Chapter 31 Spread Wildy For Me

Chapter 31 Spread Wildy For Me
Nikolai watched as Isabella's heart sank deep inside her stomach. Her eyes flashing wild as if she just realized she had said something she wasn't supposed to know.
He held her wrist with one hand above her head and with the other he flung her yellow shawl away.
A dark amusing glint flashed in his eyes as he saw the deep red patches scattered across her throat and collarbone, then lifted slowly back to her face, searching those wild, startled eyes.
A faint crooked smile tugged at the corner of his mouth, but it didn't move past him because something colder crawled across his chest.
"Why did you cover them, Isa?" His voice was a bit soft yet edged with something sinister.
He leaned in until his breath brushed against her heated skin— the spot he had marked last night.
"Are you ashamed of them?"
He paused, studying every flicker across her expression. “Or does seeing my mark on you…” His thumb grazed one of the darker bruises, deliberate and slow. “…repulse you?”
Her breath snagged up her throat because his words were the opposite of what she felt.
She could still feel his teeth biting and marking over her skin and she wasn't a bit repulsed by it.
The way her skin prickled at his touch made her chest pound hard.
He's the man who had taken everything away from her, her freedom, her life back at New York, and dragged her across into this unfamiliar place where even the air seemed to belong to him.
She should hate the sight of those marks, should flinch from the reminder of how he had roughly sucked at her nape.
But she didn't because a secret part of her had wanted to wear it proudly but had decided against it because she wanted to fight the shameless urges that melted her resolve.
Isabelle opened her mouth to dispel his assumptions but she closed them back.
She didn't owe him anything to make him feel better.
She flashed her eyes at him, coldly.
"Yes. I hate them. They make my skin crawl. How do you expect me to feel after what you've done to me and my family and now you just separated my sister from me," she scoffed.
"You can pin me down, breathe against my neck and place this mark across my skin but I will never like them. They are fucking repulsive." She finished, her words left a sour taste on her tongue.
Nikolai chuckled darkly, as if her words hadn't stirred a hidden desire coursing through his veins, pushing him to run his teeth round her body from head to toe.
'How is she going to hide them especially the ones marked across her cheeks?' He pondered.
"Good," he drawled dangerously.
"Hate them, I do not care. But, you're going to be the one running to me, soon." He murmured low.
Isabella hissed!
"Never, I will never run towards you," she spat angrily, skin boiling, "Now get off me!"
"First, tell me what you know."
"I don't know anything, Nikolai - get off me!" She squirmed against his iron grip, twisting her body to escape.
"Liar," he breathed against her skin, the word hot and dark as his lips ghosted over the sensitive curve of her throat. Then he stuck out his tongue and licked her jaw.
"Tastes just like a liar." He laughed roughly, the sound vibrating through his chest and into hers where he had her pinned.
His hand tightened on her wrist, thumb pressing into the frantic beat of her pulse. "You can squirm all you want, Malyshka," he murmured, his lips brushing the shell of her ear now, "But I know a liar when I see one and I'm not going to stop until you tell me what you know." He dragged his mouth down the column of her neck, pausing over one of the marks he had caused last night and grazed his teeth over it, just enough to make her gasp.
He pulled back slightly, to look at her, eyes black and merciless, a cruel half smile curling his mouth.
"Let's try again. Tell me everything you know. Especially how you found out I was ambushed."
Isabella's skin prickled with fear.
How was she supposed to tell him that she found out from eavesdropping on a conservation between two men she didn't even know.
What if he thought she was an accomplice?
Well, he must be really stupid if he ever thought like that.
"I'm waiting, Isa." He sucked at the bone at her jaw, tracing his tongue over her skin.
Her fingers trembled against his, a slow throb started between her legs, "I can't just tell you, without receiving anything in return. My sister will stay with me for whatever information you want"
He chuckled against her neck, as though her words were hilarious, "What is this, Isa? Again, for the second time, you think you have some leverage over me?" He said, his body was still pinning hers.
She swallowed, "Yes, you want something from me, why can't I give it without wanting something in return."
"Fine. I will give you something in return but not your sister."
"What's that? I don't want anything else except my sister."
"Well... Tell me what I want then you get your reward." He moved his lips down her collarbone, trailing down to the fabric of her top.
Then, he bit her into her hardened nipple through the fabric.
God! "Niko!!" She cried out, the sound tearing from her throat, raw and desperate.
"Wait! I will tell you." She gasped in a rush as his teeth still gripped her nipple hard.
"Go on." He released her nipple and stared at her eyes filled with dark desire.
"I - Niko!" She gasped again when he pressed the side of her waist, "I heard some voices at the vineyard. one was saying something about a promise not to hurt you and giving out information and the other one mentioned a name, I'm not sure but maybe Laurentiy. I—"
Nikolai nipped at her skin, "Lavrentiy not Laurentiy."
She hissed, "I don't care, whatever. Well, that's how I knew because I had already seen you injured. I'm not stupid to know that you have enemies lurking around."
She clicked her tongue, "Now, what's my reward."
Nikolai smiled, stretching his lips in a wide grin as he placed a knee in between her thighs,
"Spread your legs wide open." He ordered and moved down, his nose bushing the front part of her mini skirt.
"What are you doing!" She panicked, trying to move away when his grip tightened against her.
"Thi
s is your reward. Now spread widely for me, Malyshka."
