Lexus drove his Harley Davidson motorcycle faster but it was too late. Not only did there were two cars chasing them but another two cars came blocking their way. Since the street is narrow and almost secluded, Lexus could not find any space where he could be able to rampage his motorcycle. Both sides of the street are cliffs already and he feared not for his life but for Daffodil’s life. He stopped his motorcycle and said to Daffodil.
“Daff, we are in trouble. There are two cars at the back aside from these two cars in front of us.” Lexus said that made Daffodil shiver in fear.
“What are we going to do Lex?” she asked.
“Daff, if you will unleash your mental powers which is innate in you as the last breed of the Golden Wolves, then we can easily escaped from here or kill them all,” Lexus said to Daffodil, insinuating something.
“Lex, I do not know yet how to use it.” Confused, Daffodil said.
“Daff, concentrate and think whatever you wanted to happen to these four cars that are sandwiching us now,” he said, instructing her.
So, Daffodil tried to do it but she failed. She cannot connect fully her mind and spirit. She cannot unleash her power.
“I can’t Lex; it is not working.” Daff became frantic.
“Then we need to shift now to our wolf form, there is no other way, then we will run as fast as we can, get me Daff?” he said again in a low voice.
Daffodil whispered and tried to connect with Arcel, her wolf. “Arcel, come out now, I need you. We are in danger,” she said through her mind and Arcel who was just waiting for her go signal, growled and came out so suddenly.
The men inside the four cars immediately got out of their cars with guns in their hands. They were shocked to see the big beautiful Golden Wolf.
“The last breed of the Golden Wolf! She is the missing Golden Wolf that our Alpha has been looking for!” of the men who got inside their cars shouted. “Do not hurt her, we need to get her alive,” he shouted again.
“Boss, what are we gonna do with the man?” asked another man, who was also holding a gun.
Arcel growled so loud that almost made the men around went deaf. Lexus jumped out from his motorcycle and sniffed trying to check if the men were werewolves too. He was right they are werewolves too. His guess was right further, they came from the Black Forest Pack whose Alpha has been so eager to find the missing Golden She-wolf too.

“Arcel, when I said run, run going to the right direction, we need to reach our packhouse. Just follow the path going above and turn left, then another left, then you will see our Pack’s territory.” Lexus mindlink Daffodil, who is now in her wolf form, Arcel.
When Arcel understood what Lexus was telling her, she wiggled her tail and spoke back to Lexus. “Shift now and we will run.”
In a flip of a second, Lexus transformed himself into his big brown wolf. Compared to Daffodil’s wolf, however, Lexus’ wolf is smaller than Arcel's.
As soon as Lexus’ wolf, Aryas took over, he mindlink Arcel and they ran at the same time, as fast as they can.
The men tried to shot the running wolf of Lexus, but they were not able to hit it.
All the men then transformed into their wolf forms and run, chasing the golden wolf.
Unfortunately, Arcel made a wrong turn on the second left turn as she turned to the right path, which was actually leading to the Black Forest Pack’s territory.
All the Black Forest Wolves of about twelve in numbers followed Arcel as the Golden Wolf entered into the territory of the enemy.
When Lexus’ Wolf, Aryas turned its back to check on Galadriel’s wolf, Arcel, it growled so loud, when it noticed that Arcel was not following anymore.
Aryas returned to the last turning path, hoping Arcel could still be there, but to Aryas’ dismay, Arcel was no longer there. As Aryas watched afar to try to search for Arcel, Aryas saw the twelve Black Forest Wolves running far as if chasing someone or something. Aryas growled and tried to mindlink Arcel but to no avail.
