“Kyde, this is so beautiful, the lake and the mountain.” Kora whispered.

“Why are you whispering?” she asked her mom with a giggle.

“Because it’s so quiet, I don’t want to disturb the peace.”

Kyde chuckled, “yes, it is very quiet. I guess that’s why Diamond keeps whispering to me when we were here yesterday. I just thought she was being her goofy self.” Diamond narrowed her eyes at her human and stuck her tongue out at Kyde.

“So, mom, what do you think?” Kolby asked standing next to her mom and leaning her head on her shoulder.

“I love it sweetheart.” She said kissing the top of Kolby’s head.

“The packhouse will be where Kota, me, Kolby and Hunter will live. If the Tweedle twins and their mates decide to live there also then they can, or they can move into one of the family homes.” Kyde explained to her mom.

“I think that all high ranks should stay in the pack house until every pack member is settled into a home of their own.” Kota suggested.

“That sounds like a plan to me.” Hunter agreed.

“You say that now, you actually like the Tweedle twins but just give it a few years and then come back and say that.” Kolby snickered.

“They aren’t that bad.” Hunter chuckled at his little mate, who just stared at him and shook her head.

“You’ll think differently in about a year or less.” She snorted. Karson just sighed at his youngest, she just loved giving her brother’s a hard time, but she loved them and would do anything for them. She wouldn’t admit to it thought.

“You should address the pack Karson suggested and motioned; the pack was standing waiting for their Alpha’s to say something.
“Huh? Oh yeah.” Dakota chuckled and looked at his pack. He raised his hands to silence and get the attention of the pack. “Welcome Home Shadow Mountain!” He greeted his pack.

“Welcome family!” Kyde waved and smiled. “We hope your journey was easy and comfortable. We did our best to make sure it was as easy as possible.” She assured her pack family.

“Alpha, is this our new territory?” A young male asked.

“Yes, Lenny. This is our new pack land.” She smiled. “This is our pack house. Gamma Kolby, Beta’s Keane and KC have the housing assignments. They have your house or apartment placement.”

“Again, this is our pack house, all the high ranks will stay in the pack house, once all of you have been situated, the Beta’s and Gamma may move, or they can decide to stay in the pack house. If they decide to stay in the pack, they will just drive your Alpha’s crazy so please remember that.” Dakota laughed.

The pack laughed, “Gamma Kolby and Hunter already have instructed the movers to your assigned home. So, please check with Kolby, Keana or KC and they will direct you to your new home.” Kydence started to explain. “At any time if you have any questions, please do NOT hesitate to come to us. We will be here to help you with this change. We will always be here for you.” She assured her pack family.

“Are we going to go on a pack run?” Someone asked from the crowd.

“Yes, we will go on a pack run on Friday. First, we will have our first pack meal in our new home and after our meal we will go on our run. We will show you the whole territory, including SilverHawk and RoseHunt. We are all one territory but three packs within one.” Dakota explained.

“Oh, also Queen Reign said that there’s a wolf sanctuary on the territory. They will not hurt us, and they know that there’s going to be new wolves on the lands. The Alpha female has pups who are very curious so, please be mindful of the wild wolves. Also, she can understand your mind links and she mind links, but she uses pictures, she doesn’t speak.” Kyde told them.

“I never knew that was possible.” Someone else commented.

“Me either, but please just keep all this in mind.” Kydence asked of them.

“Well, who wants to find out where they are going to live?” Kolby asked waving the clipboard in her hand. “We have you separated into groups, those with last name between A-I come see me, those with J-Q see Keane and those with R-Z see KC. We also have maps to help you find your way.” Kolby announced.

“Alpha’s Kydence and Dakota! Good morning!” A boisterous voice yelled.

“Your Majesty’s Good morning!” Kyde greeted as Reign gave her a tight bear hug.

“We were hoping to catch you before you started sending your pack to their homes.” Reign smiled looking around at everyone, who were murmuring and wide eyed.

“Shadow Mountain!” Kyde called out. “Help me welcome their Royal Majesty’s, King Damien and Queen Reign Hunt.” Kyde announced. The pack all bowed in respect.

“Hello, we were hoping we could join the fun and help welcome you to your new home.” Reign smiled.

“Let’s also welcome Alpha Blasé and Luna Storm SilverHawk of the SilverHawk pack.” Kota introduced motioning to them.

“We just wanted to see if there’s anything we could do to help.” Storm smiled and waved at the pack.

“That depends,” Kolby titled her head to the side.

“Depends on what?” Storm asked, narrowing her eyes with a smile.

“On how well you know the area.” Kolby giggled.

“We know it okay; give us a map and we’ll be good.” Storm said.

“Great!” Kolby chirped. “Would you mind taking groups of people who live on the same street or building? That would really help.” She asked them.

“Put us wherever you need us.” Reign said with a smile.

“Your Majesty, no you don’t have to do this.” Keane gasped.

“Please, when we aren’t conducting official business, you may call us by our first name.” Reign told them.

Keane smiled and was still unsure about calling the King and Queen by their first name. As the day went on and their pack being helped to their new home by the King and Queen of wolves helped her relax a little better. It didn’t take too long to get everyone situated into their home or apartment. They were told that if they needed anything to make a list and let them know.

Everyone was in their home by 10 pm, Reign told them that she would have breakfast, pastries, juices, tea and coffee sent over in the morning around 9 am for everyone. She didn’t want them to have to worry about fixing breakfast in the morning.
