POV Edgar Torn.
We had just gotten out of the car.
Wow... that fuck... left me agitated; I was a little sweaty.
But I was satisfied... it was too good.
I straightened my shirt and tried to hide my messy hair and my breathing, which still insisted on failing.
Sarah was also getting ready, smoothing out the pink dress she had wrinkled moments ago.
Our bodies were still warm. We had fucked in the car. Very intensely.
Hungry, with desire... as if we were made only of skin and impulse.
And I, as always, was prepared. I always carry condoms with me—just in case these occasions happen.
And with her, it was inevitable. I always wanted her when I saw her.
Sarah was so irresistible... that light perfume on her neck, her warm skin, the low moans she let out when I kissed her... My God.
I could still feel my body crying out for more.
But I controlled myself.
Not now... Later, I thought.
Now my hair was combed, my clothes were neat, and my breathing was steady.
“Shall we go?” I asked her, and she nodded.
She adjusted her bag on her shoulders and moved closer to me.
I took her hand, and we walked to the restaurant.
I needed food. I was starving.
Not just for sex—but for the way she made me feel whole... and, at the same time, broken.
She drove me crazy.
We walked through the entrance.
It was quiet today, thankfully.
We were greeted kindly and shown to an empty table near the window.
It was a quiet, peaceful restaurant with a delicious aroma in the air. I liked it. We were served and ordered the dish of the day and wine to drink.
We waited a few minutes and were served.
We ate in silence at first.
The kind of comfortable silence that only exists when there is true intimacy. Between bites, I looked up at her.
Sarah was beautiful, as always.
She had tied her hair up better after we fucked.
I looked at her face; her skin was flushed, her eyes shining with satisfaction and happiness. God...
The way she smiled at her plate, distracted... or the way she moved in her chair, not noticing that she was still teasing me, even without trying...
It was worth it. Everything. Every minute with her.
After the meal, we leaned back a little, finishing the wine. We talked about random things and laughed quietly. Until she suggested a walk.
“Let's go for a walk; I need to show you something,” she said, getting up and holding my hand.
I paid the bill, and we left the restaurant.
We started walking side by side.
I was anxious to see what she wanted to show me, but I kept quiet for the time being.
It was a quiet afternoon today. The weather was nice.
Sarah walked softly beside me. As if she were happy just to be there with me.
“Edgar, I...” Sarah began softly.
I looked at her, attentive.
She took a deep breath and then looked ahead.
“I wanted to tell you that... you're the first man who makes me feel so good, so alive.” Sarah continued, turning slowly toward me. “When I'm with you... it's like nothing can discourage me or hurt me. I feel like you'll always protect me.”
I stopped walking.
Those words... they broke through my barrier. I felt something expand in my chest. As if the world had stopped for a moment.
I stared at her face.
The sincerity.
The devotion.
The affection.
How could she affect me so much?
Move me in such an inexplicable way?
I slowly approached her and held her face with both hands.
“I'm glad you feel that way around me...” I murmured, my eyes locked on hers. “I love you so much, Sarah. All I want is your happiness. Your safety. And I want to always... always be by your side.”
Sarah smiled broadly, her eyes brimming with happiness.
She came over to me and hugged me.
In that hug, I felt... she wanted me to stay... always close by.
I smiled.
I caressed her back, moved closer to her, smelling her scent, feeling her warm, delicate body.
I tilted my face and kissed her forehead.
Sarah smiled. I could feel her warm breath on my chest. She lifted her face, our eyes met... she was smiling, that smile I love so much.
“I love you, Edgar,” Sarah whispered, her eyes shining at me.
I lowered my face and gave her a peck on the lips.
Sarah took my hand, and we continued walking.
I had no idea what was coming...
I kept wondering... if she really wanted to show me something, or if it was an excuse... to be with me, to spend more time with me.
If that was the case, it was too good to be true.
I wanted to enjoy every moment with her.
