The people inside the Shadowborn Palace were surprised to find out that their

Alpha King has a twin brother.

Caleb heard about the news so he brought his wife Lyca to visit his cousin. He was aware that Dante has a twin but who knows it was limited inside the palace.

Queen Aurelia separates them together since the moon goddess prohibited them because they're twins and only one must rule the palace while the other one must rule the human world and Asher was assigned to the place where no shapeshifters but the only savage mafia and blood-sucking creatures.

Their pathway was sacred. Those who are not part of their kind can't see the way in unless they will touch the oak tree near it. It is the moon goddess marks of territory to separate the shapeshifters from the humans.

While they were making their way to the palace's hall, he overheard something near the Queen's office. It's about an omega girl Ashina .

" I told you that I don't want an omega inside this palace except that she will be your servant or slave? Dante took her and I disagree but he's stubborn and you, my son, my loyal son, you will tell me that she's not evil and she's going to be your mate?", Caleb was right. His assumption was correct that Dante is hiding his mate in the appearance of an omega she-wolf Ashina .

"Hon, did you hear that? The Alpha King's mate was a weak Omega?", Lyca laughed at her husband because she overheard it too.

Caleb put his finger on her lips.

"Quiet, honey. I know this will be a great issue for Alpha's organization."

He informed his wife.

Lyca set a smirk on her face. She crossed her arms on her chest.

"Well, I thought Dante 's mate was from high class? Maybe he's afraid that his packs will laugh at him." Lyca quickly covered her dirty mouth when Dante is approaching towards us.

He saw his cousin and was thinking why he's always visiting them.

"What brought you here? Hi, lovely

Lyca? How's your pregnancy?", his eyes shifted into her belly?

*Well, my puffs will go to come out in two weeks. Thank you for the compliment anyway!", she shyly smiled at her husband's cousin.

"I heard that your twin Asher is here. I am not expecting to see him visiting the palace since he was enjoying his life living as a mortal in the human world." He said and looks excited to see him.

Dante just took a deep sigh.

"I will go back to earth with her. Don't worry mom, I won't bother going back to this place anymore!", Asher firmly defended Ashina from his mom.

Queen Aurelia raises her hands and about to slap him when Caleb , Lyca, and Dante went inside. Asher saw his only cousin and he quickly ran to hug Caleb .

" Hey, long time no see! Wow, so she was your mate?", he playfully muttered to his cousin and Caleb proudly nods his head.

He took Lyca's hands and pulled her closer to him with her round belly.

"Yes, she's one of the Luna of their packs. I wonder what kind of she-wolf are your mates. Of course, an Alpha of the Shadowborn and Earth had the best and powerful mates I guess." He just wants to make them jealous of him since he knew from the start that an Omega girl was their mate.

Dante became silent and change the topic.

"What if we go outside and me and Caleb tour you to the town! Outside this wall, there was a small supermarket there called Frostfang .

Let's have a drink, three of us!", Dante offered but Lyca pouted her lips to oppose.

"don't want to stay here. I want to come with you!", Lyca started to brag at Caleb like a child when Oueen Aurelia pulled her and smiled.

"Just go, I will take care of her, right Lyca dear?", the Queen set a fake smile on her face.

Lyca can't say no to the Queen so even she's scared to be alone with her, she just accepts her request.

"Yes, you can go since Aunt Aurelia will take care of me," Lyca said trying to give her assurance to her husband who was the Alpha of Blue Moon Packs.

"See you, hon. " Caleb bid goodbyes to his wife and they went outside the palace wall.

Cora POV

The Alpha prince rejected me. After being her sex mate for six months, Dante decided to cast me out from his sight and life.

"Please, don't abandon me. I am your mate and it's the truth!", I kneeled begging for him.

He spits on me. I can't believe he does that. We were both in love and I thought he loves me too the way I loved him but he only used me.

"You lied to me! You took one potion from a witch to forge my love for you!

You know how much pain you cause me?",

I don't know if he's telling the truth.

The hatred in his eyes seems so undeniable.

I could feel how his wolf Hugo felt hurt inside. My wolf Sahara was dismayed at me too for lying to her.

"Go away and don't come back!", he snarled at me and I wanted to do anything to forgive me but his heart was hard as rocks.

My wolf cries and myself. I decided to run as fast as I can until I trailed the way to the Borderlands to meet Astra, the black werewolf witch of the North SavLayla .

" I swear to come back and kill you all, Canarians!", I mumbled as my tears fall on my face.

Astra can help me with this. I am now willing to take a risk even I the price is my life. I will make a wish on her to make me like an unusual she-wolf where everyone feared of. I want to prove to Dante that I am not a fake mate and a fake Luna. I will prove that I am a hybrid monster like him.

I was now at the brink of the borders. I saw a girl wearing a black cape with a broomstick. It's Astra, I can smell her scents. She went down from the mountain to get a new herbal medicine I guess for her new guest.

She saw me while I just stood from the wall of her borderline.

She came closer to greet me. She is still gorgeous and young forever.

"Why are you here, Cora ? Want a new potion again? How's your new-found mate? Was gentle Alpha King?", she knows very well what I want.

I just nod my head.

" I have one last request if you will accept it, Astra. I know this is risky but I want to try my luck. "I don't know if this was right.

I took a deep sigh and think a little

time.

After five minutes, I decided.

She was still wearing her hat even it's too hot in the mountains.

"Yes, tell me your wish!", she's now closing her eyes like she's making chants on her mind.

"I want to be different like a hybrid monster. I want to be the monster where everyone despised!", I told her and everything went pitch black.
