Chapter 318: The Domineering Voice (Part 2)
“What about your kids?” Gabriel asked.
“How did you know I have a child?” Alison asked, surprised.
She hadn’t mentioned it to him.
Did he deliberately investigate my background?
“Oh, you told me yourself when you were drunk that day,” he replied quickly.
Alison frowned, struggling to recall if she had mentioned it.
“Gabriel, I might be falling for you. What should I do?” she smiled.
“But I don’t like you.”
His icy voice came from behind her.
“Gabriel,” she added with a smile, “would Jack be angry in heaven?”
Her arms were draped around his neck naturally as she gazed into his eyes.
Her toes tingled as she stood on tiptoe, and her lips managed to touch his.
“Gabriel, kiss me,” she said softly.
Did heaven send Gabriel to replace Jack?
Her lips finally pressed forward to meet his.
The moment their lips touched, they felt electrified, burning hot.
Without waiting for his reaction, she tried to pry his lips apart, her tongue seeking to slip inside.
Different from Aidan’s kiss, she found herself enjoying Gabriel’s.
When she closed her eyes, she felt she was kissing Jack.
“Shit!” he cursed low, followed by a deluge of frenzied kisses.
He kissed back wildly, leaving her nowhere to hide.
Soon, her breath grew heavy, and her body went limp against him.
His tongue slipped into her mouth, greedily seeking the sweetness within.
“Ah…”
In a muffled cry, she forgot where she was, seeing only the man before her as her Jack.
His arms tightened around her waist with trembling intensity, pulling her closer.
His kiss nearly suffocated her; her body grew weaker by the second.
Suddenly, he bent down, lifted her, and sat on the stone bench.
She fell naturally into his embrace, lying across his lap with her head on his arm.
“Alison, you’ll never regret tangling with me.”
His voice was filled with dominance, and it made her heart flutter.
She began unbuttoning his shirt.
He didn’t stop her as she undid his shirt.
“Gabriel, let’s go inside,” she said, shivering in the wind.
He stood up and carried her petite frame toward the room.
He opened the door, and she quickly pressed the light switch.
The light was a bit harsh.
The bed had no blanket, just a wooden plank.
He carried her over, her small hands still tugging at his clothes.
As his clothes came off, her eyes fixed on his chest.
She realized he wasn’t Jack; her passion vanished instantly.
“Gabriel, what should I do?” she asked.
“I’ll take you home.”
He murmured as his Adam’s apple bobbed with masculine charm.
“Fine, but you have to tell me — were you and Emily controlled by the Polar Bear Alliance because of drugs?”
She changed the subject suddenly.
“You shouldn’t meddle in this. Just take care of yourself.”
He scooped her up and headed for the door.
“Hey, can you not be so bossy? I want to see Matthew,” she protested.
“Don’t go. Don’t be foolish. You’ll regret it.”
His words carried a warning.
It seemed Matthew was not someone to be trifled with.
“But Gabriel, I really want to see Matthew.”
“No.”
He objected flatly.
“Then I’ll find him myself!” she yelled, struggling to get free.
“Put me down! I’ll walk on my own.”
“No.”
He remained as domineering as ever.
“You’re a jerk!” she shouted.
He carried her out of the dark hallway.
He set her on the motorcycle seat, then straddled her from behind.
He gripped the handlebars with one hand and wrapped the other around her waist, pulling her tightly against him.
The motorcycle shot forward in an instant, accelerating at a breathtaking speed.
