Kieran’s POV
Jess finally came back and tapped on my window.
“Hey” I smiled as I wound down my window for her.
“Hello, so you need to go home and get yourself a change of clothes and when you come back you do not need to use any of your training. Well unless you have been trained in how to knock on a front door” she giggled
I looked at her blankly “What, you mean that your parents are ok with me staying the night?” How could her parents be cool with a man she only met yesterday staying the night? I was more than happy to sneak in when they were asleep.
“Yes, and to make things even better they are going away for a few days so we will get the house all to ourselves”
“Are you sure that you want me to stay? I don’t want to put pressure on you” I took her hand as I needed her to say if she was not ready, because right now I was planning on having sex with her when I got back.
She started to laugh “You look so scared. I am positive that I want you to come and stay the night with me. Now go and get some spare clothes and hurry back to me as I do not want to miss you too much”
“Well how can I possible argue with that? I will see you as soon as I can” I told her as I pulled her in for a quick kiss and then speed of home.
Shit I was about to spend the whole night with a chick for the first time. The closer I got to my place the more I started to panic. What if I snore and keep her up all night? What if I end up kicking her in my sleep and hurt her? What if we have sex and she hates it? I am only 19 and I don’t have that much experience myself. I pulled up my drive and killed the engine before popping the boot so I could throw the left-over KFC straight in the bin. If Jess’s parents were going away for a few days, I was hoping I would be staying with her and not eating leftovers. Once that was done, I went to my room and started to fill a duffel bag. I would still have work so I would need to pack my suit. I would leave my weapons locked in the secret compartment in my car. I did not want Jess to see them and start to freak out. I went and had another quick shower before packing away my toiletries and going to my draw to grab some condoms. But the draw was empty, Bridget was the last person I slept with and that was a year ago. I guess I never bought anymore, looks like I am heading to the shop before going back to Jess’s.
When I arrived at the shop I was just looking at the different condoms trying to figure out what to get, when fucking Yates walked over to me.
“Are you getting lucky Storm?” He laughed loudly causing people to look at us.
“What’s it to you?” I groaned wishing he would hurry it up and piss off.
“You never see anyone” he laughed “Last I heard was you fucked that vamp chick, not that I can blame you she is hot as hell. So, who you fucking now? All you do is work I am not sure how you would have the time to meet anyone” Suddenly his eyes went wide, and he started to laugh loudly again “Are you fucking that kid who broke into the warehouse?”
“She is not a kid she is 17” I growled as I grabbed a couple of packets of condoms off the shelf and started to walk towards the check out.
“Fucking the girl you are about to mentor” he laughed “Do her mummy and daddy know you plan on boning their little girl”
“They do actually” I smirked “Now if you don’t mind, I have places to be”
“Sure” he chuckled “I will see you in the office tomorrow and I expect all the dirty details”
“Yeah, that won’t be happening” I told him as I paid though the self-service check out and left the store. No way in hell was I going to share with him whatever happens with me and Jess. She will be going to the warehouse when she finishes school, and I am not going to let him embarrass her. I might even talk to Grahams about assigning him somewhere else, so Jess does not have to deal with him.
I looked at the condoms I bought, glad that I got one pack of ribbed and one of flavoured. I was just wanting to get away from Yates, so I did not even look at what I was grabbing. I might not even need them if Jess is on birth control, but I was not going to take the risk of her not. She was just about to start work, we did not want to have to worry about her getting pregnant.
I pulled up outside Jess’s house and grabbed my bag out of the boot. I walked over to the door and knocked. I tensed up when a man answered the door and I had to assume that he was Jess’s dad.
“Hi” I grimaced “I am Kieran, Jess invited me over”
“Relax” he chuckled “I already know that you are the boyfriend and that you are staying the night. We know not to push back on things that don’t really matter with Jess. We know if we said no, she would just sneak you in anyway. This way we get to meet you and make sure you don’t hurt our daughter, also make sure you use protection. Jess is too young to be having a baby”
“Don’t worry sir, I promise I won’t hurt her, and I will make sure if we do anything we use protection”
“Good, now she is upstairs in her room. First door on your left”
