24⁰ Conflicts part 2
Winter Kingdom
Cassian
There were so many things that needed my attention that I was lost without knowing where I should start, one problem more difficult than the other. But everything that was within my reach, and even if it is not, I will do, no matter what it is.
I will give my people the best king they will ever have! I will make my name the greatest of all time, I will leave my history recorded in the book of the heroes of the kingdom, as my mother once said. In this moment of anger and sadness I remember the past where it was better than now.
Online reminder:
-Mommy? - I called out as she put me to bed.
- What my baby? -she answered in her calm voice, smoothing my face where she had just placed a kiss.
-One day I will be the greatest soldier of the war, I will win many battles and finally have my name engraved on the stone of the heroes of the palace. -I said, jumping up from the bed.
-Hey! Don't even think that you're going to play now, it's too late for that," he said trying to hold me back, but I was faster and ran out of the room.
-Cassian. -I'm the warrior Jude," he shouted, running after me.
-I'm the Jewish warrior, the strongest of all time," he shouted.
-I'm the strongest Jewish warrior of all time," I run, shouting, "You better get back here now!
-I am a Jewish warrior, the strongest of all time," I shouted.
I walk quickly, hiding behind a large curtain that covers my feet. I put my hands over my mouth to keep from smiling as she looks for me.
-I put my hands to my mouth to keep from smiling as she looks for me," she says, "Cassian, this isn't right, leave the hiding game for tomorrow, your mother is tired from today," she says, stopping to look.
The room we are in is open and has a small table and sofa, with chairs and a leisure area overlooking the garden, where my mother likes to spend her time reading and looking at her flowers while drinking her tea.
-My prince, let's go to sleep," she said again, "I wasn't going to fall for that again, she always does that, she appeals to the sentimental side.
-Aiiiii!
I got scared when I saw her fall off the chair, I just don't know how it happened, I quickly came out from behind the curtain to help her.
-Mommy, are you okay? Where is it hurting the most?
But she said nothing, she just started laughing out of the blue, I immediately understood what had happened.
-That was no good," I complained grumpily, "because she always manages to fool me.
-The Jewish warrior wouldn't let himself be fooled so easily, my boy," she said, coming to pick me up.
But I was faster and escaped again and headed for the bedroom.
-Not again, Cassian. -she shouted after me.
-You have to be faster and smarter mommy," I said standing in the way, she was not running.
-I am faster, and you are growing up and I am getting older with time, you are more tired than you are my boy. -I am faster than you," she said, coming close to me.
He bent down and took me in his arms.
- I know that I will have to be smarter and faster. Not only physically, but also psychologically. One more day I will be like him," I said, laying my head on his shoulder.
-One day yes, but many obstacles will come along the way to test your ability to move forward even in the face of the most terrible difficulty and choices.- he said as he led me into the room.
-I will face everything with my head held high, and even though I am afraid of the situation, I will not let my enemies see it," I said, sleepily, falling asleep.
-Be the strongest man at all times, for a terrible world of evil awaits you, coming from all sides to topple you from your throne, and those you least expect will be your greatest enemy. Trust no one, my boy.
Before going to sleep I definitely listened to her speak.
Offline memory:
Because of sleep and how old I was in that decade, I didn't understand what she meant. But now everything that came out of her mouth makes sense since I became a man to rule. What I went through in my childhood being kidnapped and poisoned was not as terrible as it is now, back then I had my mother to cry to and comfort me, it would be worth just fighting every bad moment to get back to the castle alive, for my mother. But now I have no one to wait for me after the storm, this is scary but I won't let it shake me.
But I will continue to follow my path, even though the road is terrible and full of thorns, I will never give up my goals for anyone and for nothing. And those who use to destroy me will regret it for all their lives, I will be one more Jew in my kingdom.
Only those who have done something of great importance are called Jews by the subjects and nobility.
The worst side of becoming a Jew is that they never survive to enjoy their prize and glory. They die in battle to give others a chance to escape or win the fight. But if I change this trajectory, I will be the first Jew to accomplish something great, and I will live to tell the tale myself.
I'm going back to the castle against my will, there's nothing I can do about it, no matter how much I never want to go back. I will not give Arthur the throne again, I suppose that he will do everything to convince the advisors to remove me from the throne.
