Chapter 63

Luna P.O.V

The Fairy Kingdom wasn’t just beautiful—it was ancient.

The deeper we went, the more the walls shimmered with stories of the past. Living murals moved as we passed: fairies casting light from their palms, battles between elemental beings, and the coronation of queens who looked like me.

The orphans followed closely, their eyes wide with wonder. Some of them had never seen true magic before, not like this. Adrian stayed close, his eyes scanning every corner, every shadow. Protective as always.

We stopped before a circular well carved from glowing stone. Its waters pulsed with soft blue light, like moonlight had been trapped inside.

“This,” said Elder Myrielle, our guide, “is the Starwell. It’s how the royal bloodline receives their true names and power.”

I raised a brow. “True names?”

“The name the universe gave you, not your parents. It unlocks the deepest part of your magic… and your memories.”

A chill ran up my spine. This was it. The moment I’d either learn who I really was—or confirm I had no idea.

“You must enter alone,” Myrielle said. “Only then will the Starwell speak.”

I looked at Adrian. He gave me the smallest nod, the kind only someone who knew your soul could give.

I stepped toward the well.

The moment my foot touched the glowing rim, a wind burst outward. The orphans gasped, but I wasn’t afraid. I let the energy pull me under—and the world turned white.

Inside the Starwell

I stood in a white space, suspended in silence. Then slowly, colors swirled—memories forming like constellations.

I saw a baby in my mother’s arms. A crown of stars on her brow.

Then the baby was me.

I saw my father—alive—holding my hand as we fled the burning village.

And then I saw her.

The missing twin.

“Kamajah.”

The name echoed in my mind like thunder.

My sister. My other half. Hidden away, buried deep in my memory like a forbidden song.

She was smiling in the vision, her eyes glowing with gold magic.

And then she was gone.

Taken.

The visions changed again—showing the day Ravana’s forces stormed the gates. My mother screaming. My powers locking down. My memories sealed.

It all made sense now. I wasn’t just hidden to protect me—I was hidden because Kamajah wasn’t supposed to survive.

But she did.

And now… she was out there.

Somewhere.

Back in the Starwell chamber

I emerged gasping, my hands trembling. Adrian rushed forward, steadying me.

“Luna?” he asked.

“I know who I am,” I whispered. “And I know what Ravana took.”

He looked into my eyes and saw it. The fire.

“What did he take?” he asked gently.

“My sister.”

Meanwhile…

I sat outside with my father. The stars were out again, but I could feel a change in the wind. Something inside me stirred—Skyrim’s energy pulsing like a heartbeat.

Then I heard it.

A scream in the wind. Not mine. Not my father’s.

Ravana’s.

He was in pain.

And he was angry.

“What did she do?” the voice snarled in my mind. “She remembers.”

I stood quickly. My breath caught.

“She’s awakening. She knows now.”

Dad looked at me, his eyes sharp.

“Dre?”

“I think the war just shifted,” I said.

Back in the Fairy Kingdom

I sat with Kinsey in the royal library. I had told her everything.

About the twin. The visions. Kamajah.

Kinsey’s face was pale, her hands gripping the edge of the chair.

“She’s alive?” she whispered.

“Yes. And I think she’s more powerful than either of us.”

“Why didn’t Mom tell us?”

“Because if we were together, we’d be too strong.”

We looked at each other, the same thought hitting us at once.

“If I’m the weapon…” I said slowly, “Kamajah might be the trigger.”
