Chapter 60 Untitled Chapter

Chapter 60 Untitled Chapter
“Bitch!” he snapped, pressing my wrist tightly.

Bitch? Just like that? He was the one who bumped into me, yet he is playing the victim?

“Get your filthy hand off me, idiot! How dare you call me a bitch?” I pulled away with full force, taking him by surprise.

He thinks I am not strong, or what?

Honestly, I will be forced to lose it in this pack because why are they doing this? The girls on the streets were walking with grace and never bumped into me, but the dudes? I have lost count of the number of them who bumped into me.

Some of them apologized, while others made it look as if it was my fault.

“Let him go, Amelia. Control it.” Amy sighed, holding back her wrath.

She was only controlling him so she would control me, but even I know that Amy would have pounced on them if not for this stupid disguise.

“Get your head straight, dude, and stop bumping into ladies,” I smirked at him and walked away.

“Same to you, slut!”

Slut, what!

My power stirred in my stomach, and my heart burned in flame. How dare he!

I veered around, ready to attack him, as I don't care what will happen now. I am an Alpha, and I don't take shit.

Unfortunately, he was already out of the hotel when I turned around; he was so lucky.

“Next time we bump into him, I will tear him into pieces, Amelia. Calm down and go book us a room.”

I inhaled, exhaled, and walked up to the receptionist after I was calmed.

“The best suite,” I placed my debit card on the desk, avoiding eye contact with her. My eyes were still flickering with faint blue light, as I hadn't calmed down completely.

She lifted a brow in surprise, scanned me from head to toe, and when I thought she must have recognized me, she scoffed.

“The best suit here is like a million. Do you have that amount?”

Wait, she is looking down on me? Does she even know how much I possess? Gosh! I am fed up! This disguise is killing me! Now, a mere receptionist is looking down on me!

“Did you swipe the card, and it got declined?” I asked, forcing a smile.

“You don't look like you have up to a thousand in your account.”

Ahh, what an insult. Well, the good thing is, I have billions in that card.

“Kindly swipe it, lady. I am exhausted and want to rest. This pack is not…”

I stopped talking when Amy tapped on my mind.

“This pack is what? Are you a tourist looking down on our pack? Unlike the pack you came from, the Harmony pack is the most peaceful and the prettiest in this kingdom,” she sneered.

She knows where I come from? My heart skipped a beat. “She doesn't know who I am, right?”

“Calm down, she doesn't know you. And you are using the debit card from the Lunskye Pack; take a look.” I glanced at the card when Amy mentioned it, and yes, our pack’s name was boldly written on it.

“Your pack has been ruled by a lady,” she scoffed. “That is why it is presently in chaos. It's all over social media, girl. You guys can do better. A female Alpha? Pfft.”

“Amy?” I mind-linked her, clutching my shirt. But Amy didn't say a word; she was grumbling.

“And oh, it worked!” The receptionist cracked up, tapping her lips. “Here is your card, and here are the keys to the room. It's on the third floor, room 201.”

I sighed deeply, took the keys from her, and turned to leave. However, I stopped. I wouldn't leave like that without giving her a piece of my heart.

“She is a strong woman; that is why she is the Alpha of a great pack. What Alpha Amelia Brook has achieved in just five months since she ascended the throne, has your Alpha of twenty years done the same? Snap out of your rotten brain, lady. You are just a receptionist, a slave!”

I grinned in mischief when she gasped in shock and walked away.

“You did great!” Amy laughed, “Next time we encounter someone like her again, we should slap her.”

And yes, we shall. Nobody talks about me in front of me and goes free.

“Hans? This pack is trying to make me unleash my power!” I whined on the phone when I called him. “The guys kept bumping into me and wouldn't apologize; only a few of them did. And can you imagine a lady, the receptionist, a mere slave in the park, talking shit about my pack? She even said bad things about me!”

“What!” he exclaimed, then gasped. “And what did you say to her? I hope you didn't…”

“No, I didn't lose it, but I will soon be forced to. Also, I told her the Lunskye pack is better than the cave they call a pack, and that Alpha Amelia Brook is a female yet the most powerful Alpha in the whole kingdom.”

“That's my girl; you nailed it. Please, keep controlling yourself so you can leave peacefully tomorrow. You didn't find the sect there; go ahead to look for it, and wherever you go, do not allow them to provoke you.”

We shall see about that. But if I am pushed to the wall, I will be forced to retaliate.

“Alright. You know I missed you, right?”

“Yeah, baby. I missed you too, a lot. I can't wait to see you soon. Before you leave tomorrow, we should talk, okay?”

Before I could answer him, a knock came on the door.

“Can you give me a few minutes? I'll answer the door.”

“That’s fine. Be careful.”

I blew him a kiss, disconnected the call, and tossed the phone on the bed.

Immediately I opened the door, my eyes fell on the two guys I had bumped into hours ago.

“Hello, pretty.”

The rude guy winked, nibbling on his lower lip like a brostitute.

“What brought you here? And how did you know I was here?”

They exchanged glances and chuckled softly.

“You gave us the signal, so we are here to make your bed warm.”
