Kevin's pov.

Right now I just want my girl to open those beatiful violet eyes. Zion said he have given them some medication to have them wake up.

All of us that's Ella's boyfriends, Kaia and Mario is here together with Zion waiting for them to wake up.

The triplets are laying on two hospital beds put together. They have put something in the middle to soften it for Ella since she have been sleeping between her triplet brothers this entire time. Jordan and Landon is also holding one of Ella's hands in theirs.

It's honestly so amazing to see their bond like this.

Landon was the first to wake up. Kaia was right next to Landon holding his free hand. When Landon tighten his grip on Kaia's hand we all looked his way, we all just need these three to wake up now. We have been away from them for too long.

Zion started to listen to his heart, check his puls, he also took some blood samples. Said he needed to make sure everything was good with the triplets after sleeping for so long.

He also took some blood from Jordan and Ella. He wanted to have that out of the way before Ella woke up since she is still scared of needles.

When Landon finally opened his eyes he looked quickly over at Ella and Jordan with panick on his face.

"Don't worry, they are both healing up nicely and we expect them both to wake up very soon." Zion said with a warm brotherly tone putting a hand on Landon's shoulder.

"They both are healing up? Did Ella get hurt too? What happened?" Landon asked with even more panick than before.

"Lev got lose from his cuffs and got a hold of a knife, and before anyone of us could react because we were so shocked to hear Ella say that Jordan's heart had stopped. Lev stabbed her a few millimeter from her heart." Julian said not taking his eyes of Ella.

That made Landon get tears in his eyes. He lifted up Ella's hand carefully and kissed the back of it.

"How did it all happen?" Landon asked with a broken voice. Just then Jordan started to stir so Zion started to check him out as well.

"We can explain it when all three of you have properly woken up." Demitri said and Landon looked at Ella with tears running down his face and nodded.

Shortly after Jordan opened his eyes and he also immedietly looked for Ella next to him.

"Babe, relax, she is good, she will recover just fine. We will explain it all when she have woken up as well." Mario said and that made Jordan look at Mario with teary eyes.

"How long have we been sleeping for?" Jordan asked with a groggy voice.

That made Mario find a glass of water and gave it to Jordan who took a few sip of water before he gave it back.

"We have kept the three of you sedated for two weeks. To let both you and Ella heal and to spare Landon for the pain he would feel without you both, we couldn't watch one of you spiral like you did when Ella was in a coma." Zion said and that made the two triplet brothers look down on their lap sadly.

And not long after both triplet brother looked at Ella before she even started to stir.

So they have started to pick up on that Ella wakes up as well now. We all looked at the three of them shocked.

Again Zion checked her out as well and he said everything was fine with her.

And shortly after Ella gripped Landon and Jordan's hand tigher.

"Bambina, how are you feeling?" Landon asked worried. "I'm okay just groggy." She answered with a weak voice still keeping her eyes closed.

Jordan and Landon both moved a little and pulled Ella in for a sandwich hug.

"Jordan, how are you feeling?" Ella then asked pulling her arms around both her triplet brothers.

"Much better now that you have woken up as well." Jordan said and the three of them tighten their hug.

After a little they pulled away and then Zion started to ask them a few question about how they feel, if anything hurts etc.

After a little Zion said we could take the triplet to shower, but Kaia had to help Landon since he had been laying still for two weeks.

Mario have to help Jordan and make sure that his bandages get changed after the shower as well that his injuries will get cleaned properly but carefully.

Then myself and Alex would help Ella with her shower, make sure her injuries stay safe, get properly cleaned after the shower and put on new bendages.

So I lifted my girl in my arms and carried her up to her bedroom and into her bathroom. There I placed her on the bathroom counter and just held around her giving her a hug but was careful of her injuries.

Alex started the water in the shower before he also came over to give Ella a hug. I found Ella's toothbrush and got it ready for her so she could brush her teeth.

After that both me and Alex undressed before we helped Ella undress. And then Alex lifted her into the shower where I helped clean her hair and body while she stayed in Alex's arms.

"Baby, I was so scared seeing that knife sticking into your chest like that while you kept moving around." I said softly putting a hand on her cheek and rested my forehead against hers.

"I'm Sorry Kevin, I just lost it. And the second Isolda died I just let my body give into the exhaustion." She said softly but with a hint of sorrow in her voice.

I just gently lift her chin up and looked into her eyes. She showed so much regret in her eyes.

"Babe I love you so much, and I never want to lose you. Please don't get into a situation like that ever again." I said softly and she looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"I promise I will do my best to not be hurt like that again." She said looking at me right in my eyes.

I couldn't help myself, I locked my lips with hers and I felt she responded to my kiss right away. I gently took her out of Alex's arms and we deepend the kiss.

After a little we pulled away from each other and I rested my forehead against hers again.

"I love you Kevin." She said with her angelic smile on her face and I couldn't help to smile back. I love hearing that from her.

"I love you too Babe." I said and gave her a quick peak on her lips again before Alex wanted his kiss from her while I got out and dried off, before I helped Alex dry Ella off and then we took care of her injuries.

And then put lotion on her, helped her with her skincare and lastly helped her dress.
