Zane's pov.

I think all us guys are nervous for when they come back. Because then we are fathers to three more children.

And even though we aren't the biological fathers, we will love each child like we would be. Just like how we all love Mason.

After a while the door to the hospital room opens again. Then Zion is punshing Ella's bed together with some other from the medic staff.

Sean is holding one baby, Demi another, and the third is in Jordan's arms with Landon right next to him and they all are just smiling down at the blankets they are holding.

"How are you feeling Angel?" I asked softly when Ella's bed is back in position. Then I give her a kiss to her forehead.

"I'm feeling perfectly fine." She said smiling up at me then she look at the babies.

Sean, Demi and Jordan gently pass our babies to the next person and we all are just looking down at them with tears in our eyes.

I can see our two boys have sun blond hair like Demi and they have Ella's violet eyes. While our baby girl have Sean's black hair and Ella's eyes as well.

Zion was begging all of us to tell him the babies names, but Ella said he would have to wait a little.

Ella also asked if it's okay if we can go down stairs soon, and she promised she would stay in the hospital bed that's down in the living room, she just want to be with everyone.

Both Zion and Hannah said that was okay, as long as she promised she would stay in the hospital bed. And if she had to move to stand on her feet she needed to have someone with her at first.

She promised she would listen and follow their orders.

But Hannah aslo said she should try to breast feed her babies before heading down. That is so she get a feel for it, and the babies won't get hungry right away since most likely everyone wants to have a turn on holding them.

Zion, Jordan and Landon stayed while Hannah explained to Ella how to breast feed. The brothers as well as Ella was bright right, but Hannah said she should never feel embarrasst for feeding our babies. If the brothers can't handle seeing breasts, they will have to leave.

Ella nodded and quickly got the hang of how to breast feed, and after a little it seemed like all three brothers had come to terms with the fact they will see Ella's breast like this. Because let's face it, breast feeding is just part of raising babies. And Ella should not feel awkward in her own home looking after and making sure our babies are healty.

After the babies had been fed, me and Jayden helped Ella get on some gray sweatpants, a breast feeding bra, and a white simple sweater.

Hannah had also explained to some of us boyfriends how to change the diapers, and later she would show us how to bath them. Hannah will be helping us in the begging until we feel comfortable to do it without her hanging over us.

I lifted our girl in my arms bridal style. Julian has our first born son, Kai the other son while Dylan has our daughter.

Then we headed down to the living room and everyone looked absolutely shocked seeing us down here today. I walked over to the hospital bed and just got in the bed together with my girl so she could relax in my arms.

She may not have giving birth the usual way, but still she have been carrying three living beings inside her for months and now they are out. It's a lot of feelings connected to all that.

Dylan handed our baby girl to grandpa Jacob, Julian our first born son to uncle Antonio and Kai our second son to Simon.

Everyone had tears in their eyes and Mason ran right up to grandpa Jacob to look at the baby girl he is now big brother to. Then he went to say hello to his new brothers.

"Sweetheart, they are adorable, and so cute." Auntie Isabella said wiping the tears of her cheeks.

"Can we know their names?" Simon asked and we all could hear how he was choking on his tears.

We all looked at Ella who smiled angelic back at them all.

"Yes of course." She said before getting more comfortable in my arms.

Even us that's her boyfriends don't know, we asked if she could name them after people that she consider important to her. So even we are in the dark about this.

"Our first born son who is in Dad's arms." Ella said softly before she took a deep breath and looked up at me then over at my dad, grandma and grandpa.

"His name is Luis and he is names after Zane's mother Luisa." Ella said softly and that made my biological family let out a sob and more tears fell down their cheeks.

Even me, that honestly means more than I want to admit.

"Our second born who is in Simon's arms." Ella said before she stopped talking.

"His name is Kamil, and that is taken after Zane's sister Camilla and Mason's biological mother." She said and now I was letting out a sob pulling her gently into my side.

"Then lastly." Ella said before she looked down on her lap before she looked at the British mafia.

"Our daugther is names Phoebe, after Nana." Ella said and her eyes landed on grandpa Jacob who just looked at Ella with a shocked expression and tears down his face.

"My guys asked me to name our babies after people that would matter to me." Ella said looking down on her lap.

"I may not have personally known Luisa or Camilla, but they still matters to me, because without them neither Zane or Mason would have been here. And we wouldn't have known uncle Rich, grandma Lorelei or grandpa Adelbert." Ella said with teary eyes looking back at the German mafia.

"And Nana Phoebe, she was also a very important person to me even if I didn't know her for many years before we lost her. But she is a reason why I have Daddy Kyle, Mommy Jasmine, Alex and Kevin in my life as well as Pops. I wouldn't have been that person I am today without her." Ella said softly and I think we all are letting our tears flow down our faces.

We all told Ella we absolutely love the names she have picked for our children. And it's also names with deep meaning for many of us.

We all just kept enjoying our time here before we all headed to bed. And yes everyone is still sleeping in Ella's room, and now they have said they will help with the babies.

Well our babies sure are going to be spoiled with love, and we all will do our absolute best for them not to experiance the childhood many of us in this bedroom have.
