Chapter 16 Revealing Kael for the first time

Chapter 16 Revealing Kael for the first time
~HANS MORGAN~

As promised, I went to the Lunskye Pack training ground, locked myself in a basement, and started punishing Kael for embarrassing me. I felt the pain too, but I didn't care about it.

Kael must face my wrath for making Amelia send me away.

However, he screamed that Amelia was in danger and we should save her.

I thought it was part of his tricks to stop me from punishing him, but he said Amy was the one who mind-linked him.

I didn't believe him and went ahead, hitting my leg, punching my chest, and throwing myself so hard on the floor that my arms hurt.

Then all of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain in my heart. That wasn't the pain from hitting Kael; it was something I felt whenever Amelia cried.

“I told you she is in trouble!”  Kael growled, panting for breath.

I threw away the plant I had wanted to hit on my leg, took off to my heel, and ran out of the training house.

I ran so fast, breathing heavily, sweating profusely, praying so hard that Amelia wasn't in deep trouble.

The distance from the training house to the company was about ten kilometers, approximately an hour if running. However, I covered it in just ten minutes to keep punishing Kael.

I heard Amelia’s voice from the door, sobbing and pleading for help. Her voice was so faint, indicating she might pass out anytime soon.

Then, the wood smell filled my nostrils, a familiar fragrance from my twin brother’s.

My heart thudded rapidly when it dawned on me that Hams was inside that office, probably trying to do what he told me he would do to Amelia.

“It's time to let me out, Hans. Amelia needs us right now!”

Even though he was in severe pain, he still wanted to help Amelia. And this time, I didn't hold back. I took a deep breath, kicked the door open, and allowed Kael to take complete control.

He kicked, slammed, and punched Kairos, inflicting a severe wound in his body. Amelia and Hams were shocked to see my wolf for the first time, and I loved seeing the fear in his eyes.

After throwing him out of the office, I groomed Amelia in my arms and comforted her.

Just when I thought she was deeply into me at that moment, she broke free when I mentioned the word ‘I need you’

She scoffed, flattening her messy hair backward.

“Your brother has just tried to rape me, and you shamelessly whisper those words into my ears? Geez, dude, chill!”

Gosh, that was so embarrassing that I had to lower my head to avoid eye contact with her.

“It's not me this time, I swear. It was you who said those words.”  Kael said, sinking deep into my mind.

I knew that; he didn't have to remind me of it. I couldn't just control myself from having her gum on my body.

“Hams said you and he had a discussion where he told you that he would forcefully have his way with me when he entered this Pack.”

She turned towards me, staring at me with deadly eyes.

I can't believe he said that to her. I hope he didn't say other things we didn't talk about.

“When did you go to the Arkonix Pack, Hans?” She crossed her arms, tilted her head to the right, and smirked at me.

“I…I didn't go there,” I lied, avoiding eye contact with her. “We spoke on the phone.”

Amelia didn't believe me; she said she wasn't a kid who would believe a lie as if it were normal.

“And those claw imprints on your face, Hams left them there.”

Great! She knows.

“Hans, I thought we were a pair,” she paused, patted her lips as if she had spoken a forbidden word. “On contract, I mean.” She rolled her eyes, looking so cute.

“Why did you go back to the Arkonix Pack? You guys met there, and Hams got into a fight with you, then he let Kairos out, who injured you.”

Ahh! Since she knows everything, no need to lie anymore.

“I went there, but it wasn't to fight with him. I forgot some of my stuff there and went to pick it up. Trust me, Amelia, I can never lie to you.” Oh, I just did, but she will understand.

“So why didn't you sleep in our room that night? Was it because you were afraid I would see the wound on your face?”

She got it again! Honestly, Amelia is so brilliant.

“But that will never happen again. I am out of that Pack for good, and I can't stand Hams’ stupidity.”

She raised her shoulders, but that sent discomfort to her arms, and she held it, squeezing her face in pain.

“We should see the healer,”

I extended my hand to her, but she glared at me and walked past me, so much for saving her. I sighed deeply and followed her out of the office.

“Get that mess cleaned up, my office should be sparkling new by tomorrow!” she commanded Axel, trembling and sweating profusely.

Unfortunately, the Healer wasn't in his office when we arrived, and as the Alpha of the Pack, only the chief Healer could attend to her.

So, we went home, and fortunately, I found a pain relief balm in my luggage, but she doesn't want to use it.

“It is one of a kind, Amelia, dear, it works like magic, and only the Arkonix Pack makes it.”

Well, that didn't go well, she scoffed at me, said I was hyping my Pack, and went inside the bathroom.

But I can't give up. Amelia is so much in pain, and Amy must be, too. So, I must get her to rub this balm on her body. Hams and his wolf had handled her roughly, and if she didn't use it, she wouldn't be able to get out of bed tomorrow.

“And you don't even care about me.” Kael groaned. “You and I are in pain, Hans, use this balm for us!” He snarled weakly,

“Get the fuck down, Kael! You must pass through this pain by messing with me!”
