Chapter 86 Untitled Chapter

Chapter 86 Untitled Chapter
The general did not say a word, but his body language indicated that he was disappointed that I wouldn't be taking the road. Could there be something he is hiding? Maybe he had already informed Hans that I was coming by road, or he was going to call Hans when I hit the road.

Whatever it is, that is not my business. It isn't like he has the power or the authority to stop me from going to that pack. I can do whatever I want without anyone telling me what to do.

“Take Matilda back to the packhouse and make sure she is given a room suitable for her. I want her to be comfortable before I come back, understand?”

I placed my hand on Matilda's shoulder. And I assured her that everything was going to be fine. After they were gone. I shut my eyes. Snap my fingers. And within a second. I was already at the Arkonix Packhouse.

The servants outside started running helter-skelter when a huge fog landed in the compound. I didn't even look at them; I found my way inside the apartment.

The moment I stepped into the living room, Hans and Hams were stunned. Their jaws dropped. And when they lifted their hands, their movements were the same.

“What are you doing here, Amelia? When did you return?” Hans asked, surprisingly, hastening towards me.

“Alpha Amelia?” Hams laughed. His voice echoed in the living room like he had spoken into a speaker. “And here you are, the greatest Alpha this kingdom has ever had.”

Is that mockery or what? Hams better not get on my bad side, or else, I won't regret wiping out the Arkonix pack from this kingdom right now.

“You and those idiots who think you can disturb the peace of this kingdom died in my hands a few days ago. Tell me why you are still alive and back in your pack.” I folded my arms, tilted my head, stared at him, and waited for him to say whatever nonsense he was going to spill out of his mouth. “Let me guess…”

“Somebody used the bond between you two to block my magic from killing you, right?” I glanced at Hans, who, in turn, looked away, avoiding eye contact with me. The moment he did that. I realized my views were right. So it was he who protected his brother from dying. This is the worst betrayal ever.

Anyway, I know that one day, Hams will turn against Hans. He wouldn't care that his brother was the one who protected him from dying. Hams is a jerk who isn't supposed to be alive.

“Congratulations on finding out, girl. And now that you have realized that my brother loves me. What are you going to do?” Hams scoffed, sitting down on the sofa.

Love? Did he just say love? Hahahahahaha. This dude is out of his mind. They don't love each other. Well, I can see Hans loves Hams. Anyway, I didn't go there to talk about love.

“Spare me the details. Hams, I am here to take back the servant who belongs to my pack that you took away from the prison. You will hand over Axel to me, together with the rest of the members, or face my wrath.”

He burst into laughter, an annoying laugh that I hate to hear. I snapped my fingers, summoning my power, and as soon as the fog appeared above my fingers. I tossed it at Hams. Unfortunately, it didn't get to him because he dodged it by stepping away from the sofa.

He was lucky that it didn't hit him because it was strong enough to split him into pieces. When he looked at the sofa, which had turned into a mess, he gasped, his eyes widening in shock.

“Amelia?” Hans whispered, signaling me to stop. “Let us do what brought us here and quit fighting.” He added, taking my hand in his.

“Then warn your brother to stop provoking me. If he dares to say anything or laugh at me again, I will bring down these buildings and bury him under the earth!” I snapped, glaring at Hams.

The warning gets into his head, and he quits the mischievous smile on his face. As soon as the three of us were seated. I turned to Hams, who was sitting on the sofa like Casper sitting on his throne.

“Barging into my pack and using dark magic to transport servants who were locked in prison is one of the most enormous sins one could ever commit in this kingdom. You know that, Harms, and you defy the rule and use dark magic inside my pack. You know the consequences for anyone who tried that shit with me, yet you didn't fear what would come after. So tell me, will you hand over Axel and the rest of the members to me willingly, or should I take them away from this pack and also punish you for what you did?”

Hams didn't say a word. He held his chin between his index finger and thumb, looking at me as if I were a little girl saying gibberish.

“I am talking to you, Hams; do not ignore me. And when I am punishing you, you should know that all the members of your pack are going to be included because I will wipe out this pack from this kingdom.”

“You can't wipe out this pack,” Hans whispered to me, brushing my bicep. “I will, and I must if he doesn't give me what I want.” I didn't whisper because I am not afraid of Hams hearing what I said.

“This is also my pack.” He was audible this time. But I don't care. He isn't the one ruling the pack; Hams is. And Hams must pay the consequences of whatever stupid things he did in my pack. The only thing that will save him from losing this park is that Hams didn't attack my pack members when he barged in. Also, I wasn't going to wipe out the pack because of what Hams did. I was using that to threaten him into releasing Axel and the Valtorium pack members.

“Over to you, Hams.” I waved my fingers at him.
