“Who is that?” Amy asked, glaring at the door, ik clench my teeth.
“I have no idea, but I will check.”
I scanned the room, looking for a safe space to hide those monsters, but there was nowhere secluded except the bathroom.
I waved at the bathroom, and the door opened wide, then I snapped my fingers and they were dragged inside the bathroom.
After closing the bathroom door, I went to the door, opened it, and my gaze fell on a petite lady who had a smile on her face.
“Do you by any chance see two guys, one taller than the other, with silky black hair? They have a black tattoo on their neck.”
Oh snap!
“Why? No,” I answered with a straight face. “Oh, sorry. They said they were looking for a lady who had just booked a room here.”
“And you thought it was me?” I scoffed at her. “There are a lot of ladies who booked a room here. You should check the other rooms and stop disturbing me. I have no guys in my room.”
I shut the door in her face and quickly lock it.
Whoa! I must get them out of here before things get worse.
“I have an idea,” Amy raised her head. “Throw them out through the window; that way, they won't know the room they were thrown off from.”
Like seriously? That was the lamest idea Amy has ever given me. They will definitely know the room those two were thrown out of, and that will get us into trouble.
But wait a second, I can take them out of this hotel, maybe to the forest or anywhere, and return. It's so easy.
“We will send them to the forest and return.” I opened the bathroom door, stepped in, and closed the door.
After pulling them together, I squatted, placed my hands on them, and shut my eyes. And in a second, we appeared in a dark, creepy forest.
It was so silent that the only audible sounds were those of the birds chirping.
“Jeez, this place looks dangerous. Let’s go back.”
I shut my eyes again, and the moment I appeared inside the hotel room, the knock on the door was so loud.
I opened the door again, sighed deeply, and raised my hands. “What is it now?” I asked the lady again, who had come back with the receptionist and a guy.
“We have searched all the rooms here, but we couldn't find them.”
“And you think they are with me, right?”
They shrugged their shoulders, looking at me in suspicion. “We can only accept that they are not in your room after we are done searching.”
Great!
“Tourists from other packs cannot be trusted, especially those from the pack where a woman leads.”
“Excuse me?” I drew back the receptionist, who said that when she walked past me. This time, I've had enough of it and am ready to teach her a lesson.
“You heard me right, girl. Now take your filthy hands off me!”
When she snapped at me, my fingers clenched into a fist.
“Can you stop that? You like picking on tourists,” the other lady snapped at her.
“No, leave her alone; she is saying the truth. What do you expect her to say if not that? We should not trust those who come from the Lunakye pack; their leader is a freak,” the dude scoffed, walking past me too.
“Just this once, please.” Amy pleaded, dipping her claws in my mind when I tried to stop her from taking control.
“No, this is my fight, and I will deal with them right now!”
A mischievous grin cropped up on my face, and as soon as they entered the room, I shut the door, startling them.
“What was that, Lunskye freak?” The lady who tried to defend me earlier on snapped. I was taken aback because I thought she was innocent.
“I am not a freak; I am Amelia, Alpha Amelia Brook of Lunskye Pack.”
Their eyes snapped wide, and for the first time, I saw fear in their eyes.
“You are who?” The guy gasped, and the ladies clung onto him.
“You heard me correctly, and now, I will give you a little gift from my heart.”
I closed my eyes, opened them, and they flickered. When they saw the light in my eyes, they started screaming, running to the window, but I froze them and froze their voices too.
“No one provokes me and goes free, but I tried to ignore your insults; however, I can't anymore. This pack reeks of rudeness; you don't deserve to be called the harmony pack.”
“I can't hold it anymore! Release it!” Amy shrieked, hauling herself inside the heavy wind mixed with blue and white fog.
I pointed my hand at them, and the fog gushed out, burying them inside it. When it withered, their bodies were pale, but they were still moving.
“You didn't kill them?” Amy gasped shockingly. “No, I wiped out their memories of me. When they wake up, they won't remember anything about me again.”
I grabbed my phone from the bed, took one last look at them, and left the room.
“So where are we going now?” Amy asked, sounding so disappointed. “To another hotel.”
I booked a room in another hotel and made sure I told the receptionist no one should come disturb me because I don't want to hurt anyone again.
Unlike the other receptionist, this one is so nice; she smiles a lot and even bowed her head to me in respect, even though she doesn't know who I am.
“Hans? I am thinking of going to war with this pack.”
Hans gasped shockingly when I told him that over the phone.
“Why? You shouldn't do that. Your father, when he was alive, never went to war with any pack unless they tried to attack him.”
I know, and I was teasing. After all, I wouldn't allow what the few rude ones I encountered made me do to hurt the innocent ones.
“Oh, yeah. But don't be shocked if I tell you what I did to the rude ones.”
“You were told not to unleash your power!”
“But they provoked me, and I wasn't going to allow those two idiots from the dark shadows pack who wanted to have sex with me and kill me to have their way!” I snapped back.
“Jeez! You are so annoying!” He snapped and ended the call.
Didn't he hear the path they were trying to force me into having sex with them? Hans is out of his mind.
“Where are we going next?” Amy asked, yawning.
“To the Dark Shadows sect.”
