and mumbled, “Why did you call him hubby? He is the world richest man and should be addressed as one,” he corrected and stared at me pitiably, before saying, “She only meant to say that contract is worth sixty billion dollars, and after executing it , we will realize two billion dollars as profit. That amount can go a long way to get us back on track. Please we can’t face out now. What will the society say? What will our clients and associate say? The Fanny Group is dependent on your shoulders right now, please…” he pulled on my shoes and I kept my distance.
I beamed, “Can you listen to yourself, Fanny? Can you just listen to your poverty -stricken self? You want me to award a bankruptcy company a sixty billion dollars worth of contract , money that is bigger than your net worth. What do you do when you are thirsty and there is water handy?” I queried Melissa, “You drink it , am I right?”I queried yet further.
She gave a confirmatory nod and sniffed.
“Good,” I said, “Now the Fanny Group is thirsty and the contract is the water, I tell you the tricky , wicked Fanny Luis I know would embezzle the sixty billion and the profit…”
“Hell no, no,” he protested hastily and gestured at me, “I would never do that to you, the world richest. We are going to be bound by contract. Saint Don Group is a big name right now and any one going against it will end up against himself. Besides I wonder who can fight against the world richest man ?” he eulogized me, thinking I was going to fall for it.
“I sealed up your company because you don’t have the financial backup to function, To show I am richer and more influential than you, I will do your staff the favor of paying them their salary, advise them to take their hustle elsewhere because the fanny group is permanently shut down,” I threatened yet further, “Once it is shut down it is shut down for life, because the law states that any group must have a capital of one billion dollars to function,” I groaned , slumped in my swivel chair, swung and said yet further, “with your current bankruptcy, I don’t you are ever going to be rich again.”
Fanny’s eyes burnt with warm tears before he broke down in tears, “Please my son in-law…” he called and choke on his words.
My ears twitched as I scowled my face, “What did you just call me, uh? Son-in-law? Did that sound from someone outside or from you? Anyways I would just take it for a slip of the tongue.”I sat up, dragged a huge frown across my face, “Fanny Luis and Melissa, I have a better option for the both of you…”
I wasn’t done speaking when flashes of smile fell upon their faces as they stood up, wiped their tears and sat down to listen to my offer.
“I can employ both you. Why not be my staff. The salary is catchy; fifty dollars per week,” I groaned.
Fanny’s countenance fell as he dragged a brow and shook his head in disappointment before Melissa covered her teary face with her trembling hands.
